This is the worst place smoothie king on Mason Katy Texas ! worst customer service ever ! drove up to get me a drink girl literally yell to me on speaker and says cannot hear you very rudely I repeat my order nicely as I pulled up no greeting no nothing she just wanted my money when I told her she was being pretty rude she argue with me (nor did she even look like she wanted to be there) she was being very rude ! I explain to her at no point was I rude to her for her to be as rude to me she did not care close the window on me ! I proceeded to ask her what her name was (Kayla) she open the window told me very rudely and I said OK I'll handle this with your manager and she says in a rude loud voice well I am the manager rudely if Kayla is the manager of that place and she treats customers that way I will never go there no well I recommend it to anybody I'd hate to see the people that she trains there she's very rude and very disrespectful towards customers no one should go there and be treated that way it's no wonder they have bad stars they need to get rid of bad people like Kayla !!! read more

The worst smoothie king ever . They messed up my order and besides the drink that they gave me was pure ice . I'm not coming back ever again

Horrible location!!!!!! First of all if your paying over $15 for 2 smoothies everything should be at 100%. 1. Parking lot and People in the area are just stupid. 2. Walked in Sat July 23@230 pm. 5 employees, 1 guy and 4 girls and not one knows how to smile are greet customers. The white boy taking shots of smoothies is just ignorant and not taking care of customers FIRST. 3. These kids do not know what they are doing and can not even make a smoothie. 4. When I got home and tried our smoothies, One was a wrong order and tasted like crap and second one also tasted like crap because it tasted for sure that they did not rinse the blender it tasted like a flavor that should of not been in the smoothie. Pure lazziness. So I called right away to let them know about my wrong order and they knew right away they made an error and the girl Cristina who answered the phone said " yes sir we apologize because we did give you some one else's smoothie."Asked for manager and no supervisor was on duty. Shame on the owner. So asked for corporate number and its a stupid machine and on voicemail says contact the owner basically you will run circles and their policy is that once you pay no refund even if they screw up your order and even with the employees acknowledgement that they screwed up your order. I always come to this Smoothie King because it's the closest place in town that carries "vegan" smoothies. Today I went with my husband for our regular order and were not greeted politely. We weren't even greeted at all. All I heard over the intercom was "Do you know what you want to order?". I'm sorry.. but what? I gave the female my order and pulled up to the window. When the female opened the window she told me my total.. again, she didn't greet me. I said "HELLO! How are you?". She responded ".. good and you?" I said "great". She responded back VERY sarcastically "AWESOME". Now let me just add in.. this is NOT the first time I had an issue with this individual.. the same thing happened months ago on a different encounter. So now I give her my payment and she hands me my order.. no smile, nothing. I asked her for my card back and she handed me the card. I said "have a great day" and she closed the window on me. ALRIGHT. So I parked my car and walked into the location. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was trying to explain the situation to a "Vera" and the individual thought it would be a great idea to chime in and basically call me a liar. That's great customer service! 9 days ago someone posted a similar incident here. I will also be calling the manager of the location and discussing this. I am a frequent customer of Smoothie King. I am there weekly. I go to several locations depending on where I am in the city. On Friday, October 28th, I went to the Mason Rd. location. I had not been to the Mason Rd. location in quite some time. I can tell you I WILL NOT go back to that location. The manager was very hostile and rude! When I walked in he was talking unprofessionally to his employee. Then he made my Lean One Chocolate smoothie and it tasted like watered down chocolate. I am so aware of this because I have this smoothie made thick always and to do that they have to add ice. Sometimes the ice makes it watery. I simply told this guy it was watery. Unlike employees at most locations that simply remade it and it was fine. He opened the cup and said, "what is watery about this?" The consistency was thick but the flavoring was totally OFF! I simply explained that to him and he told me I can take my money and I didn't have to come back. He went on to yell that he put 3 scoops of chocolate, etc. I was like, " are you really talking to me a customer like this?" He said, "yes." So unprofessional! Went inside to order a gladiator. I wanted to find out how many extra calories and sugar the fruit selections added since there's no information on their website. The young lady working said that I should Google. When I told her I did she said...Well, who did you Google? I was confused and answered...Well, I Googled Smoothie King. She said, no WE don't have that information. That's why I said YOU need to Google. Quite snarky. I was shocked at her level of sassy! Moving on, I asked them to clarify if they have ANY information on the fruit that they add to their smoothies. She told me they did not and she had no way of finding out. So according to this young lady, she nor anyone else at the store, nor the company itself could provide nutritional information for the fruit they serve. I went ahead and got the gladiator with no fruit. Considering the lack of information along with her attitude, I won't be back. read more
