I purchased laser hair removal for my underarms and Brazilian and they were so patient and thorough. Their laser is stronger than you can purchase for at home use, therefore it is more painful- the feeling is similar to a rubber band snap. However, it requires immensely less treatments because of its strength. The entire laser if process took around 10 minutes for both areas total and they use ice to cool the area which is a god send! I will absolutely be returning for the remainder of my laser treatments.

I followed up at two, three and four weeks when my face continued to peel, including all around my eyes. I told Trish that this wasn't normal, but was told time and time again by her that "all was in order". After being told all was in order at week three, she added more active products (hyaluronic acid) and a sponge, but things continued to peel and get worse. When I asked about the peeled areas, she said, "Yes, all of that is going to heal. I think you're just working yourself up and the doctor agrees." Her exact words. Well, it didn't heal and their eye doctor eventually had me putting Vaseline all around my eyes as an occlusive barrier because of peeling right next to my eyes! At five weeks I was still peeling and went to see my dermatologist, she said STOP what they've told you to do and simplify to a gentle cleanser and moisturizer by Vanicream. They have you on a chemical cocktail and it's damaging the skin further. I did what the dermatologist told me and in three days things were better and in one week my face has stopped reacting/peeling, but the damage is done. Just think if I'd received proper after care, when I first asked, things might have course corrected. But I was just given more product and more bad advice. This improper after care guidance ruined my face and may have created more damage than the treatment was meant to fix, one mark on my neck and a couple brown spots. I had great skin before, and I regret the decision to have this treatment at over $2,200 every single day. I've asked for a conversation and a phone call, and my money back, as even my dermatologist cannot say if my skin will be healed to its pre laser condition. And as an aside, when I went back for my follow up, Trish was not working there any more. I just can't give this place and the treatment any good recommendation at all.

You get 12 sessions plus touchups for life when signing up, the scheduling is easy and quick- as soon as you're done with your session you walk out to the front desk and they schedule you there and then. I recommend making your appointments or giving them a heads up as I believe they will start charging for missing your appointment. The establishment is well sanitized and they provide a cover up dress while getting your session done. You can get almost everything done, besides anything near your eyes. If you are looking for something specific I recommend bringing it up when getting your session done. Lastly, they provide a pay plan where you can pay monthly or you can pay all at once. It is well worth it in my opinion! I'm able to see results after the 3rd session and reason I keep going back and getting more areas done! The vibes are also great, very cute inside! Pro tip: ask what the maintenance is before or/snd after a session if you are new to hair removal via laser.

Now, getting an appointment is nearly impossible -- I'm routinely being told there is no availability for 6-8 weeks, and sometimes the next opening is 12 weeks out. That makes absolutely no sense for a treatment plan that requires consistency to be effective. On top of that, my recent treatments have been ineffective, yet I'm still paying for a service I can barely schedule and am not seeing results from. The customer service has been just as frustrating. Calls go unanswered, follow-up is extremely poor, and getting anyone to actually address the problem has been nearly impossible. At this point, I feel like I've thrown my money down the drain. If Semper Laser cannot provide appointments within an appropriate treatment schedule or provide the services I paid for, I expect the issue to be resolved financially. I am now considering disputing the charges with my credit card company. They were great when I first became a client, which makes the decline especially disappointing. It genuinely feels like something changed with the management or ownership. I would not recommend purchasing a package here based on my current experience.
