After she got done with my order, she placed it on the counter and walked off. She didn't even wait to hand it to me. Before you ask, it was just me in there until one person came and got their to-go order and she couldn't have been more nice to them. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day (at 8:50 am) or what other circumstances affected her inability to be cordial but her attitude was piss poor and there was nothing I did to warrant that treatment. We contacted them and on day one notified them that we sold on Amazon. We were informed that not only where they a GMP facility, they also confirmed that they work with "several" Amazon sellers. After they collected over $10,000 from my company we learned that they not only did not work with "several" Amazon sellers, they in fact did NOT have an accredited GMP certificate. After over 3 months of them kicking the can down the road and saying that they were actively working to resolve my issue, they finally came back with their solution. Their solution was for my company to pay an additional $8000 to get Cheryl's Herbs accredited. Yes you read that correctly. They want MY company to pay for them to become accredited so that they can make products under the guidelines required when we bought from them. Just know that their GMP is worthless when it comes to 3rd party verification. We are now left holding the bag after all their empty promises.

Most things in the store are completely organic, and if you are looking for something in particular, the woman behind the counter was more than happy to help me find it. While I was studying for the bar, my stomach was more or less in a knot for 2 months and I needed something to help me relax, she pointed me in the right direction and all the stuff she gave me really did help me sleep better and made me just FEEL better. You are able to bring back Amazon returns and drop them into the bin, or hand them to the worker at the counter located near the self-checkout stations.
