So refreshing! I went here right after my gym workout and was able to get an "Island Impact" smoothie. It was very tasty! They have limited sitting but I was able to sit in the bar sitting area by the window and enjoy my drink while chatting with a friend. The cashier was very patient with me as I asked her several questions about the smoothies, she even let me substitute some fruits that was listed. Nice store in a shopping plaza. I ordered something online and it was ready as soon as I was there which was earlier than the estimated time so that was perfect. Everything was delicious and fresh. My daughter loves the açaí bowls. We came in for her a bowl and hubs and I got a smoothie. So many options that it was a bit overwhelming! We ended up getting a strawberry smoothie. Smoothie was good however so expensive. Spent close to $40 on 2 smoothies and an açaí bowl. The store was extremely HOT not sure if the ac was out or not but I couldn't stand waiting in there it was so hot. The açaí bowl took the longest to make and when it was ready, unlike other orders whereby they'd call out the order for you to pick up, she just sat it on the counter and walked away. I am a regular customer at this smoothie king and the employees are amazing and super helpful, it's the manager or owner of this establishment that is the problem we have seen several uncomfortable incidents with this person, and today she made us a part of one. We have witnessed her being very disrespectful to her employees. But today took me by surprise, systems were down, our smoothies were made and she gave them to us on the house, and as we were waiting for out smoothies we overheard her say "some people aren't appreciative". And when confronted she got very defensive and told us she didn't care if we ever came back. I've gotten a Tropics Smoothie at another location and tried to put this order in except he said they don't have it, which is weird considering I had it about a month ago. Guess I was wrong... I settled for the Workout Veggie Mango - it includes bananas, but was overpowering the other fruits - couldn't taste the Mango as much hence the 3 stara. There was only one person answering phones and making orders, so bless his heart. This place was really nice. It was clean and smelled really good. Their shelves were totally stocked too. I ordered the Angel Food 32 oz smoothie and added half of a power pack which has Vitamin B12, caffeine, and ginseng. I also ordered an all natural banana bread. Both we're really good and the guy who was there was really knowledgeable. We also received a visit from a really cute squirrel outside who was standing outside the door at us. Hopefully some day they will open up a location near where I live. I found out a lot of Smoothie Kings were franchises instead of corporate stores. The only sad thing was that this smoothie spilled at my job but i was able to get another at their other store. Which was the one I originally wanted to go to in the first place. Smoothie King is my go-to smoothie place. It never disappoints to satisfy my smoothie cravings. Whether I want a boost after a hard run or just a sweet treat for the day, smoothie king has what I need. I'm absolutely in love with the Berry Punch, so delicious. And what's even better is they have $5 Friday's! The staff is very pleasant as well and always seem welcoming. i wasn't sure if i was gonna leave a review but a few weeks ago I stopped by smoothie King on my break and went to get a smoothie when I came in I ordered everything was going fine till the employees friend brought them in Taco Bell. The employee who was making my smoothie proceeded to eat the Taco Bell lick their fingers and continue making my smoothie without washing their hands. The cross-contamination is outrageous and it's definitely something that they need to work on as an establishment. read more

NOT IMPRESSED. Came here to get a snack with my kids one afternoon. As we walked in the door everyone stared at us and not one person that work there greeted us. Rude. Apparently someone had brought their child to work and was allowing her to set up on the ledge of the counter right where customers order WITH NO SHOES ON(as seen in the picture I took). This is a great spot for smoothie king! They have an outdoor bench to sit on and they have a large variety of "Bang" energy drinks.

Staff is very professional and attentive. Since I walked through the doors they were very nice and cordial. They helped me out deciding what drink was best for me and asked me if I wanted to add any enhancers. Even though I did not get any added to my drink, I was glad they explained the benefits of them. The smoothie I had was the Yogurt D Lite with strawberries and it was delicious. Would go there again with my family. read more

Fast service with a smile! This smoothie king has been around forever and for good reason. The drinks are always made well, the employees are always friendly and the service is almost always quick. I come to smoothie king a lot. I love the smoothies and the variations in different flavors. I especially like the Greek yogurt ones and the new vegetable ones. The staff is friendly and can answer any questions that you have about your smoothies. However I was disappointed this afternoon when I tried using the 15% off coupon through the Yelp app. The workers didn't seem to know anything about it and they said to have a coupon I have to have printed it off so that they can send it to corporate. This does not seem like something that should have been done. Either the folks at Smoothie King or Yelp need to figure this out. Other than that I still love Smoothie King though. read more

Went to the Jacksonville town center location numerous times and HATED IT. Had terrible customer service and made me pay for a smoothie that they made wrong. Wouldn't make me the one I wanted. Stopped in to grab a smoothie over the weekend, the guy working at the front register was super friendly. I had my boys with me and he joked with them a bit while he made the smoothie. Smoothie king was my very first job (many many years ago). I was excited to stop in and reminisce. There are a few familier drinks on the menu and tons of new ones. I ordered the Green Tea with strawberries. It has a bit of a powdery finish but a nice flavor. I was told they do no honor the Yelp check in discount of 15% off which was disappointing. I am a member at the local Crunch gym so I did receive 10% off instead but even with discount a 20 oz. Was over $5. read more

I'm only giving this two stars because this was my first time coming to smoothie king, I was excited to know they had a 15% off entire order coupon. When I went in and made my order I got a vanilla shake that I tried which was really good, when I told the workers I had a coupon they all said that they can't take coupons unless it's printed. Like cmon this is 2016 no one prints coupons like that anymore and it's on Yelp the coupons have a timer so you can't print those anyways. I've never had a problem using a coupon from Yelp or any coupon on my phone for that matter. I honestly think that businesses shouldn't advertise coupons if they don't intend on honoring them. That put a sour taste in my mouth and smoothie king will not receive my business if they advertise something and then don't honor what they advertise. :-/ read more

My girlfriend and I were outside after Hurricane Irma waiting in line for Beef O Brady's when the owner of the shop came out, several times, and commented that the people in line were "on her property." On one of these occasions, she saw my girlfriend and I and commented that we were "disgusting" and was clearly talking about us.
