I could not have been more happier with going to Scott's, from the first phone call with Bradley and working with Carson, they provided nothing short than some of the best customer service I have come across in a very long time. The staffs willingness to take my vehicle in within the week to perform the task was just awesome, you rarely get that anywhere here in Phoenix, and so that alone told me a lot, because an inspection fee is typically not much but it requires time, so for them to drop what they were doing and perform what was needed AND to the detail in how they reported their findings was world class and utilizing current technologies to illustrate the checklist of items needing inspected, was awesome! Bought what I was expecting to be a complete b18 swap for my ek Honda, when I got there everything…read morewas in pieces, they stripped most of the parts off yet told me it's still a complete swap which it clearly wasn't. Alex didn't have most of the pieces and tried to piece it together with crap they had laying around the shop. The axles he supplied were both damaged, the transmission wasn't the one that was initially with the engine, wrong shifter linkage and didn't even have to ecu nor correct engine harness. Alex promised he would drop off the ecu and mounts and after 3 weeks I still haven't heard from him. This shop is a joke, avoid at all cost and don't buy engine swaps from them. Shame on them for running a shop and won't stand behind their word
