It's hard to still stress about far away problems when at this very moment you are sweating, hot from the sauna and out of breath from the HIIT workout. This is a great gym for any time of the day workouts. There are a few treadmills, stair climbers, cardio machines to the right when you walk in. The turf is massive and they have wonderful strength equipment. The locker room is clean and pristine!! They also have amenities and showers if you are booking it to work after. If more up close and personal training is what you are looking for they have that and it is a low key environment so you get the 411 and the lay of the land. I enjoy having this as an option when I want to do my own thing. If you are self sufficient in the gym this will be your vibe. There are boxing classes too in the early mornings and after work.
