Do not recommend When we arrived, there was no staff present in the front of the store -- the only employee was in the restroom, and we waited several minutes for him to come out. When he did, he washed his hands outside of the restroom for only about nine seconds. My boyfriend asked for a sample of ice cream, and the employee spilled the miniature sample spoons into a different ice cream flavor. He then picked up one of those spoons from the contaminated ice cream and used it to scoop a sample from the flavor my boyfriend had actually requested. He was not wearing a hairnet, gloves, or any sanitation gear, and he had a visible chest hair on his white t-shirt. There was nothing identifying him as a TCBY employee -- no uniform or branded clothing. The store itself didn't feel clean. All of the ice cream and toppings were completely exposed to the air, and since no staff were present when we walked in, anyone could have tampered with the food without anyone knowing. The employee also used the same spoon for different toppings. Service was unfriendly; he barely spoke to us, didn't have change for a $20, and overall did not seem attentive or welcoming. For what we got, the price was also surprisingly high -- $17 for two ice creams felt unreasonable, especially given the experience and the lack of cleanliness. We were there on a Thursday night. First time trying this place. We made sure to check the schedule because it was night time. We were very excited to see that it closed at 10pm and arrived 9:25pm just to see that the locale was closed and there were 2 girls out there waiting outside. We figured they closed early? I decided to get my phone out and check the hours again but after a few minutes , a gentleman came out and allowed them in, we decided to also get down. What a terrible idea, as soon as we walked in the gentleman signed with his hands and also was very clear that we needed to make it quick. He said "you need to make this quick ok" the first time a couple of seconds later he said again "be quick ok" all while making gestures with his hands. I've been searching for a place that sells soft serve swirls and haven't been able to find one until I stumbled upon TCBY. I was so happy when I saw that they sell chocolate and vanilla swirl! My boyfriend and I just moved in around the corner so we went to get some ice cream at 8:50 because it said it closed at 10 o'clock online as well as on their door. We went in and they had all of the yogurt machines turned off so I couldn't get yogurt because she said she closed in a few minutes and when I told her that it says they closed at 10 she said very rudely that she has been doing this for five years and only locals come and know that she closes at 9. This was a perfect way to top off an afternoon at the YMCA pool. It is so wicked hot out and this quick and cool soft serve is absolutely everything! Yum! Frozen Yogurt is the perfect way to end dinner. Southwells (burger place) is directly next door. We ventured over to TCBY afterward to grab a quick dessert. We found a small but very tidy dessert shop. The place looks new or newly remodeled. They have both soft serve and frozen (ice cream like) frozen yogurt. They also have waffle cones some with special coatings (like chocolate & candy bar crumbles), toppings and others yummy items! I got the peanut butter delight which was yummy! The mint chocolate chip was also good but not as good as the ice cream version. They have one large bathroom which was clean but it still was kinda gross that it was unisex. As a woman, I'd rather have two bathrooms, men can be dirty :( If you are in this strip mall, this TCBY is worth a stop. read more

Normally I would give TCBY 5 stars but not this location. I am a TCBY activist, always have. Because of a previous company overview assignment, i keep my google notifications on for TCBY, and have been looking forward to National Froyo Day ( a day unique to TCBY as they coined the term froyo and created the first frozen yogurt ice cream replacement) Due to poor advertisement and maybe just carelessness from an employee our day was nearly ruined. We arrived at the store at 8:24 to be told our free six oz ended at 8 pm, despite any warnings the National holiday ended at 8 pm or any sort of advertisement proving of this. Despite seeing me she continued to text. For several minutes. Then she served me a yogurt in a cup that was about 1" below the rim. She ran to the back room to text some more. So I went because I was looking for a frozen yogurt. I did not see any here so maybe maps wrongly took me here. However, I was gonna give it a shot (hello I drove there so why not!). Oh peanut butter delight! I love thee! There aren't too many TCBYs around anymore. They're being pushed out by the self serve places. I still love some hand scooped yogurt though, and TCBY is the only place to get it. THE BEST FLAVOR EVER IS PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT! It's a chocolate fro yo based with chunks of peanut butter cups and ribbons of peanut butter. I love it. Mint choc chip, cookie dough, and the other classic flavors are good, but they don't hold a candle to peanut butter delight. I used to live right down the street, but we've moved clear across town.
