This place is right near my office and very convenient. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. He is very honest and tells me not to over dry cleaning my suits. I came here to have my $1400 Moncler down jacket dry cleaned and was very worried! I got it back after 3 days and it was fresher and puffier than ever. J Fields is a great dry cleaner. The employees and owners are beyond nice. It's the only dry cleaners where I send in a white shirt and it comes back white! Shocking. Other places ruin whites, they turn yellow. I told them once that I want creases on dress pants and flat fronts on jeans and they get it right every time. Never mistaking black jeans for dress pants. Don't like they way the hanger faces? They'll make a note and switch it for you. Do you want all the buttons buttoned? Done. They also don't have the typical dry cleaner tag that you have to rip off before you wear the clothes. It's a bar code scanner so your clothes are ready to wear off the hanger. I have blouses and jeans from 2015 that look brand new due to dry cleaning. They take care of your clothes and you. read more

I've visited this drycleaner once and do not plan to return. PROS: Clean, modern storefront. Convenient location. Price list available and posted. Clothing comes back clean, pressed, and relatively undamaged. CONS: Business adheres *permanent* bar code stickers to the interior of your garments without asking your permission or letting first-time customers know of the practice in advance. Offers 15% "first time customer" discounts upon clothing drop-off which are not honored at clothing pick up. Forgets to return several clothing items during pick-up that customer has to specifically request multiple times. Prices are fairly expensive. That bar code thing was the kicker for me. I felt angry to discover bits of plastic melted to the insides of my expensive blouses and slacks. I get that this helps with the tracking of garments, but if they'd told me in advance they do this I would've never given them my clothing. read more

We have gone to this drycleaner for years without any problems. Unfortunately, it is now under new ownership and things have changed. I took a pair of lined pants in for drycleaning which were undamaged, but when I went to put them on after having them drycleaned I found the lining to be torn. When I spoke with the owner about it he was adamant that the damage could not have been caused there, but said he would send the pants to his seamstress for repair. I was shocked when I picked the pants up today and was charged $25 for the repair and another drycleaning. Needless to say we won't be using their drycleaning services anymore. Fast and friendly service every time I have been here. They do a great job and they occasionally have good coupons that are sent out in the mail. They got red wine stains and dirty mud stains out of a long formal light colored dress I wore outside for an outdoor wedding where it rained and the ground was all mushy. Ok, this place deserved 5 stars for sure. After I came in to pick up my dry cleaning a few days later, their guy at the front noticed me and came to the front right away. I only had one item and as a first customer they gave me 20% off. My dress was done in time for Thanksgiving and everyone complimented me on my dress. They send out coupons through the Money Mailer (the giant yellow perforated mailer) for 20% incoming orders and 45 cents off each shirt. Be warned, you have to bring it with you per the small print.
