Tried this boba spot for the first time. The Thai tea was not sweet enough for my taste and lacked that rich, creamy flavor I was hoping for. That said, the service was great! The staff were friendly and quick. Might come back to try a different drink.
Came to try this place out for milk tea and discovered they have croiffles! I had a caramel macchiato coffee latte (less sweet) and I think it needed the sweetness, sadly. I also got the strawberry dream croiffle and it was great! I already really like cronuts, so this was a must try. The only downside was that the little plastic knife struggles a little in cutting it... Decor was very flowery (they like roses), and employees were friendly. Will happily come try more flavors!
I came back a year later and was so excited to see that they've added crepes and lots of new drinks to their menu. This time I got a taro milk tea, a Thai tea, and a strawberry matcha milk tea. I tried them all and honestly can't pick a favorite, they're all so good! The staff is really friendly. You can order your drinks on their iPad or at the cashier, and it's nice that they give you both options. They also have indoor seating with lots of cute decor.
Came here because we were craving something sweet! We were satisfied! We ordered 3 drinks and 2 crepes! The crepes were perfectly made, we got the snap crepe and a mango crepe. It hit the spot! The owner was very sweet and recommended us drinks and crepes when we asked. The owner was very sweet and patient with us, since it was our first time there! The place is cute and clean!
What a yummy boba I just discovered. I'm so happy I came to snap Boba. typically when I try out a new Boba store I go for your typical Thai tea with Boba. I want to see where they're at in regard to quality and quite frankly I was surprised. The decorum is so cute very girly feminine flower, kind of like a whimsical garden . You can come in here and have your choice of beverage. It's so welcoming and very, very cozy. Parking can be a bit challenging because it is in a busy plaza where there's a lot of businesses that demand a lot of free visits so just be mindful of that . I would definitely come back for another drink if in the area . Staff member was really helpful. I asked her for some recommend recommendations as to trying out new beverages. I kind of told her what I liked already and she did make some suggestions, but I think I just wasn't in the spirit of trying something new so I just went with the original Thai tea Boba.
Me and my daughter are heart broken!! Why did this place close down!??? We came here almost every weekend it's the only place we loved coming to for crepes! They had the best crepes ever!!! please open back up
Ok. If this isn't the CUTEST little spot -- and with the most delicious smoothies! I can't get over it. Is this a hidden gem? How have I not been here before? Everyone was super duper nice and service was quick. Yasss! You guys are awesome!
Decided to check out this cute boba spot out with my friends. The drinks were super fresh, not too sweet, and the boba was perfectly chewy. They've got a bunch of good flavors to choose from, and the vibe is chill.
They're very sweet here. I love their huge menu and they even have waffles and whipped cream. The milk tea was pretty good. It is my favorite thing at any Boba place so, I've had better. But they are still in the top 5 for classic milk tea flavor for places in the valley. I wish it was a little creamier. I had the non-dairy option and usually that is more creamy. but they have soooo many things on the menu!! I'm sure I'll find many things I really love. I would order the milk tea again if I was in this area and was craving classic milk tea.. Can't wait to try the Thai tea next! I love they open at 11AM. My 2 favorite Boba places in the valley open at 1pm .... and I don't like to drink caffeine after 11am now Caffeine for morning classes and afternoon classes !! So it's perfect. I'm sure after I try a few more things this will turn into a five star quick reviews just for you.
First time at Snap Bona, Very friendly people, great service, we tried dragon fruit, green tea with strawberry popping Boba and cheese foam iced coffee latte . Both were delicious. They had a food menu with Crepes and croiffle that looked really good, we plan to come back to try them. They have an inside seating area and a large parking lot with easy parking. Also they us gave us a small discount because my daughter is a student .
Dropped by yesterday to try this spot for the first time since we were on Ventura and rarely ever out this way for boba. Stumbled across this rec on Yelp so we decided to try it! Parking isn't huge but it can be pretty squeezy and tight. Idk if it was just yesterday but we got lucky to where there were barely any cars and I found parking right in front. I walked in and the young man and woman greeted me. They were both patiently waiting for me while I looked at their unique menu. It was categorized nicely and since I already had my coffee for the day, I went for something different, their Thai Tea Lemonade. I was a little worried about it at first since it was a really different flavor combo. I asked her if I could try it but she said she couldn't since they have to make it, I get it. I went for it anyway! She made it quickly and handed it to me and they both immediately went back to looking at their cellphones. Probably a slow day tbh. I took my photos and headed on out. The flavor is quite something! If you're into both drinks, this is worth trying. It starts off as a strong lemonade flavor and then has a Thai tea aftertaste. The boba chewiness was pretty good but might've been a little too hard? Would've been nicer if it had more of a chew if you get me. Otherwise, very cute decor and can really get photo worthy pics in here! Got cute seating as well with actual tables. Great spot if you are looking for a delicious boba! I found this spot on Yelp and I never would have spotted it driving by on Ventura, as its tucked away inside of a larger strip mall. The inside of the shop is SO cute! The have a little kiosk where you can order or you can order at the counter. Their menu is massive. I love that they also have a kids menu! From smoothies, to milk tea, coffee drinks and more, you'll have more than enough to choose from. I had a thai tea made with almond milk and less sugar. It was SO good! Usually I can't drink boba if it's super sweet, but I really got to enjoy the flavor of the tea itself. Their boba is the perfect consistency, I couldn't get enough. If I lived a little closer I would be here everyday and develop a serious boba habit. Highly recommend checking it out if you are a boba lover in the SFV area!

Went here after dinner for boba and this They're in the shopping complex next to in and out. Been here before and they also customize your drink you can make that selection on the screen or through the nice lady at the counter. Place was empty when we came my son had Thai iced tea (there were so many choices but that's what he picked). I went on a weekday afternoon and it was quiet inside, so service was quick. The inside is very cute with its floral wall decorations and tables/chairs. I ordered the cookies & cream smoothie with boba. The cookies and cream smoothie was fantastic with cookie chunks, but the boba was not soft and on the harder side as if it's been sitting for a while. One of my favorite things about this place was the easy parking! I ordered an early grey milk tea and a mango and cream cheese croiffle. The milk tea was really good, one of the best earl grey flavors I have had. The croiffle though was on the sweeter side, maybe less syrup would have made it a little less sweet and I could eat a little more than I did. You can order on the tablet or the cashier which ever is easier or less busy. The inside is decorated super cute and there is seating for working if you need. The music though is pretty loud so it might be harder to focus and not a great space if you need to do some sort of meeting/phone call. read more

Decided to try something different than the boba place I've been going to for the past 6-7 years so I landed on Snap Boba shop! Drink 3/5 I ordered a Thai tea blended with boba and my friend ordered Thai tea and Oreo blended with boba. The Thai tea was yummy but the boba itself was so hard which is not something I'm used to. It didn't have the nice chewiness because it was hard at the center still. Food 5/5 My friend ordered a crepe for us to share which was yummy. It came with Nutella and bananas which is a great combo so we enjoyed that. Ambiance 5/5 It's a pretty small shop but has decent seating with about 5-6 small tables. It was clean and tidy. Price 2.5/5 We each paid over $8 for our blended drink which is high in price. I usually pay about $7 at my go-to place for a much larger cup. Their non-blended drinks are more affordable. Service 5/5 The girl who helped us was sweet and welcoming. She highly suggested the Thai tea and said it's her favorite so that's what I ordered. Overall I would revisit this place again and stick to their iced drinks. read more

Saw this was a newly opened boba place and had to try it out. Love that they have food options too with their crepes and croiffles (croissant waffles?). I tried the snap crepe with strawberry, banana, and Nutella and was impressed - the batter is a little sweeter and thinner than your standard crepe but still good. Recommend ordering for dine in as it was rough eating as a to-go order in the car haha. For a drink I went with my go to passion fruit green tea with random jelly and very refreshing- I just wish I ordered a larger size. I'll have to come back to try some of their milk tea option. The service was quick and friendly, and the interior is so cute and bright. Great spot to hangout with friends or study too. Definitely will be back for more. read more

Found this place on a super hot day in Woodland Hills area. They had just recently open a few weeks ago with so many choices of drinks as well as crepes and Croiffle. I got their Matcha strawberry Milk tea and the classic Milk tea with coffee jelly. I was just thirsty and forgot to take a picture first for my Matcha one The drink was amazingly tasty with an earthy and mellow taste which was going great with the strawberry. I recommended to add the fruit jelly to it. What a great combination The milk tea was also great too. I didn't want to fill up my stomach too much, so, I got the coffee jelly instead of boba. It was sooooooo great !!! The service was quick as I went there a little bit before schools were done for the day. After I got my order, the place almost got cramped with kids. I would come back again to try their Crepes! Not to mention that they decorated the place very nicely. I wanted to take their chairs home with me lol read more

I was craving boba on the way home from work, so I decided to try Snap Boba. The parking is easy, and the interior is super clean and cute. They have a good selection of drinks and desserts, including crepes and croiffle (croissant + waffle). I got the Snap Crepe with nutella, bananas, and strawberries. Sooo good! The crepe was cooked to perfection and the fruit was super fresh and tasty. I couldn't decide on the drink, so the owner helped me with the selection. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness with great tasting boba. Can't wait to come back and try the croiffles! read more
