Initially I was told there were safety concerns about my vehicle and we needed to fix the defroster, we waited and when we went in to talk to them, turns out they didn't even know how to turn the defroster on. Then there was a malfunction with the window tracks. This happened weeks after we found out. The salesman we worked with told me, "I guess I've had other priorities going on but don't worry we already have the part to fix it." So I am paying you to sell my vehicle and I am not a priority? Then they hit us with a very large bill for work they had done on my vehicle without my knowledge!! Lastly, when my vehicle was finally sold, my SO went to pop by (we had no idea we had an interest buyer) my vehicle was being loaded up to be shipped to another state. We never would have known if my SO hadn't stopped by. The funds were not released until almost a week after they shipped my vehicle out. 10/10 happy to be done with them and would NEVER recommend this place. (I would give zero stars if I could.)

They treated her very well, and she was very happy with everything, especially how helpful they were.
