Classic. I love their smoothies. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's areas inside to sit if you wish. I usually order through the app because they often have deals that you may not otherwise be aware of. I get something different all the time and am never disappointed. I've been to this particular Location about 6-7 times and the service and smoothies have always been on point. They have a solid selection of not only drinks but also protein bars, supplements and other healthy lifestyle and fitness related products. The location for me is somewhat a pain to get in and out of but it's fine because I'm always satisfied with my order. Good, but for the love of god they need to invest in quieter blenders. The smoothies genuinely gave me an energy boost, i thought it was a bunch of crap at first. I love supporting local businesses and Severna Park Smoothie King is one of the BEST! The staff is young, so I am always impressed with the professionalism when management is not around. I typically visit 1-2 times a week and we typically order 4-6 smoothies at a time (they freeze well). The employees are often observed cleaning, which is a great sign. It always smells fresh and fruity. The drinks are always consistent and the employees are more than helpful with questions (at first, I found the the menu overwhelming until I found my favorites). I recently had an issue with my points on Kids sizes, so the employee called the owner of this location for assistance. The owner spoke to me directly and found a great solution. I felt that he went above and beyond to make me happy. This location is going to be very successful. read more

Don't be foolish by the pictures of fit people in work out clothes and fruits and vegetables, these smoothies will make you fat. That being said, they're still really good. I recommend trying the mixed berry immune builder or the lemon twist strawberry. Sign up for their loyalty program. Today, I went into this location & I have never been before. I did not mention to the girl working the counter that I have been there before but she knew I was still deciding on what to get. She gave me so much information about different smoothies & what kind I liked, etc. She was SOOO sweet!!! She also said my smoothie was too think so she wanted to blend it more. It was a great first experience! I don't know who this girl is (she was wearing Mickey Mouse earrings & glasses) but she was so super sweet. Thank you for the great smoothie! First time I have ever gone to a Smoothie King. I walked in the door and immediately was greeted with warm welcome. The establishment is very clean with tables and chairs available to sit and enjoy your smoothie or snack. The selection of healthy snacks was a welcome surprise as well. I dig the various types of jerky they have available as well...Nice! I was slightly overwhelmed with all the different smoothie selections to choose from. The young lady behind the counter could tell I was new to the whole thing so she helped me choose what was right for me. ..and it was. The smoothie was the cats pajamas and just what I wanted and needed. I took a menu so that I will know to order next time. Another nice thing is that they write their specials of the day on a board..just in case you want to try something new. This location just opened and the staff is awesome. The store is bright and clean and you are always welcomed with a smile from the knowledgable staff. There are a ton of variations to the smoothie menu - you can make them low sugar, low cal, add protein or caffeine. It's a great way to have a healthy treat or even a meal replacement. read more

I came in to get a few smoothies for my kids since they hadn't eaten a good breakfast, and I wanted something healthy and quick. My kids love smoothies (they call them milkshakes) and they drink them all the time. This was our first visit to Smoothie King and it was not pleasant. The owner took our order and was very pushy about what I should select. I wanted simple fruit with apple juice as a base in a small size cup. This was apparently too complicated. He continually suggested drinks with vitamin additives and other fruit bases. I gave in to a suggestion that he made, thinking the kids might like it. He assured me he was adding no powder to their drinks. I watched as he scooped a big heap of white stuff into their drinks. When I asked what it was, he responded, "Sugar." He never mentioned that he was adding that when I ordered and when I commented that the drinks were too sweet, he explained it was the natural sweetness of the fruit. Yes, then why add the sugar? I am not impressed, and miffed with myself for not asking him to make them again. I walked in knowing what I wanted, a simple order that he somehow managed to make difficult. The employees in the neighboring business shared my opinion of the business, stating their mutual dissatisfaction with their product. Definitely not going back. read more
