Teeny tiny Smoothie King location but I think that's because it's only a drive-thru. I got an email about a free smoothie but found out at the window that I needed the app to redeem it. The girl at the window was so patient and kind with letting me know what I needed to do. Even after there was a mix up with my order and they had to redo my order - they were apologetic and acted fast to fix it. Quality of smoothie - if you've ever had smoothies you know that some can upset your stomach (not a fun thing to experience). I've tried a variety of the smoothies and while some are more delicious none of them have hurt my stomach. Value - when you factor in the location, quality of the ingredients, size of the smoothies what you get is a quality, healthy smoothie at a great cost. I am a fan and would definitely recommend trying them out (this location specifically). If you haven't been before I would look online to get an idea of what suits you best and plan ahead. This Smoothie King was pretty good. Cam was so sweet she made our drinks for us. She did a great job I got the dragon fruit hydration smoothie and substituted banana instead of getting stevia. This place must have changed management recently. I stop almost every day. The team that used to be here in the morning had me in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. Today, I was in the drive through for 12 minutes before I got out and went in. One employee working. He was having to count down registers (something that should have been done before opening- I was there over an hour after they opened). I've lived near this store since it opened, and while I'm not a 'smoothie' person, quite a few people in my life are. So I've been here, a lot. They have quite a large menu, so you can easily find something as a meal-replacement, a snack, or even a dessert. You can even add stuff to your smoothie for energy, vitamins, etc... The service has always been friendly and fast. They've always been super patient with strange orders and as far as I can remember, there's never been an issue. For taste alone, I prefer Jamba Juice. But I can't beat the ease of this Smoothie King, and the fact that it has a drive through is helpful on the way to work. I generally get the same smoothie over and over "The Immune Builder" but the few times I've branched out to other smoothies I haven't been disappointed. The main thing to remember with Smoothie's in general though is that they cost more than you might think and have way more calories than most realize. For a medium smoothie you can easily pay over 7.00, if you add any vitamins, etc then of course the price rises too. Smoothie King calories are generally easy to find, and at a minimum you can ask to "make it skinny" by doing so they will refrain from adding the turbinado sugar to your next smoothie. read more

I decided to write a review because this is the second time I over paid due to the app. I tried to redeem a $3 off reward I earned and the app crashes and there was no way for me to go back to it. the girl on the drive through was so nice. she took my order and handed me my drink. she had shortish curly kinda boyish hair.she helped me find a drink that was tailored for me. I had told her exactly what I wanted in the drink an she chose something close and edited the drink so it had what I wanted. i think it was called the peanut butter something. The funny thing is that it didn't actualluy have penut butter because I didn't want that in there. I love the costumistzation options y'all have. that is honestly my favorite part of smoothie king. the ability to choose exactly what you want and don't want. Like before I knew you could add things, but I didn't know you could remove stuff. i can basically get any kind of smoothie I want and if it has extra stuff it's only like a dollar to add extra things per thing. Like, I am always scared to ask drive through places to remove stuff because it might be frustarting to the employees but here it's like no issue at all. They just do it with no complaints and even sounds happy. When I asked her if I could have strawberries n my drink she said something like "I sure can!" and sounded all happy and shit. the smoothies are a bit expensive (like omg over 10 bucks for a large!) but I am willin to treat myself every now and again. I will be coming back to this location or really any again if the employees are like her. I have come to this one before and the employees range from sounding uninterested to really enthiistaic.
