Great job as usual. I brought them a California King comforter which was quite ornate. I went there specifically because she actuallY DRY cleans them. I learned recently that many "dry cleaners" are still wet cleaning. Smita, the owner confirmed that many shops are not really DRY cleaning. She also shared with me that the petroleum free chemicals that are supposed to be used in dry cleaning went from $1400 a barrel to $3000 a barrel. A barrel lasts her shop about a month. Now I know how some dry cleaners have such low prices. Smita has been doing our dry cleaning for five years. Always on point. Service with a smile. read more

I understand that dry cleaning is pricey but this place is definitely overcharging. Most importantly the staff member that is usually there speaks basically zero English. Please hire someone in addition if anything that can translate when an issue arises. On top of it this lady is not competent. She takes at least 20 minutes on average to complete drop off and doesn't let you leave! That's absolutely ridiculous especially when you are the only customer. The last time I will use this business to dry clean my clothing. I had a military bag that I needed cleaned and took it in. The lady registered it as a jacket/coat which was odd, and I was promised it would be ready for pick up on Friday at 5pm. When I showed up at the promised time, they said it wasn't ready yet and that their machines "didn't work," and that they'd have it ready tomorrow, annoying but I could wait another day. I came in today on Saturday and I was horrified to find my bag in a much worse condition than I gave them. Yes, the bag was cleaned but at the cost of the fabric and structure of my bag. Two little holes became major ones that are almost impossible to patch up. And they still MADE ME PAY $24. I provided the before and after I took it here. read more

I was told I would get a 30% off the first cleaning but when I was picking it up they complained that the dress I brought was expensive already and I already got a good deal. $60 to clean a dress that cost $40. Just moved to the area a few weeks . They overcharged me because my shirt was designer? Never heard of that before. They also charged me $55 for a duvet cover. I usually pay $30-$35 for that. My first time using Snappy Cleaners at Olympiad Plaza will be my last. I took my Husband's vintage, silk Hawaiian Shirt in and asked for a price FIRST and I DID mention that it was a silk shirt. I was quoted a price and agreed to it- the pick-up ticket was given to me with that price on it. I went to get it today and was charged an additional $2 - I told the cashier that I was quoted the other price and she said "Oh...it was an additional $2 because it's silk". I wasn't going to get into a fight over it BUT as I said- I told them it was silk BEFORE I got the price AND that price was on the pick up slip. If I was undercharged- they should have called me- instead of just jacking up the price when I got there. We used to live in RSM and used a great Cleaners- I just wanted a new one that was closer to where we live now. I guess the drive back over there will be worth it! Smita and Raj committed to opening this location right before the Covid-19 pandemic hit. This was very unfortunate for this very nice couple. The landlord is not sympathetic to their plight and insists on full rent, which is ridiculous in their circumstance.
