I think the last time I had shaved ice was before the pandemic. So quite awhile ago. I was excited to try their stuffed 'snoballs' (as they call them) with ice cream! I ordered the blackberry cobbler. The ice was very fine and fluffy and melted nicely in my mouth. The blackberry flavor was good, not too sweet. I enjoyed the ice cream at the bottom! The nice lady serving us was all by herself! She did a fantastic job! They have some seating inside and some outside. Just not a lot of tables. I'd definitely go again! Just wish they were closer to where I live.

The Sno Café has perfected the craft of making snowcones. The ice they use is almost fluffy and never fuse-freezes. So, when you got to bite down on a flavor filled syrup cluster, no teeth are in danger of being cracked. This was my first time enjoying the Sno Café and it was via their food truck at the Fresno Grizzlies opening weekend. My kids went for classic flavors like cherry, pineapple, and grape, but opted for the ice cream filled snowball. I ordered birthday cake flavor? and it was incredible! I'm not sure what I was expecting, I thought "ice cream filled" was just a fun plan words. Nope! There was a full hardy scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of this snow cone. What an amazing pairing. Once the ice cream made its debut and I showed my kids, they snatched my treat and devoured it... I don't blame them. If you haven't been yet, the Sno Café is awesome and definitely worth a stop. Especially with summer right around the corner.

The red one was a sugar-free one if you kinda look at it it kinda does look waxy. It looks a little off.

I visited a truck they had in River Park while ordering was easy. The service was great. Just the product wasn't good. We got three different snow cones. One of them was the cheesecake. I believe a lavender one and a sugar-free one my sugar-free one tasted like wax like it was horrible . I've never eaten anything like that and I even asked if I could sample the syrup just to see what the taste would be like and they don't do that, but the fact that you even felt like wax was weird, my friend got the lavender one. It was really pretty. It smelled nice, but hers also tasted like wax. It was just weird, but then our friend who got the strawberry one it was fine. The ice was fine. It tasted like strawberrythe other ones we ended up throwing away. I wouldn't go back here again. It was just a no go for me, but everything looked really nice, but the flavor was not there.

The 2 ladies in the Sno Cafe truck were very nice. We ordered a watermelon cooler. It was nice and refreshing. Perfect especially for the warm weather in Fresno. The truck is nice and clean, several options of flavors to choose from on the menu. Service was quick and they brought it out to my daughter since we were standing at another food truck ordering. Awesome job ladies and thank you! We'll see you soon!

Worth a try. This place is different than those that serve shaved ice. So don't this mixed up. The consistency is comparable to eating flavored snowball. There used to be another place in the area that served this but was shut down during the pandemic. So I ordered the strawberries and cream. It was first fill with a strawberry filling in the bottom and then the shaved snow was put on top of that. It was drenched with a condense milk and a strawberry filling syrup. Then it was topped with a strawberry. It was nice and light compared to ice cream. The service was quick and the atmosphere is small but cute. I'd recommend a try. I will be back.

The shaved ice here was so delightful! The texture was very fine and soft, it is not anything like what you usually think the texture of shaved ice is! We got the flavors, strawberry short cake and Kuppa joy, and they were both so delicious! I especially liked the whip cream garnish, it tasted very fresh. The Kuppa joy was my favorite cuz not only did it have the cream but it also had a chocolate and Carmel drizzle and chocolate bits on it! It was such a dynamic flavor. The staff were friendly and quick to make our order. There was minimal seating and tables inside, it is not recommended for big groups. The noise levels were low so it was a great place for my friend and I to catch up one-on-one. This location has plenty of parking since it is in a shopping plaza and shares a parking lot with many stores. Plus Trader Joe's is right next door so might as well treat yourself before or after going grocery shopping!

We love a good bowl of Shaved Ice, and this was a Great bowl of Shaved Ice! From the fine texture of the ice to the delicious syrups made in house, to the great array of combinations they have created, what a great experience! Being our first time here, Samantha was a great help as she walked us through all the wonderful choices! My wife had the Mango, pineapple and Chamoy and I had the blackberry cobbler, both absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!

Fave dessert in Fresno! Sno Cafe snow cones are SO GOOD. They mean it when they say they have gourmet shaved ice! Idc how full I am, I am always down for Sno Cafe. Whether you're at their truck or their brick and mortar, service is super quick! The inside of their physical store is clean and with a couple of tables! Each and every one of their snoballs are good but my favorite by far is their ice cream & cake stuffed snoball. This particular visit I got the strawberry shortcake and it was yummy as well. Their presentation for all their snow cones are always so cutesy too. 10/10 would recommend.

Sno Cafe - arguably the most popular local spot for snow cones - opened its storefront today! It is located on the southeast corner of N. Willow Avenue and W. Ness Avenue. Just in time for those who want to avoid the long lines at the food truck during the hot summer months. They still have their food truck, so check the website for the dates, times, and locations. My usual order is between the Rainbow and Orange Creamsicle. I always get the Stuffed Sno Ball with vanilla ice cream on the bottom of the cup, topped with whipped cream, a sour taffy, or a small orange wedge. Expect the same friendly service as you have come to appreciate from the food truck, but they have hired additional helpers in anticipation of the longer lines in this shop. I am so happy they opened their first storefront. The timing could not have been better as the temperatures outside hit three digits.

It's been awhile since I had Sno Cafe... in the past I would go to Gazebo Gardens and order a large Orange Creamsicle... because who says you can't have dessert for dinner???? So excited Sno Cafe opened a store front!!! Because the Orange Creamsicle is such a great treat for the Fresno summers. 10/10 would recommend! The orange creamsicle... is the best. You get whip, flavored shaved ice and ice cream???!!! It was just how I remembered it, absolutely DELICIOUS!

We've followed their truck for years to river park and Enzo's to get some yummy sno cones. My hubby and boys were so excited they got an actual location. We went this past weekend and they did not disappoint. The employees are always really friendly and accommodating. The sno cones are just as delicious or maybe even better. They have traditional flavors and they make some with ice cream and whipped cream on top. Everything I've tried has been so refreshing especially on a hot summer day. This place is a must try if you like sweets.

Not into any kind of sweets or any ice creams but decided to take my son to try it out because of their ig and he loves them. Gets a sno ball at least once a week. According to him they're the best sno cones in town. So if you wanna take a six year olds recommendation this spot is a definite must try for a cold treat. read more

We sometimes go to Enzo's table after a long late night and find this wonderful food truck here. This place has the BEST gourmet snow ones, I live them. They have very unique flavors that are delicious, and I love that the ice is not chunky and is very finely shaved down. If you are feeling a good sweet Snow cone come to this truck. read more

This place is amazing! I love that it's family owned and they're all there to ask any question about any flavor you may have. I am looking forward to going to their future events and can't wait to try every flavor on the menu. Highly recommend even if it's not hot outside. The 'sno' literally melts in your mouth! The flavors of the 'sno' taste just like the flavor that's being advertised and not like the syrup sugary flavors you usually get from 'snocone' places. Great place can't wait to go again! read more

One of my favorite foods trucks ever! How can you not be happy when you feast your eyes upon this beauty of an automobile?! Their sno-cones are just truly special. Creative combinations and beautiful execution. I will go to events just because I know they are there, although I usually just visit them at Enzo's Table on Sundays as it near my house and they are always there. They frequent Gazebo Gardens too so check their food truck lineup schedule online if you want to catch them there. read more

At first I was very iffy about a food truck that only served shaved ice but I was wrong. I ordered the mango pineapple (it's like a mangoneada) and my friend ordered the vanilla orchid. I enjoyed my mango pineapple, but when my friend received her vanilla orchid and i tasted it, I knew I ordered the wrong flavor. The vanilla orchid is amazing! Yum!! Sno Cafe is our absolute favorite place to get sno balls. My kids love the rainbow and birthday cake sno balls and my favorite is the watermelon cooler. They do a great job with decoration and presentation of the snoballs too. The flavors are so light and refreshing, unlike some places where the syrup is too sicky sweet. We rarely pass up an opportunity to stop and get one when we see their truck! read more

We moved from New Orleans to Fresno after spending 20 years in NOLA. We are a little home sick at times especially during this unusual year. We miss the food, culture and friends down South. My 9 year old daughter and I went out to grab dinner and of course my girl insisted on trying a snow ball once she saw Sno Cafe food truck. While waiting in line we heard Jazz music from the truck and observed there were Mardi Gras beads hanging by the windows. We had to tell the nice ladies behind the counter that my kids grew up with snow balls and Mardi Gras parades. We had a nice and quick conversation because they were quite busy. My oldest girl and I shared an ice cream stuffed snow ball. WOW, did this bring back the taste of NOLA. Thank you so very much for bringing a piece of our hometown to this new place we call home. This was definitely a completely unexpected treat. Before we left, the owner gave us a fully stamped appreciation card and said to us, "The next one is on me." Your kind gesture has completely touched our hearts. Thank you so very much. My 9 year old who ate a lot of snow balls in her life gave you 2 thumbs up! read more

Sno Cafe legit has the best shaved ice. Their ice is shaved very finely so it is soft and smooth. They have gourmet options where you can get shaved iced with ice cream. An instant favorite. We tried 5 flavors and none of them disappointed us. The best local sno I've had. So much so that I looked them up as soon as I got home to see where I can find them next. At first the prices seemed high to me but it was hot and the refreshment sounded good. The flavor was delicious and for each of their "signature" flavors, I thought it was fair. Tried this awesome place about a month ago. I had seen it on Instagram and Facebook. The pictures are mouth watering. I took my kids when they were at gazebo gardens. I had seen food tucks out there on the weekends when I would drive by. So me and the kids ordered our sno cones they have some many flavors. Stuff you would never consider being a flavor for a sno cone. Also you can get a scoop of ice cream in it to. My friend did the scoop of iceream thing in hers, it wasent for me but she liked it. I got a sour cherry which was Sooooo good. The sizes are very generous. I got a large thinking itI was going to be just enough cause I love my shaved ice. Turned out to be more then enough. It was cherry and sour and the ice was fluffy and it lived up to all the pics I had seen on line which is also awesome and the prices are very cheap cheaper then I expected around 4 bucks give or take for my large. But it is diffently a must try. And the girls that work in the truck were very friendly. read more

Best dessert ever! On those hot summer days there is nothing better then a sno ball! They have a great selection of flavors and every bite is very satisfying and refreshing. There mobile so follow them to check there location. They use nothing but the freshest ingredients! The owner is super nice and treats everyone like family, the service there is awesome. In the summer the line can get a little long but definitely worth the wait. They have so much flavors it's crazy, you can also creat your own. They have things that are regular on the menu and they have items just for a limit time. My opinion is try everything lol, you will for sure fall in love with this place. read more

Sno Cafe is pretty damn good, though pretty pricey! I got the blackberry cobbler which includes the shaved ice and vanilla ice cream nestled inside. So good. Catch the truck inside of Gazebo Gardens on Fri nights! read more

My husband brought me this on the 4th of July while at the Fresno Grizzles game. It was the most amazing snow cone I've ever had. It wasn't just thick ice and cheap syrup like you normally would get on any corner in Fresno. The ice was fine grated and the flavors where so pure. My husband also told me they make them with no high fructose corn syrup and make them naturally. He also told me the cups they're served in are 100% biodegradable. I absolutely love this, I felt great eating it and it felt good to not be damaging the earth as well. What an amazing company. read more

Nothing about a snow cone or shave ice ever sounds good to me BUT these are out of this world! It was really really delicious, not too sweet, super cold, perfectly soft like snow and fabulous flavor. I absolutely love these snow cones! They are very soft and smooth similar to the shaved ice you get in Hawaii. It isn't that really crunchy hard snow cone like from the ballpark. I always get coconut and lime together and it's so delicious read more

We just visited this food truck at Enzo's table and it was amazing! We came with our parents on a hot Fresno day and this definitely hit the spot. I ordered the Georgia sunset which had peach, pineapple and coconut with sweet cream, whipped cream and fresh pineapple on top. I also got to try "tigers blood" and the orange creamsicle which were both great as well. I definitely would come here again and recommend this place! read more

I think they are too overpriced for what you get. You could get better value at Leilani or Rita. The shave ice comes from a food truck. It should not cost more than a store front. Also for the price of a small shave ice, you can get a sandwich or real meal from another food truck. read more
