Didn't have to adjust sweetness as the drink came out of the kitchen without needing to adjust sugar level. Not bad for a spot in the northwest SFV, an enclave of LA that doesn't really have a big asian population to cater to these types of businesses. Ambiance seemed fine. Tables were spacious and the interior was well lit enough that it looked like a good study spot. Service is great. There seemed to only be two people there. Went on May 6th with my boyfriend & cousin. The owners are so nice, informative and friendly. It is a great spot to grab some yummy drinks and play some board games. Or, to do some work. There is a TV and couch area, otherwise lots of seating available along the walls. Parking is free, it is a lot in the plaza it is located in. The drinks we got were the lychee, winter melon and watermelon. None tasted too sugary or syrupy. The boba was the right amount of chewy. read more

So far so good if you like your boba in this order: 1. Smoothies/slushies 2. Milk tea 3. Fruit tea/green or black I'm big on consistency so the smoothie and slushie game here is on point. If you have a sweet tooth then this is perfect as it's more of a syrup-like sweetness closer to a popsicle or candy flavor than fresh fruit which is fine for me. My wife enjoys their milk tea and I found it decent but it's hard to break away from my go to drink of honeydew or mango smoothies Interior is semi spacious and resembles a large hallway type room. The furniture isn't the most comfortable for long sits or studying but it does the job. If the tables were bigger I'd rather study here than my usual game n grounds down the street (better for me to not want to play games). Parking is ok but the spaces are compact. Service is top notch and exemplifies a strong family vibe which is definitely a plus in my book. They aren't afraid to chit chat and laugh with you and when they can they bring your drinks to your table. Superb! I've been meaning to try this place for a while, and I'm so glad I finally got to visit today after an event at the Chatsworth Library. It's a family-owned business, and you can truly feel the cozy and welcoming energy as soon as you walk in. The place is spacious, filled with beautiful plants, and even has a mini library with books and board/card games. Its a cozy, safe space where you can just hang out and enjoy your drinks with family and friends. It is very kid friendly too. I tried the Bloom Pandan and Ube Velvet, and I loved how tea-forward the drinks are with just the right level of sweetness. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more, especially their milk teas and flavored teas. They also have a rewards program (free drink after 10!), which is a nice bonus. What really stood out to me is how much heart the owners have put into this space, it's more than just a drink spot, it's a place for community. I noticed they're hosting a junk journaling event in April, and they mentioned more events are coming. Truly amazing vibes, amazing drinks, and amazing humans behind the business. Bloom & Boba took over an old boba spot called Buddha Boba and already an improvement by virtue of having consistent hours. 12-8 every day but Sunday (closed). Finally dropped in on a warm Saturday and scanned the menu. I got a taro smoothie with oatmilk and wife got lychee slushie with boba. Price was fair, good volume and flavor and the place itself is nice. I love the book aspect. I'll come back and try the ube velvet speciality drink next time. read more

This has taken over the place of Buddha Boba, which I frequented once a few years ago and did not care much for it. Now that I found this place on Yelp that was on my way home, I decided to come here based on the high marks off of other Yelpers. On a Saturday, parking in the small plaza was not an issue. Walked in and there has been changes to the interior from what I can recall. It's been jazzed up a bit with bench seatings against the wall and plastic tables. There's also a couch towards the back of this place, which at the time, was occupied. Would have loved to have waited there while waiting for my drinks. They have some special drinks that are not found anywhere else. I ended up ordering the lychee tea & ube velvet drink. Both large drink ended up costing me about $15. There was no tip screen on the tablet, which I really appreciate as I have tipping fatigue everywhere I go. Waited a good 10 minutes or so for my drinks. If you don't pre-order your drink, prepare to wait. But I do appreciate that there are seats available and they bring the drinks out to you. It looks like this is a husband & wife operation and I didn't see any other employees here due to it being so new. But I appreciate their hustle and apologizing for the wait. I honestly didn't mind waiting as I had my AirPods with me and was able to keep myself busy. While waiting, I noticed that all of the tables, though it being plastic and a little iffy with added weight, they all had purse hooks underneath. I find that to be a great idea, but to be honest, the bench seats would have been sufficient. But still a great idea. One other thing I noticed when I went to through out my trash is that one of the wall outlets had 2 USB-A ports in them. That's also a great convenient added value. Though, we are in 2026 and most devices out there now are using USB-C. Keep in mind that this place is closed on Sundays. Which I do not understand, but I guess just having the 2 of them working, they definitely need at least 1 day to rest. The lychee tea with oolong tea and lychee jelly was great. I went with the recommended oolong tea and it paired perfectly. The drink was a tad bit on the sweet side with the jelly, but it was so refreshing on a hot day. The syrup did not taste like a chemical like at other places. It tasted almost natural. Since lychee is my go to at most boba places, this is by far the best I've had in the Valley. The ube velvet was just ok. It sounded better than it tasted. But then again, I didn't drink it until the next day and did ask for them not to add ice, but didn't notice that they actually added ice to the drink after I've already gotten home. Overall, I will definitely come back again and try their other flavors. read more

The drinks are great they have all the classics you expect, and some special ones you can't find anywhere else. You gotta try their bloom pandan, one of their signature drinks. I ordered the Pecan Cream Crown while my wife ordered the Bloom Pandan. The Pecan Cream came with crumbled biscoff on top that complimented the drink beautifully. The Bloom Pandan is not just nice to look at but was exceptionally tasty! Like a refreshing dessert from the islands themselves. Wow, came here on a whim after just checking out Kitchen Place. Didn't want generic Bon Bon Tea House which is overly sweet. Their Bloom Pandan is niceeee, the pandan flavor comes out nicely and doesn't taste artificial. The brown sugar boba and honey boba were both really high quality well made. You can taste the chew all the way through. The Ube Velvet was definitely better than any other ube I've had before. I have never been able to tell the difference between ube and taro taste but this ube jam was super distinct. And then of course the tea was good quality steeped tea. Easily the best boba shop in the valley. I'm not quite sure where their tea would rank with the big teahouses in LA or the 626 but the fact I'm even considering them is saying a lot. Checked out this new boba spot in Chatsworth last night. The staff and atmosphere once I walked in gave a nice warm welcome feeling. I was excited to see they had some of the trending Filipino dessert flavors in their Specialty Drinks menu. I tried the Ube Velvet; it did not disappoint. The ube halaya (purple yam jam) mixed with fresh warm boba in the iced tea made a refreshing drink dessert. Next drink I'd like to try is their Bloom Pandan drink. Note: * They have a rewards program like many other boba shops. Take advantage of that and sign up so you can get a free drink after the tenth drink purchase. * The drink lid has a flap about halfway across the lid that swings down. Pop that down with the straw or your finger. Be careful with the drink position so that you keep it upright to avoid spilling. If you don't like sucking on a straw to get your boba fix, you can try using a spoon through the flap opening to scoop up the boba. read more

My sister and I have visited this place several times and absolutely love their boba! My favorite is their classic milk tea honey boba with lychee jelly it's not too overly sweet and just has a nice refreshing taste to it. The owners are incredibly nice and you can tell they have a lot of heart and dedication to the store and making it pleasant experience for all their customers.
