I love Smoothie King and go to different location all over DFW. This location has the hardest time getting my order blended completely almost every time. They are slower than others and are not consistent. Have never visited Smoothie King since my incident at this location which was a good 4 months ago. As I read the reviews for this location I realized t wasn't just me it was the GM. She is the rudest person you will ever meet at a business I have never been disrespected at a business by a "manager." I initially called to grab and go, the GM answered and put me on hold. Seriously what's the point of calling in an order if you put me on hold and I'll arrive before you even come back to the phone?I went ahead and walked in after working out and the employees were VERY sweet VERY kind. BUT the GM however... she took my order I WAS a rewards member and she failed to give me my receipt so I could include my points bc I asked for no turbanado and somehow the idiot forgot to put no turbanado so she wrote it on the receipt she was supposed to give to me. Received my smoothie and realized there was turbanado bc of how sweet it was. I informed her there was turbanado and she became pi**y I also let her know she didn't give me my receipt. She had the nerve to tell me she wasn't going to give me my receipt until I fix my attitude. Well broad you screwed up my order and had a stank attitude the whole time so screw you! I told her if she wasn't going to give me my receipt gen I was going to get her a** fired and she says no I will not get my a** fired! She said a**! We started going back and forth and I asked her name and she walked away. IMMEDIATELY the employees started apologizing for her behavior. If your high school employees start apologizing for an old saggy hag manager then you know she's bad! I forgot her name, but the very sweet employee asked me if I wanted my smoothie remade I declined bc I was super p*ssed! She started making it anyway and kept apologizing I told her it wasn't her fault along with other employees. She called the DM before I could bc I called customer service right there on the spot. The sweet employee printed me out a receipt and everyone apologized and thanked me before I left. The DM called me like maybe less than a week later and I understand why she gets away with everything. I wanted an apology from her and he goes I can't force her to do that all I can do is apologize WHAT? Ok well smoothie king no longer deserves my business. I'm glad parks mall has a Jamba Juice bc I started going there! read more

They are always so nice here. Fast and convenient! This is the first smoothie King that I've seen that has a drive through. I come here before school starts especially when I haven't eaten anything. They offer the smoothie King app for discounts and every receipt has a 99. Cent off of your drink or free enhancer of you do the survey. Just giving you the perks... read more

Just bought my son and I Caribbean way's and they both tasted like nickel/metal. I love this place but that had literally put a bad taste in my mouth. Shift leader did take down my information and offered two free smoothies with my receipt, but still not feeling like going back. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by both employees behind the counter. They both were working on drive thru orders. The young man told me he would assist me as soon as he finished up. About 45 seconds later the young lady asked had I been helped and I haven't so she proceeded to take my order. Took about 5 minutes to get it. Overall, it a pleasant experience. read more

The drive thru is awesome! I have tried a lot of their different smoothies and have liked them all. If you like any kind of smoothie I recommed this place. The bigger smoothies can be a little pricy though. read more

The drive thru line is super long so I get out of the car to order inside. They have a sign outside the door that says something along the lines of "Sorry, it's really busy today. For that reason, the lobby is closed. We will service you in the drive thru line." This makes absolute no sense at all. If people are willing to get out of their car instead of waiting in drive thru, they should be serviced inside, where they should get their drink faster than waiting in drive thru line. I've been in the drive thru line for about 10 mins and only moved up one car. This is horrible management. You need to hire more staff . read more

This is probably the worst smoothie king in the area. 99% of the time my order is messed up. I try and go thinking maybe this time will be better but it never gets better. I really, really don't recommend going to this location at all! The worst part is when you go back in to let them know something is not right they look at you like an idiot. Just really save yourself from the disappoint and go to the Arbrook location or else where! read more

If I were the management in this location, I would think real hard about either training your employees or hiring a new bunch fast! Ordered a shake, that took about 5 minutes for the girl to know which one I was ordering. It's on the menu... It's not rocket science. Only then for her not to know how to use my rewards to redeem a free small smoothie. Waited about 15 minutes with only one other person ordering behind me. Then it's the wrong smoothie flavor. I ask them if they have a chocolate one thinking maybe they got it confused only to be told I didn't order my smoothie like I wanted it. Yes I did! I told the girl twice chocolate. Major attitude from the staff and incompetency of your own menu. While waiting each time someone drove through the drive thru the girl didn't know which smoothie they were ordering. This is an absolute mess! I threw my smoothie away and will never visit this location again. I'll keep going to the mat lock location where there, they know what they are doing! read more

Sat in the drive thru for a total of 40 minutes (I know my own fault there) for four smoothies. Completely overpriced (almost $20 for two regular and two kids size smoothies) and mediocre quality at best. When I approached the drive thru window, I noticed the lack of urgency in the workers, something that any drive thru service should have. We rarely go to get smoothies but the family was sick and thought this would be something quick and refreshing. We will not be going back until the business actually starts caring about the service and quality of their product. read more

Do not visit this place. Nicest looking smoothie King I have been to with the worse service. Normally I go into a Smoothie King and see 2 workers that immediately greet you and take your order when they can. We waited at this location , that had 6 employees, and no one would take our order or even make eye contact. They had one customer in the store and one in the drive thru.
