When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. However,…read morethey recently ruined a pair of pants because they cleaned them in a load where another customer's clothing had an ink pen. They told us they would reclean them to get the ink out. When we picked up the pants they gave them to us without telling us they didn't get all the ink out. When we took them back, the woman working the counter actually told us that we should have checked them. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But you need to make them right or pay for the damages, not blame the customer because your staff member didn't check pockets and left an ink pen in the load. After writing my initial review, we met with the manager on Monday. He was very apologetic and offered to pay for the pants either in cash or account credit. We started using this place a year ago to press clean uniform shirts. The first few times she didn't. Last week she charged us twice as much for the woman's shirts. She said they don't do anything differently, but women's shirts are more expensive. Another customer came in behind me and then she tried to tell me the process is different but couldn't say how. They don't even do a good job, we will take our business elsewhere or do it ourselves. Besides the discrimination and dishonesty, the woman was horribly rude; we really regret spending our money here. They apparently don't care about quality or customer service.

I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.
