Expect nothing less than a 30 minute wait. I've never once had fast service here. They rarely take the orders at the drive through, they always make you redo it at the window. It always seems like they never have any idea what is going on. It's like it's every single person's first day everyday. Sometimes you will need to repeat your order two or three times. Honestly you could go to a store, buy all the ingredients including a blender and make it at home in less time that you would spend in line here. It's not worth it at all. read more

Not only were the smoothies great, the employees behind the register were very sweet and the recommendations we received were all hits. I accidentally made a little mess of a spill and they were so gracious about it. I saw people driving away from the drive through since the wait was so long. Would recommend ordering far ahead on the app / online. Check your receipt! They added a tip without my authorization in the drive through! My bill sounded high and when I asked for my receipt, they panicked and said they couldn't print me one. I would be so upset if I was the owner of this location. Literally waited for 30 mins just to order since online was unavailable. After ordering it took another 15 mins to get my smoothie. There were 3 employees in there 'working' and zero people inside so it makes no sense to take so long. Making 4 smoothies an hour isn't a sustainable business model. read more

I placed an order through the app as I do normally- I got to the drive-through and sat for more than 20 minutes and when I finally got up to the window - I said that I had an order on the app and he told me that they weren't taking any orders on the app that they had closed ordering because of staffing issues. So I had wasted almost a half hour of my morning and had to go straight to work and didn't have time to go anywhere else. The employee told me that I'd have to reach out to Smoothie King for a refund since I did it online. It took 3 phone calls and 10 emails and 35 days to get a response from Smoothie King. It took another 5 days to get the refund. As a customer - is simply giving me my own money back for something I didn't get - and not having that money for 40 days - an adequate response? I would have expected like "we are sorry, we will have that processed immediately and here's a $25 gift card for all your time you spent just trying to get your money back since we didn't even ever respond to you until your 10th email." But, nope. The regional or district manager reached out to me and let me know that he had processed the refund and that if there was anything else he could do to let him know, but then when I responded, he never responded back. I thought, yes, you put in a request for a refund, but that literally the LEAST you could do. How many people send an email and never get a response? Just wanted to share my feedback as a regular customer who is searching for new places to get my smoothies. Killing me smoothie king. One location I get terrible service so I start coming to this one. They have a drive thru with a very welcoming voice. Then nothinggggggg. 2 times in a row I have come an no response on the intercom. 1st time I finally pulled up after 5 cars backed up behind me. Pulled into the drive through 45 minutes before close to order an açaí bowl and an employee mumbled over the microphone that they couldn't serve me because it was 30 minutes until close. It's one thing to no longer serve an item on the menu past a certain hour, but it's another thing to treat the customer like they're the problem refusing their business without an apology. I've worked in food service and I've worked long hours and it's ridiculous to refuse service the last hour of a shift you signed up for. read more

They don't turn off the Uber eats capability that allows orders so the drivers show up to a store without ingredients. I just do t understand this logic of running a business. When coming to this location after getting off of work, I was told that they stop making things between 15-30 minutes before closing so that they can close on time. Another sweltering afternoon in Nashville and I was craving something cool and refreshing, but substantial. I've passed this place a million times while driving to work and decided to finally give it a shot. There were a few cars parked and three of us on drive thru. I scoped out their online menu before ordering- when I tried to find the blueberry heaven option on the main board, it was nowhere to be found. Their drive thru menu board is very chaotic... I had to pull up the online version mid order. Service was very very fast, prices are very reasonable, and smoothie was very tasty. On September 12th, 2020 my husband and I visited this location, we walked in versus going through the drive-thru. It was clear the drive thru was busy, we were patient as one of the employees took our order however. The young man was not very friendly and didn't communicate that he was ready to take my order, but I figured everyone has a bad day. When our order was ready, this same young man didn't tell us, but let us stand in the store for about 5 mins unknowing to the fact that our smoothies were ready. My husband finally noticed that he placed our smoothies on the counter. This young man would have let us stand there all day if my husband hadn't noticed. The manager of this location needs to hire employees with better communication skills or train on the importance of communication with the customers. read more

This is a larger franchise and the management should be able to handle regular orders during regular business hours and get extra help for large catering orders. This location is the best Smoothie King in the area. The staff is always very friendly and make awesome suggestions about the various menu items. I routinely get the same smoothie each visit and it has never let me down yet. There is also a police station nearby so I always feel rather safe at this location!!!! read more

I arrived at 7:40p.m. before closing on a Sunday evening with 4 different smoothies to order. In an effort to be easy and clear with my order I decided to go inside to place it rather than drive through. There was a sign posted on the door that read "Dining Room closes at 8:00 p.m." however the door was already locked. I drove to the window bypassing the microphone to order since no other customers were there and when I got there I had to knock several times before a visibly frustrated employee came to the window. He then questioned why I didn't use the microphone and told me that if I was ordering more than 3 smoothies at the drive through, protocol was to come inside to order. I explained the obvious which was that I tried to do the right thing and then he argued with me in a very inappropriate way before calling a coworker to come help because he had a complicated order. Smoothies were tasty but the cold, unwelcoming service was not. I'm sure that customers showing up on Sunday evening as you're closing is not what a tired employee wants to see but I'm sure it's what the owner wants. I enjoy SK very much, but this particular location could've just been a paid parking lot. The employees are unfocused and exhibit poor training. The cell phones in constant use in the store received more attention than the lackluster smoothies being made. Customer service are always really fast and friendly. Seem to have a genuine interest in how my day is going. Only downside is the design of the building/parking lot. Hard to get around with some of the traffic and busy Belmont area but it's convenient near school. Quality wise the smoothies were good and comparable to the other locations. read more
