Halloween was a blast in Gatlinburg, and SugarBaby kept the party goin...I was Vanellope VonSchweetz just for the opening of this location, dedication, right?!? Service was great, we were greeted upon entering, and our milkshake was ready quickly. The atmosphere is so fun, bright, and instaworthy! Their delicious milkshakes are just the same! I recommend sharing, you can try more that way! The store was very clean by the way! We tried: Campfire Shake They also do Cotton candy animals, sundaes, Boba tea, so much more! Wow wow wow! When you finish a shake, they have a cleaning station, so be prepared to clean your own glass (which you take home). They give plastic bags as well.

We were THOSE people who happened to be around before opening and got in there as soon as doors opened up. Regardless of that, we were treated well and pretty quickly! Though my Brown Sugar milk tea wasn't anything to die for. Im sure the shakes are a super fun thing to order by the looks of them- but that'll have to wait for the next time. Overall lots of places to sit inside, relatively clean and the cashier's willingness to recommend a drink was appreciated. read more

At $20 for cotton candy, I get it is expensive, but it is huge . We watched them make the dog and the unicorn and it was art. It was a long wait but worth the time, and it was really fun to see what everyone else was ordering. I would love to test out the entire menu. We went to the Ripley's Aquarium during their Halloween festival and Sugar Baby had a table set up giving away candy. They also handed out a coupon for $5 off purchase of $20 or more. We decided to give them a try. We got my daughter the Hello Kitty cotton candy and she LOVES it. The smile on her face was worth it. The artist who made the cotton candy made it look so good! My son got two scoops of ice cream and it was so creamy and delicious. This place is a must go if you have a sweet tooth!! read more

Expensive for a Thai tea with boba. Plus there is a surcharge (not sure why). The tea was weak and boba was firm instead of chewy. The white hot chocolate was really good. Not too sweet and creamy with all the whip cream that's added. Will come back for the hot chocolate but skip the Thai tea. read more

The host of the tasting was so friendly. The $5 sample is also a credit to the store. (Details are on your wristband that they'll give you.) They have great things to purchase, not just alcohol. At another bar in the store, you can select from any of their available selections for $3. There is no sharing allowed with any samples. They also have a separate bar in the back of the store. They are dog friendly. They gave our dog a pup cup with a treat in it.

We were checked in on plenty. A few people in our party shared items. The pasta dishes seem to come in skillets. We shared a chicken parm and had plenty leftover even after sharing. The one thing we all noticed, some things were salty. We noticed the ranch for our salad was salty, as well as the chicken on the chicken parm. Other than that, experience was good with friendly staff and a quiet place to eat. Food wasn't anything to rave about, but we enjoyed our meals regardless.
