From the start, the staff has been incredibly welcoming. Hannah gave me a full tour and took the time to explain how everything works, which made the transition to a new gym super easy. Jerrod has also been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I've needed anything. The gym itself is very clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, which I really appreciate. It has everything I need without feeling overwhelming. If you're new to the area or just looking for a friendly, low-stress gym environment, I definitely recommend this Anytime Fitness.

Wether you're a boxer, powerlifter, weightlifter, or a bodybuilder this gym has it. It has a down to earth feel and even if you are a beginner, you'll feel respected and helped if you need it. John talks to you and gets to know your thoughts, goals and concerns. He is focused on your health and making you the best that you can be. Sometimes this means being totally supportive and sometimes this means challenging you to get the best out of you (which I consider to be totally supportive too). John is never the same tired routine. Each time I go into 302 fitness, he is ready with a workout designed for me. If you have never tried a trainer, I would encourage you to stop by 302 fitness and/or give John a call, I don't know why it took me this long to consider a trainer.
