I thought that was a really nice touch and showed that they genuinely cared about getting the order right. I also ordered Doritos Cool Ranch, which happened to be out of stock, but they happily substituted Funyuns, which I didn't mind at all. Jerry Rodriguez did an amazing job with our order! Everything was refreshing and hit the spot, especially during this heat advisory. I placed the order only about 15 minutes before arriving, and everything was ready exactly as expected. No waiting at all, which made the pickup super easy. They even offered me a drink holder since I was carrying several drinks, which I really appreciated. I believe the place is run by a couple, and they were both very friendly and hospitable. You can tell they care about their customers and making sure everything is right. There was a guy next to me waiting for his order and he was visibly frustrated. He even walked out for a walk and then came back to get his order. When it took so long, I now knew why he wasn't happy. It looks like they had 2 workers but only one making the boba with one working the front. It would help to have an extra worker for that to cut the waiting time. Hope the wait time gets shorter in the future. Their large is more like a regular size and their regular is a small.

The only reason I found out that another customer didn't want it is because they told me, when I went back to ask for a replacement. If they had made my drink correctly in the first place, I wouldn't have had to waste my time making another trip. If you're gonna order an Agua Fresca, don't order here... who knows if it's been sitting out. They sure as hell won't tell you.

The Brown Sugar Boba tasted as expected, but it was definitely on the mushier side, which was a surprise for an early afternoon order. I will admit, though, that the staff really load their drinks; no skimping here! Outside of the drink, the staff were welcoming and very accommodating should there need to be any changes. I wish I had tried this drink earlier, though, because 25% sugar really tasted way too sweet. Perhaps I'll return for a 0% sometime, but for now, I'm satisfied knowing that I've given it a chance.
