My friend and I visited this small cozy restaurant in Medley and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had a few different assortments of food because everything looked so appetizing from Lobster cream soup, sandwiches their specialty salads and juices. This is another fancyish lunch spot - and healthy to boot - in the industrial nether regions of Miami. I noticed it driving to work the other day, and finally had a chance to try it today. The order app has a pretty clean interface with both pictures and ingredient lists which are perfect tp customize (take out the guac and avocado in my case). That alone is worth a roundup to 4 stars! My order was ready well within the time requested. Instead of a salad in a bowl, this a wrap with fresh looking and tasting greens, a slightly sweet sauce and plenty of chicken. My wrap was served with a side of chips as well. They have some smoothies on the menu, as well as a fixed soup of the day (lobster bisque Friday, which is why I skipped it). I'll keep an eye out for other ones. Parking is limited to 2 spots and a handicap one on the paved lot. Otherwise, as in my case, I had to park in the gravel next to the store. I've ordered from here 6 times in the past few weeks- juices are fresh, I order the same few sandwiches every time and if they don't have something or Grubhub has not been able to fix an option they are very clear and communication is great. I came here for breakfast with my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the food. I got a cafe con leche with an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich. My boyfriend got the fruta loca platter which had toast, eggs, sausage, and hash brown. The food came out quick! And I really liked how everything tasted. Finally got a chance to visit this place. I have yet to try their smoothies which I'm sure are delicious since that's what everyone else was ordering, but we wanted breakfast and went with the bacon egg and cheese sandwich, Nutella and strawberry waffle, mega local breakfast platter (which comes with eggs, toast, hash browns, and your choose of sausage, bacon, or ham.) We also had the cafe con leche and hot chocolate. The service from when we entered was great. The owner was there and he walked us through everything and made it easy for us to order. He explained literally everything for us which is rare in most places nowadays. The hot chocolate was good and so was the cafe con leche. Everything came out pretty quick. The BEC sandwich tasted good was the best thing overall. The waffle was burned which you can see in the photo if you zoom. Not a lot of flavor form the actual waffle, more from the powdered sugar and Nutella atop the strawberries. The platter was a good amount of food but the sausage was dry and cold. The eggs needed salt but they were good. The toast was good and the hashbrowns were alright. I'm only giving this place 4 stars instead of 2 which I'm siding on for the food because I'm basing it on the fast that the service was good. Also because we didn't taste the smoothies or shakes which are what their supposed to be known for. Called for a lunch delivery that took 1 1/2 hours to deliver. After about 35 calls to try to cancel the order because I was starving and I couldn't get through, I had to go out and get more food. By the time I got back to the office, the driver had just left and I couldn't catch him to tell him to take the food back with him. Spoke to delivery phone girl and 2 managers, emailed them my and my co-workers call logs to prove we tried to cancel the order over 35 times for the better part of an hour but couldn't get through. They were combative and claimed that their food delivery policy is an hour to an hour-and-a-half and that they delivered their food on time. Lies. Phone delivery girl NEVER said it would take 60-90 mins to get my food otherwise I would have never ordered from them. They say it's not their fault their phone was busy and I couldn't get through to cancel my order, it's not my fault they took an hour-and-a-half to deliver their food, never answered their phone after 35+ calls and I had to go out and buy more food yet I'm the one who loses having to pay for two meals. They didn't offer any remedy, no credit, refused a refund, refused to come pick up their food, refused to do anything. They would rather keep $23 and get a bad review. Terrible customer service. You can't always get it right, that's fine; but when you call over 35 times to try to cancel an order and send proof of such call logs and get a combative person insisting the customer is wrong, that's bad customer service. I never write yelp reviews but they were so unpleasant and combative that here I am. Its a shame because we liked their food but the customer service is so bad that I can't order from there again and I'm telling everyone I know not to either. This place is located where the god awful Sobe Graphics used to be at. I have co-workers that have gone here before and told me how good their food is but I usually bring lunch with me to work. Well to make a long story short, i didn't bring lunch so I went there today and bought the Gobble Gobble which was a roasted turkey sandwich with melted provolone, sliced tomato with this delectable cilantro mayo on a baguette and in all honesty, it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had. Went for lunch after a few recommendations. This place is in Medley and caters mostly to offices and probably truckers. They deliver which is great. The restaurant is very cute inside. Nice, clean, and decorated with fruits and lots of colors. The staff was very nice. This is just as important for me as the food. They were friendly and well mannered. I ordered a gobble gobble sandwich. It's roasted turkey with provolone, tomatoes, and their special sauce. I misunderstood the description and thought they meant like real turkey made in the oven, not deli meat. To me that's just turkey. So I was a little bummed about that, but overall the sandwich was good. I really liked the bread and the sauce. It came with chips. i really like this place just wish they updated the fitness pal app menu.
