I can attribute both of those to training issues, but there's also the matter of the topic of conversation very loudly being held by the employees, which kind of ruined the vibes.

I showed up a few minutes before Smootie king opened, so I pulled over in the parking lot to wait until 1005 to go through the drive thru. I saw the employees in the parking lot. At 10 a car pulled in and I proceeded at 1005. the person in front of me never got their order, so I pulled forward and waiting until 1010 with no employee helping. I pulled around to the front and walked in with the employees at 1012. I asked if their speaker was working and they filled me in that they're opening late even though hours everywhere say 10am. I went to turn in a review on Smootie kings website only to find they aren't open to feedback or customer service. This makes me very weary of Smootie kings standard and food safety. read more
