He was knowledgeable over the phone, and for some reason was one of the only people who I reached out to that understood what I was talking about. He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I felt more comfortable going with Michael because I was able to look up his license at the CSLB. I now have ethernet at my home office thanks to Michael. I wish I had him reterminate the other cables while he was here, because I would definitely hire him again once I get around to finding out what I want to do with the other telephone jacks at my home.

I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. Have had service around a year. There are LOTS of pluses in the customization of the service, which was the main attraction (aside from low price). We only allow whitelisted folks to call. If they aren't on the list, they don't get through. That is the ONLY guaranteed way to avoid scams and others you never want to hear from. If someone is NOT on the list and calls, there is even a way to view the history and if that person doesn't block their CALLER ID, you can see "Donald Trump" called and then if you want to add him to your Whitelist so he can get through in the future, it is very simple. The DOWNSIDE is phone service often goes into MUTE for no reason at all and you have to hang up and call the person back! They can also hear beep tones on their end but on your end, it is simply interrupted noise, which does interrupt what the person is telling you. This gets annoying. I've spent time with tech support, but none of that worked and about to call them again because we refuse to pay for service (no matter how low) that doesn't deliver! Customer service is okay, better than expected, and five stars compared to Frontier!
