I called to ask what time they close and they said 9:00 but when I arrive at 8:15 the front door was lock and the drive thru was close.. this location always closes early.. so why tell me you close at 9 if I arrive and ur already close and I have to drive to the spring cypress store which is open and are some awesome people.... Smoothie King - like wtf is this - Health Markets Near Me - Houston, Texas

Mixed hours, this store just always needs to have an older manager in here. Tonight the hours on THIS app still say the store is OPEN. But me and another car sat in the drive thru from 7:55 to 8:05 and the Open light was on when I pulled in. Eventually me and the other car leave and I see the light turned off and a Staff member in the back cutting fruit @ 8:00 PM. Not to mention the Hours near the Drive through says it closes at 9 PM on Fridays while this app and every online app says 8:30!! So why is the light being turned off while someone is clearly still in there. I'm just saying this needs to be in sync with every online Hour of Operation, I know Smoothie King can come and change the hours to be correct. Had to travel to the one on Louetta which has never done me wrong like this one Which is the one close to where I live. UNFORTUNATELY, I've just been over here more than a year and the mess ups this location has is more than I can count on my two hands. I have been to this Smoothie King location at 19736 Tomball Parkway (SH 249) at Cypresswood Dr a couple of times in the past several years. I have never had an issue with this location. I go to this smoothie king because its right by my House, but I have to say the service here suck, they are the most depressing and unmotivated group of smoothie king employees I have encountered. I have been here twice once I ordered a 32oz and got a 20oz and the employee was rude and seemed less then enthusiastic about doing her job:/ the second time was a different girl and her enthusiasm was on par with the other girl that helped me. I got the right size this time but the smoothie tasted completely different then the one I got just the day before. I am pretty sure they all have the same recipe. For the second time we ordered at the drive through at this location and waited more than twenty minutes. There were only two cars ahead of us in line this time. The second car spoke with a young man at the window three different times without any exchange of currency or smoothie. After starting to wonder how watery/melted the smoothies would be after we finally received them, we eventually just pulled out of line and left. Smoothie King is a frequent stop for my family and I every week, but the last time I went I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a smoothie but was charged for someone elses order which was double my ticket price. They had no problem redoing the transaction for me. I wanted to make sure I was still getting my rewards points and the cashier said it was no problem. As she was fixing the situation her manager, Elizabeth, came over and asked what the problem was with a very rude attitude. By this time i realized my smoothie was not blended correctly and just asked for a refund because of all the trouble this was creating. Elizabeth refused and said she would only remake it. After waiting an additional 10 min she brings out my correct drink with some "free drink" coupons which turned out to be a bogo for mango drinks only. Normally im in and out in 10 min but this whole ordeal took almost a half hour. If youre going to refuse a refund, mess up my drink, charge me for some! one elses I expect to be taken care of, not given a salty attitude and a coupon for a drink i dont like. read more

I went through the drive thru and before I even ordered, I let them know that I had a big order. 11 smoothies to be exact. 70 dollars worth. I pulled up to pay and before receiving the smoothies. I came here yesterday with my aunt. We had a buy one get one free coupon on her mobile phone. We told the girl on the right side our order, and told her about the coupon. She gave us our total and she said the coupon amount would be taken off at the second counter. We got to the other counter and my aunt showed the boy the bar code on her phone. He then said "you have to print that out to use it" and we said that we had done the online coupon thing many, many times before, and you just scan the phone. He then told us that the scanner would destroy the phone. WHAT? Are you kidding me?! What a bold face lie. If he had any customer service skills, he would have just entered the NUMBERS underneath the BAR CODE on the phone coupon! DUH !!! I will probably never go there again.
