I usually order custom made pizza and custom made pizza finally got too dry for my taste, so one day I decide to try their predefined option - farmer's market pizza, to my surprise, tastes wonderful! Have it your way in a snap at SNAP. Custom made pizzas made the way you want it and served pretty quick. They have a wide verity of stuff to go on top of the thin crust. There is everything from what you expect to be on a pizza to a couple you might not. If you really wanted to, you could get a salad, but why? This place makes pizza, so get that. read more

We get pizza from here about once a week. Pizza is fresh, and tasty. Hot little honey is my husband's favorite. Service is fast as well.

My family went there for the first time as one of our friends recommended it. The pizza was good. The only complaint I have is that the guy at the cashier who also adds the vegetable toppings at the end put only one glove on and started using both hands to tear apart the basil leaves into pieces and placed it on top of the pizza which was disgusting. Snap is one of my favorite places to get food. The diablo pizza is amazing if you like spicy. Don't plan on sitting in too long. Every time I've sat in I've been slightly uncomfortable because the place is too tiny. There is barely enough room to fit two personal pizzas on a table for two comfortably. The last few times I went I was extremely disappointed. They forgot to margharita my pizza, meaning they forgot the oil and the basil. My friend and I weren't that hungry so we did a half and half, but I didn't realize my side was made wrong until after she started eating. When we told them they messed up the guy took the half eaten pizza behind the counter and added the ingredients. That's definitely a health code problem. At least I think so read more

Great pizza! Pizza in Delaware is not good. Every pizzeria makes pizza with very thick crust. However, SNAP has thin crust pizza. It also made right in front of you so it's quite fresh! read more

The only reason why I didn't give five stars is because the ac was very weak and combined with two ovens running, the restaurant was 101° on a 90° day which made it quite unpleasant. But let's forget that part for the rest of the review. When you first walk in, you see slightly small place with a kitchen sort of area taking up the back. When you walk around to the side, you see a place to order, sort of like the assembly line at Chipotle, but for pizza. Once the line gets to you to order, you just tell them if you want traditional or gluten free crust, and then all the toppings you want. For eight dollars you can make a custom pizza with no limit on toppings. They assemble your pizza in front of you and then throw it into one of those conveyor belt ovens. Just wait a few minutes for your pizza to come out, pay for it, then you can eat it. The pizza tastes great and the drinks from their "New Hope premium drink fountain" tasted pretty good. Their lack of wifi wasn't too bad as the pizza was ready in no time and the rest of the time was spent on devouring your delicious pizza. Overall I would rate my experience as a 4/5 mainly because of the AC problem. The food took next to no time to prepare and tasted great, the workers were friendly, and the restaurant was quite comfortable. read more

I just recently started going to SNAP because the area I live in doesn't have one. I cannot get enough. It's amazing, quick and has a verity of toppings. The toppings are fresh, the pizza is thin so you can comfortably eat a whole personal pie, and the crust is amazing. I always have a great experience here and I wish I could say I won't go anywhere else for my pizza but I don't live too close to one :( the only complaint is the size of the place. Small and gets very crowded. But totally worth it. read more

This is a terrific spot. To set the proper expectation realize that you will be getting a pizza that's about the size of a "personal pan" pizza. That being said the ingredients used at the restaurant are supposed to be fresh and organic. Regardless if they are or aren't the restaurant interior is very clean. In addition you get to watch the staff make the pizzas from the dough to the baking stage. The pizza itself had a very light balanced flavor to it and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. The staff is very friendly and professional. Last but not least the soda fountain they have is terrific. It only hosts sodas made from a small manufacturer that strictly uses cane sugar for their drinks. Needless to say I'll be returning very soon. read more

I love this pizza. I recently moved away from Newark and on my way out, I stopped by SNAP to have one last pie. A couple of days before I left, I had one last pie. This is hands down some of the best pizza I have ever had, and I am from New York, so I know pizza. The ingredients are fresh and you can choose what goes on the pie, kind of like a pizza salad bar. I've tried their pre-made pizzas, the Margherita (a classic), the Farmer's Market, the Kennett Square and the Mexique. They are all great, especially Mexique, with it's tangy BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Sometimes I like to add a few ingredients to those ready-mades, which then turns the pizza into CYO (create your own). It's only 50 cents more and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is really great too. They are all pleasant, polite and attentive. The space is really attractive too, and a great place to come with groups. The one downside is that the AC sometimes isn't working. The AC was down a few times over the past few months, and I felt bad for the staff because they are all really great. They bore the heat well, but really, they shouldn't have to. I hope this pizza comes to NYC, Jersey City or Monmouth County, NJ. If it did, I can easily imagine eating here every day and never getting bored! (Oh, they also have salads, which I have never tried, but one of my friends did and she loved it. I actually love this place! The ingredients are so fresh and you can literally get whatever you want on your pizza for the same price. But they don't have the greatest customer service and when I ask for avocado on my pizza I want avocado on my pizza, especially when you are out of some other stuff I want. It's annoying to get a pizza to go and then get home to notice your pizza is missing something, the avocado is my favorite part. read more

All I wanted was a slice of Peace A Pizza for my birthday. When we saw that Peace had been replaced by Snap, we were so bummed that we almost left...but it smelled so good that we decided to give it a chance. We are so glad that we did!! There is a fantastic selection of fresh toppings and sauces, and they use the best crust ever. It reminded me exactly of pizza that I had eaten in Italy! Plus, a personal pizza is only about $8.00, making this an extremely affordable yet high quality meal for college students. The customer service was also wonderful. Amazing food...however staff... eh. I placed an orderd through doordash and accidentally put in the wrong address. I called snap right away to fix it, however the lady on the phone said "they have nothing to do with doordash." Now in my opinion, if your restaurant uses a second hand service, you should probably be familiar with it. I cannot be the first person to put in the wrong address. We asked for a phone number of the driver so we could call and change it through them, and was given a completely wrong number. Also when we asked for the number she read back her own store number asking us if that was our phone number...im confused. After much confusion and getting no where we asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was the "shift supervisor on duty." If that is how little a shift supervisor knows about her job... well good luck. This review isnt intended to get anyone in trouble, but just to make the ACTUAL manager aware that the girl probably needs to be retrained. Good pizza though. read more

Pizza is delicious, sometimes there is a line, but it is 100% worth the wait. You can create your own pizza with various fresh toppings. Best pizza around this area. Chicken was a little weird so now I only get cheese and sauce, but it's still good. read more
