I entrusted One Day cleaners with multiple high-quality garments after my wedding in the states, including three brand new dresses from Reformation (each only worn once) and a custom one-of-a-kind designer wedding dress (worn once). All items were returned to me extremely damaged after cleaning. Damage to the Reformation dresses included pleats being removed from multiple dresses, all the dresses shrinking, and dresses losing elasticity. The worst damage, by far, was to my one-of-a-kind wedding dress. The top is now a whole size smaller, the fabric from the inner lining has been frayed, and the structure of the bottom has been completely changed. This dress was not only sentimental and expensive, it was required for a second ceremony overseas. Because it was damaged and we needed to attend our second wedding overseas immediately, we were forced to scramble while traveling internationally to repair the dress and secure backup outfits immediately before the wedding. Despite extensive documentation, before-and-after photos and videos, and corroborating assessments from the dress designer, a seamstress, and dry-cleaning professionals, the business refused responsibility, blamed manufacturer defects, and offered no meaningful resolution. The most disappointing part of this ordeal is that they never apologized or even seemed to consider it could possibly be their fault, and have now stopped responding to our communications. We will be filing a claim in small claims court. Not only is the total value of these garments over $4,000, the distress and frustration this ordeal has caused us was immense as well. If you value designer, formal, or irreplaceable garments, proceed with extreme caution. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and customer care matter. If I could give this place a -0 I would, serice is horrible the people are not friendly, quality of work I can't even tell you how awful it is, it's not even cheap. I took my jacket that still tags on it I need it to be dry cleaned so it looks nice. I need wear it for a party tonight, instead my jacket looks like it has been worn few times a a just realized that it has stain on it. My husband told me don't do it I will press and steam it for you but no I want to look really nice, I guess the joke is on me. I took the jacket button up the right way when I got they decided I guess it was better the other way. I asked why would you do this? He argued with me by saying you should've told me that you want the buttons this way. He kept repeating to I am not a stylist so we did it the normal. I said but I didn't bring the jacket that way why would you think it's ok to do it your way. He answer we have thousands of clothes we don't have time. WOW read more

Horrible! I decide to try this place out because it was on my way home. I had just moved to the area and my usual go to cleaners was now too far. I took 3 dress shirts for dry cleaning. Not only were they not pressed nicely, the inside of the cuff area was damaged and dirtied. The black marks looked like the material was burned! So I called to check on what it costs to wash a men's dress shirt. Was told $2.55. I dropped off 13 shirts. Was clawed back and told because they weren't all cotton shirts it would be $3.55. Not sure why it cost more to wash a synthetic blend shirt. I guess I'll just wash it at home read more

I have been going to this dry cleaners for 8 years now. They are a block away, they don't charge an arm & a leg, and the store is clean. But what really stands out to me is the management or owner. The young man who always waits on me is so kind, has my clothes hanging up for me and ready when he sees my car pull up. He is very helpful an does a great job with getting my clothes clean. We knew this place just from passing by. We weren't sure if our normal dry cleaners had a one-dry cleaning service...so we went here just in case. Big mistake! It's on the corner of Trabuco and Los Alisos, right next to the liquor store. It was a relief to have the shirt cleaned within our time frame. However, the $100 black shirt was faded when returned to us. We couldn't believe it. The woman washed it or steamed it! Clearly the label on the shirt said "dry clean." If you want to ruin your expensive clothes, then by all means bring it here. read more

Dont come here!!! Started going here because it was in my route to the office. Solely based on convenience. I think the prices are a little higher but not outrageous. I never liked the way my clothes smelled after picking them up, but I put up with it. After taking one of my favorite blouses to be cleaned, that ice worn only 3 times, I come back to pick it up and it has stains all over it!!!! He blames it on the shirt, not their dry cleaning and says he will try to fix it. So I go to pick it up and it still looks awful :( . After explaining to him that I've had this blouse cleaned at other places and never had any issues. I brought it to him looking perfect and now my super cute, good quality top is ruined, not wearable. He refused to take any blame, or offer any sort of reimbursement and told me to try and return it to wear it bought it!!! As I told him, I am never going there, never again! OMG!!! Under New Management!! New owner is super nice and NOTHING like the previous owner!!! My friend had some issues with the previous owner so I stayed away from this place. Since I found out there was a change of ownership, I decided to give it a try. Oh boy! I'm SO glad that I tried out this place. I had a few shirts with some stains on them. I brought them in to see if they could be removed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! I'm thinking this is a good sign lol. Then the new owner James listened, examined, and tape marked the stain spots as I'm explaining how I have no idea where those stains came from. He said he will make sure all the stains are gone like new. I'm like... Ok lol. Following week, I stopped by to pick up the shirts. I was shocked!!! I honestly didn't think all the stains would get removed!!! He did it!! All the shirts were cleaned and pressed so nicely just like new!!! Of all, he didn't over charge me. He charged me reasonably and I walked out so happy!! I will def come back and I know I just became his regular customer for sure!! You need to try out this cleaner. You won't regret it!! read more

Just moved to mission viejo. And i was looking for the cleaner planted with wet cleaning. Cuz I really didnt want to clean my clothes with perc. I was calling around the cleaners nearby my house and this place is the only one with wet cleaning machine with organic solvent. Very satisfied. No smell of gas or oil. Today I had a horrible interaction with the owner operator of this Dry cleaner. I have only used this neighborhood cleaner once before to dry clean new clothes for a wedding I was attending in April, no problems with service or the clothes, so I thought I would try again. On Monday June 11th I took 3 semi formal dresses two of them brand new to be cleaned before my daughter wore them to her school award ceremony and then the other to her school dance. One of the dresses had ornate beading on the shoulder, which I specifically asked if they could protect during the cleaning process. I was assured by the owner that it was not a problem and he convinced me to leave the dress. Today Wednesday the 13th I picked the dress up and the beading had completely fallen apart. I was hopeful that with some professional attention, the cleaners or their seamstress could repair the beading, Instead I was met with a totally defensive owner who accused me of bringing in an old dress that I wanted cleaned for free. I was mortified, I have zero reason to lie to this man about a new dress, who then went on to ask me "if the dress was new, why was I having it dry cleaned?" Really!! I simply want you to fix what you have done. He told me he couldn't fix what wasn't broken. I then asked for my dress and my money back since I had already paid for all three pieces. He refused and continued to raise his voice at me, convinced I was trying to rip him off. I then suggested he now refund me for my entire payment as his behavior towards me was horrific. This is my 14 daughter's graduation dress. There is no time to shop for a new one and I need to find someone to repair this dress. He was holding the dress hostage in his hands with my payment receipt in the other, so I grabbed the dress from him and he dropped my receipt. I picked it up off the counter and he grabbed my hand with both of his and would not let go. I had to threaten to call for the police, when thankfully another patron walked in. The owner of the cleaner had no choice but to let go. Unbelievable! I was shaking like a leaf. I left without a refund but with the dress. Please Please Please do not spend your money at this dry cleaner's on Los Alisos and Trabuco in Mission Viejo. The despicable behavior of the Owner Operator was way out of line and out of control. read more
