It's rarely any good. * Selection is small as it's a smaller grocery store with generally higher prices. * The small cafe food I've tried so far has been healthy but just okay in terms of flavor. PROS * Produce selection is small but quality is high. * There's some oddballs that work here but overall very good service -- definitely the best in the area. * Highlights so far have included some excellent pasta sauce, quite a few meat substitutes, and yogurt.
