I have driven here from ever house I've lived in for the last 15 years regardless of the city. Made with real teas, not flavored powders. Sweetened with longan honey from Taiwan. I always love coming here because you can watch them make your tea drink by steeping the tea bags in front of you. They have lots of options and you can make your drink as sweet as you want. The parking here can be a little difficult as the center shares with many businesses and there are only a few spots. They have cool fish and great plants to admire while you wait but there really isn't a place to sit and hang and enjoy your drink. I think they mostly do takeout and events. Best Boba Spot in Northridge This has been my go-to boba spot in Northridge for almost 7-8 years now. Every time I pass by, I make it a point to stop here. What sets this place apart is the distinct tea flavor in their milk tea. Instead of using pre-made milk tea, they brew the tea fresh for each order and mix it with milk, resulting in a deep and pronounced tea flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. What a great treat to have on a hot day. The boba truck was at the Kia Forum in inglewood for three days straight for the Valorant Championship tournament, serving up some amazing flavorful drinks. With or without boba. The service was top notch, and all of the staff was so nice and attentive to your wants and needs. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and all I saw was smiling facing from the staff. From ordering your drink to receiving it was about 4 minutes. This truck was pumping out some drinks fast. The prices were spot on $4 for a regular and $6 for a large. With or without boba. They had plenty of flavors to choose from, so everyone had options. I used to come here pretty frequently when they had their location in Woodland Hills! Right on Winnetka and Roscoe which is now a BonBon boba spot. I used to always come by the Granada Hills Food Truck row and get excited seeing their truck there as well! I used to get boba from here when they had their truck and now they have their own store front. Woohoo!! Lots of good drink specials all the time and I love that they have different toppings to choose from. I used to get the boba truck when they'd pull up right outside of USC on Jefferson. I finally made it to their storefront and it's just as delicious as I remember! I got the jasmine milk tea less sweet with boba and loved everything about it. The tea flavor carries through really well. The boba is also cooked to perfection. The original milk tea was also delicious but I'm coming back here for the jasmine milk tea! My wife ordered the mocha milk tea and enjoyed it as well. Service is top notch! One of my favorite boba stops, especially in the valley. I've tried most, if not all spots here (e.g. Bon Bon, Sharetea, Tea n Tea, BLTea, A Tea Thing) and if you're looking for brewed tea leaves, unique flavors to pick from, and affordability, Boba Truck is the way to go. Boba might be a little too chewy for my taste, but I love that you get unlimited toppings for no additional cost, and my out the door costs an average of $4-$5 as opposed to $5-$7 elsewhere. Before the pandemic, you could ask to smell the tea leaves before ordering and I appreciated that they had bamboo straws and allowed you to use your own mug to reduce plastic waste. Though this is no longer the case, understandably, they have COVID-19 protocol in place with only one customer ordering at a time indoors, and sanitized pens. The only downside is the tiny parking lot; however I usually park at the bigger lot where the Subway is and it's a minute walk. read more

Stopped in recently with the squad on a post-outing Sunday Funday trip nearby at a local brewery for refreshments and my friend Tiffany had an amazing recommendation for The Boba Truck Cafe. At the intersection of Reseda Blvd and Roscoe Blvd in a small yet inviting plaza in Northridge, Los Angeles, Cali (Reseda, CA adjacent) sits the Boba Truck (not a physical truck though they do have one for pop-ups), a very cozy bubble tea joint, with incredible service and some of the best health and safety practices around, including: Card Payments Takeout only Sanitizer provided Mask requirements And everything they can to keep both their staff and customers (new and loyal) coming back for more. Definitely an SFV/LA Valley hidden gem! They have tons of traditional milk tea and just as many non-dairy options as well for lactose and plant-based peeps/people like this vegan guy. Absolutely support the premium tea menu the most, but can't go wrong with anything on the board depending on your bubble preference. Parking is first come first serve and you can get lucky with a spot at the right time of day. There is street parking nearby as well. Jan 8th, 2022 5pm The name of the boba shop is a little misleading. I did some digging and found that they do indeed run a Boba Truck along certain neighborhoods but this is their standalone store. I was happy to find that their menu options included a variety of different tea flavors rather than just mostly pure syrup flavors. I ordered the fuji apple black milk tea with boba and it had the apple flavor which felt infused into the tea and not artificial from a syrup. The boba was chewy and bouncy but did not have any brown sugar or other flavor to it. I would come back to try other unique drinks on their menu such as the Cherry Blossom green milk tea and Japanese Barley green milk tea. read more

HOLY GRAIL OF BOBA TRUCKS. And I'm not just saying that because they were vending outside of Fate Grand Order Tour in LA. Such an extensive, unique menu, to the point where I wished the event was longer so that I can try more drinks. (We ended up getting 5 in one day). We got the: 1) French Rose Milk Tea: -You can taste the floral rose flavor. Not too artificial either. -The base of the tea was reminiscent of something I'd get from high tea. A slightly luxurious taste you can get from an European tea, but with a dash of milk. -Scores better than some rose milk teas I've had at physical establishments. 2) Duet Milk Tea: -This is half coffee, half milk tea. -I don't drink coffee, but my friend really enjoyed this. 3) English Breakfast Milk Tea: -Imagine a Biscotti cookie but in creamy, decadently sweet milk tea form. -Truly a pleasure to drink and enjoy. 4) India Darjeeling Milk Tea with boba: -There is a slight cinnamon-y taste too it, very enjoyable. -Boba had the perfect consistency. Neither too chewy, nor too hard with a honey taste. 5) Rose Oolong Milk Tea (half sweet): -Similar to the French Rose Milk tea, but instead you get the rich, deep flavor of Oolong tea afterwards For all of these drinks, you can truly taste the real brewed flavor of tea underlining the milk tea. It's this extra touch that really sets this apart from all other boba trucks that I have consumed from in the past. I really hope to run into this truck again at future events. She suggested I try the Cherry blossom green tea boba; she mentioned it has a light floral scent/taste and I'm all for floral--only instead of regular milk they were able to substitute for Almond milk. I had never tried this before but that's what I ordered. She was very kind and helpful in making my transaction purchase. After ordering she mention it would be about three minutes which isn't bad at all. After three minutes, like magic, my boba was ready!
