I would expect if they can bill me again without my permission or consent the least they could do is allow me to work out but was told I need to leave. Front desk was unable to provide any documentation on their policy I agreed to that they could do that. It's a nice gym but I won't be back and hopefully they won't bill me again.

Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the staff member and he was very welcoming and kind. I also appreciated how they had some snacks out on a table for people to take in case they got hungry. I can't quite remember how much the day passes were but it was pretty reasonable ($10 or $15). The inside is quite spacious with both a powerlifting and strongman side. If I recall correctly there are 6 combo racks, 2 squat cages, and 4 deadlift platforms. Aside from that, there's a small turf area for warmup space and plenty of machines and dumb bells. Overall, I enjoyed the space, people, and vibe that Brewhouse Barbell provided during our visit. Looking forward to coming back and visiting whenever we're in the OKC area!

Half the time the people at the front desk are on their cell phones, so they are to busy to refill the paper towel disperse used to clean off machines basically you are paying more for less its not open late on weekends, the front desk people do wierd things like aim the checking laser at people faces as they come in normally dont greet people as they enter or make sure the paper towels are refilled because scrolling their cell phones is more important

My experience with the staff and facilities was acceptable; however I do not approve of their unethical business policies and their terrible customer service and management. I was told by staff when I signed up for 10 gym that all I needed to do to cancel was process by cancellation about a week before the membership was to renew. I was NOT told that I need to give 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE before cancellation, and that's my membership would still be active and I would be charged for an additional month. They wouldn't let me cancel over the phone or in person. And I even had to call back and ask again because they did not reply to my email. I got this email after I called back asking them to process my email cancellation request. I've included a screen shot of their reply. Even though I requested cancellation with plenty of notice before the next month, customer service and management refused to cancel my membership. When I let them know the staff are not properly trained on the cancellation policy, or were purposely misleading, and that's not what I was told, they told me it was in the contract. So I am leaving a review to tell all potential gym applicants AVOID 10 GYM. They need to evolve and stop treating their patrons so disrespectfully. Shame on you 10 Gym.

The Bethany location had friendly people and staff. My wife and I rejoined a month ago and we are seeing some very peculiar financial issues within this business. They now charge you by weekly 21-25$ twice a month for a total of 46-50$ a month and there's a a secret fee 2 times a year for cleaning and upgrading the gym even though it hasn't been upgraded since I began going to this gym over 9 years ago. The final thing is the reason why I gave this gym 1 star and that is, because they won't let you leave the gym or get out of your contract with this anytime fitness unless you have a doctor's note! Communism anyone?! Lucky for my wife and myself we are best friends with our doctor. Hahahaha!

When asked why they were allowing people to bring in any of these type of symbols to a family place with children I was told they are not offensive symbols. They have lots of different types of equipment to work out on. They have saunas in the dressing rooms. They have awesome massage chairs. They have Red Light Therapy booths and a spray tan booth. They have classes too. I like classes generally but they don't seem to have many of the ones I like to do. Other Crunch gyms in okc have more classes so I'm hoping that they will be adding more soon.
