Let me first start with, I do like this place and I am a returning customer. However, I am disappointed with the inconsistency I've received twice now. Tonight (and another occasion) I ordered three flavors but was told I could only do two. I was confused because I had been able to order more than two flavors before. The woman taking my order said, "we can't do that because it's too busy, if it were during the day we could probably do that for you. If I do it for you then I'd have to do it for everyone." It didn't make sense as to why adding an additional flavor was not allowed. There isn't anything on their sign that says the price includes two flavors and additional ones cost extra or not. The whole point of shave ice is to be able to mix and match flavors, so if you're limiting customers to just two you aren't truly giving them the Hawaiian shave ice experience. Also, they have special named options such as "sparkly unicorn" and some of those include three flavors or more. Ultimately, I went with two and it was good, but I am disappointed because now I don't know what to expect. Will I be able to order three or more or am I going to be told I can't? I really think they need to include info on their sign if they are going to limit how many flavors you can have, or charge more?? Anyway if you only want 1-2 flavors you'll be fine, just be prepared to be told no if you want 3 or more. Please fix this policy!! read more

I love Sno to Go. And after a hard day's work, the feeling of walking through the door at this particular location gives me goosebumps every time. Baffled as to how there's no line, a pleasant service worker greets my girlfriend and I before fulfilling a simple dream: "One cherry shaved ice please. And one grape." Within minutes, perfection. It's joy. it's Christmas morning hand-delivered in a styrofoam cup. So with watering mouths and ever tightening grips on our spoons, my girlfriend and I locked eyes before nodding to one another as we took our first bite. And as the crushed ice melted against our tongues, overwhelming and titillating our senses, so too did the newfound inspiration coursing through my veins. The feeling of eating in this establishment--although inexplicable--invokes the same sort of ingenuity that drove Da Vinci to paint, Shakespeare to write, or the insurmountable force itself that made stars in the sky. But after the first bite... There's no going back. You're addicted. And nothing comes close to your first. I'm still chasing that dragon to this day, ordering as many Sno to Go cups as humanly possible. At as many locations as possible. It's a full time job just eating this stuff now... went to this spot on a whim and do not regret it!! the cashier was so sweet and offered my friends samples upon request, she also referred them flavors and answered all their questions. i've had shaved ice in hawaii and this spot is a nice local replacement. i got the orange dream, it tasted just like an orange creamsicle! my entire group agreed that the soft serve was the best we've ever had, i would go back just for that! read more

I lovedddddddd this treat. I got it with my kids after the beach and it's the best summer treat. It was quick for the amount of ice creams we got and was so cheerful in there. I got the worms and dirt (root beer ice and vanilla soft serve and sour gummy worms) and it was amazing. Definitely going back for a fun dessert! read more

I am done with this place. I have been a customer since they opened last year and have had many problems with them, but today was the final straw. I do not like going to this place anymore but decided to go today because it was the hottest day of the year and thought getting a snow cone would be a great way for my kids and I to cool off. However, when I walked into the store expecting it to be nice and cool, it was blaring hot, they seemed to not have any AC at all. My kids and I ordered and sat down and got our snow cones and everything was fine except for that it was so hot inside. I was parched and went to get some water from their jug but noticed that the handle was broken, and I could not get water out of it. I wanted to ask an employee if I could get some water, but there were no employees in the front of the store. I waited, and it took about five minutes for an employee to come out to the front of the store. I asked her if I could get some water because their jug was broken, and she said that she could get me a water bottle but would have to charge me. I thought that this was so ridiculous that she was trying to charge me for water when they usually have it out for free, even though it was over 100 degrees outside and it might have as well been even hotter inside, so I asked if I could get a water bottle for free, but she refused. At this point I had just had enough and grabbed my kids and left to go back home to get some water for us. The product at this place is fine, although pricey, and sometimes I get way too much syrup in mine, but that is not my main issue with this place. The issue I have is with their customer service, it is just simply horrible. Whenever I have to use the restroom, I have to wait about 5 minutes on average for an employee to come out from the back and give me the key. I often have questions about the menu or want to order something else for my husband but cannot because there are no employees in the front! How hard is it for an employee to stay in the front to engage with customers and give them the bathroom key when they need it? I simply do not understand it as someone who used to work in the food service industry. Customer service makes or breaks a place, and Sno2Go has broken it for me. I have refrained from writing a bad review here before, even though I've had many bad experiences, just because my kids like the place so much. However, I am afraid that I have enough of this place and will never be taking my kids back here again. read more
