They put the sandwich in the oven to warm it up and melt the cheese, then gets dressed in what ever toppings you want. I chose to keep mine as is. The pork needs a little more seasoning, but over all, it was delicious. The meat was very tender, bread was so fluffy and soft. The deli mustard was not too tangy. I also grabbed a lemon cheesecake cookie. It was soft, chewy and had cheesecake pieces incorporated into it. I would definitely get that again. Plenty of seating inside and seating on the patio.
