The smoothies and bowls we order have come out very good so we are happy! The customer service is lacking compared to other locations. I'm using to walking in and being greeted right away with a smile or just see a bunch of hustling. I wasn't greeted or even said hi to just "what are you getting" it just wasn't on brand, but because I moved out here this will be the location I go to now. read more

I usually order the peanut power plus with chocolate and strawberries. It is always prepared just the way I like. The service is always great, I just feel bad there is a shortage of personnel, especially in the chesterfield store. The place is always clean and presentable. I have the app, which was a challenge to begin with, but now that I know how to navigate it, I will place my order through the app. There are coupons and it shows how many points you have accrued as well. Whoever was there around 8:00pm 2/24 was sitting down the whole time and seen me standing there ready to be served and was just sitting there not saying anything knowing where I needed to be to get served. It was my first time in there and I didn't know there were two sides until another person walked in and she helped him knowing damn well I was there first and just looking stupid. I ordered a PB Swizzle Bowl for my granddaughter and was very disappointed. I asked to substitute the granola for extra blueberries and instead I got extra granola and no bananas. This is very sad as my granddaughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed and can not chew yet. It will be awhile until I return to this location. Terrible customer service. All the workers seem like they don't want to be here and seem like they are always annoyed. Not an enjoyable place to be at with all these frowns and eye rolls the employees give. One of the male employees was wearing pajama pants and open toed slides.. kinda weird. He didn't look put together at all. I waited 20 minutes for one smoothie!! This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at Smoothie King, which doesn't include the other very few times I have went because of the poor service. Today when I came in, nobody was even behind the counter, or to be seen. Nice right? If you've ever worked retail you would know this is a horrible thing to do. I waited a little until a girl came out along with the guy manager i'm guessing, both said nothing to me, not a single word, until I accidentally ordered the wrong smoothie because of the names of them. The cashier, Bella Lange, looked over with a dirty look at the guy and acted like she didn't know a thing about that place, or customer service. I was then greeted with the "Oh well I wouldn't know how to do that", when I asked how to use my reward. Bella had also said that to me. I felt so unwelcome that I wanted to just walk out. I have been meaning to post a review for at least a month. A while back, my son had to have two teeth removed for braces and he was really worried about it. He asked if we could get smoothies because he thought it would make his mouth feel better. We went to Smoothie King in O'Fallon, MO. The person that took our order was the manager running the shift. I believe his name was Jared? I hate that I don't remember but I think he was in his early 20's. He handled our whole transaction. Super friendly, good eye contact, sincere. My son was so happy to have his smoothie. All of our smoothies were delish! When we had almost reached home, my son happened to look on his cup and handwritten on it was a note, "Hope you feel better." Wow. My son and I both got tears in our eyes. (we're kinda sappy) He did NOT have to do that, but that extra 20 seconds that he took to write a note on my son's cup really did something to us. Took that visit to another level. I called the store to let the manager know and he was the one who answered. I told him how much it meant to us, and he was again very sincere. I just want to say you really helped make our stressful event a lot better. Thank you so much. read more

I love smoothie king and have always gone to the mid rivers location but started going to the new highway k location. I usually get the same smoothie and there is no consistency with them. Workers do not seem friendly either. I was overcharged for a smoothie too the other day and did not notice until after I left. Also, I have never been asked if I would like my receipt. Overall, I will go out of my way to go to the other smoothie king to get better service. read more
