The environment is so cute and the staff is friendly enough. I love the chocolate frozen yogurt because it is not as heavy as regular ice cream. I of course have to top it with brownies because it is not complete without toppings! Very clean restrooms as well which are hard to fine. It also felt clean throughout. 10/10 recommend this place! This review is mainly for service since the froyo itself is the same across the board of most Yogurtlands. Staff was quick to refill the toppings and were so patient with the abundance of people coming in for the deal. One of my favorite yogurt places! This place gets really packed since it is in the RP area. Limited seating inside and there are also seating area outside in front of the building. I love how they also have a kid section, small table and chairs to accommodate the little ones. The staff is always friendly they greet you as you come in. If you want to sample the the yogurt you would have to ask the workers for sample cups and they would gladly give more than plenty to you. They charge you on based off the weight of your cup and they have an abundance of toppings from cookies, candy, chocolates and fruits. They aslo have quite few flavors my favorite is the cookies and cream and the cheese cake and anything coffee flavored. They switch out flavors to every once in a while. They recently posted an Ube/taro (purple yam) coming next month and I am beyond excited to try it! They have cute colored biodegradable spoons. And complimentary water. If you come pretty often I suggest you sign up for their reward program it well worth it. read more

Like always, Yogurland was amazing last night. There is not a more refreshing dessert in the valley. At the price of .33 an ounce, you can't lose. There are flavors for everyone, including Vanilla Wafer, Chocolate Milkshake, Coffee, Mango, Strawberry, Coconut, Nutter Butter, Dragon Fruit Tart, and my personal favorite, Original Tart. I have personally seen skeptics become fans right in front of my eyes. Be sure to load up on the amazing toppings! The place is clean, bright and welcoming. Don't let the long line discourage you . . . it moves rather quickly. Once again, another fantastic night of fro-yo! Do yourself a favor and walk no run to the nearest Yogurtland- THE BEST. This was my 1st time @ Yogurtland and I wish there was one closer to Stockton BUT I will make sure to find one on my travels :) There were a lot of flavors and I tried the dutch chocolate, New York cheesecake, pecan & pralines, and the tiramisu- I usually don't like to clutter my deliciousness w/ toppings so I can't speak for them but there were a lot to choose from. The place was packed-but the line moved quickly. I really like any place that lets me get my own portion.The service at the register was good- price was good as well. I went to this location for the first time on a Friday night. It's really busy in Riverpark on a Friday or Saturday night and so it was not shock that this place was crowded and had a line going out the door. I was having my very first date with a man that had never had frozen yogurt from a shop like this where you create your own concoctions. I loved that there were so many flavors of yogurt to choose from! The line moved very quickly despite it's popularity that night. Definitely going to be a hot spot for me. read more

Yogurtland is my favorite place to get frozen yogurt in Fresno. It's a perfect go-to place, especially in the summer. There really isn't much to it, just frozen yogurt with toppings. It seems simple, but there's so many varieties you can make. They always change their frozen yogurt flavors. I believe they have 12 flavors at a time. You can sample all the flavors to see which one you prefer. But they always have a particular one I usually get. It's the plain tart. Hands down my favorite flavor. I don't know why I love it so much. Maybe because it's such a great base flavor for any topping! I also love the raspberry-pomegranate one. Unfortunately, it's not all year-round. You can just get yogurt, but why not add on toppings? They have over 20 toppings to choose from. There's a mix of fruit, candy, chocolate, and even drizzles. I always get the fruits (strawberries, kiwis, etc.) they are fresh and ripe. They also have brownie bites and cheesecake bites. Another reason why I love Yogurtland is because it is super cheap. About 35¢ an ounce. My total usually comes out to be $3-5. It comes with a shareable amount for that price. Such a great deal! read more

Yogurtland is ok....it's your run-of-the-mill yogurt place - self-serve yogurt with a variety of flavors that you can choose and mix as well as numerous toppings that you can do the same with. Almost every yogurt place I've been to follows this same business concept so there's nothing new here in that regard. As far as service is concerned, everything is self-serve except for the payment transaction which comes last. The lines here are always long and the speed to which you make it from yogurt-to-toppings-to-cashier depends on how fast the people in front of you are. The cashier seems to up to spped everytime I've been here. The quality here is good, the flavor selection is wide and constantly rotating, and the toppings are always fresh. For how busy this place is, I always make it in and out fairly quick. The best thing this place has going for itself is quality and convenience...convenience as in its close shopping and the movie theatre. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! The yogurt is great but the service is truly the worst ever. Sadly, It used to be good. Some people think that the Asian nail salons are bad but I think that this is worst. I think they charge to eat in but they never ask anyone anymore. So I'm assuming they are just charging and not asking, making money off every person who goes in. But my review focuses mainly on the girls who work there, whom are extremely rude. They don't smile or exchange smiles. They act like they don't want to be at work!! I've seen just about all of them. And believe me, I go there frequently since my family loves to visit me at work & my BF can't stop eating yogurt there. I get a discount for working in Riverpark and I bought 5 full cups of yogurt and the girl was not paying attention, even though she was looking straight at me, she didn't put it in. I went back to buy another for my 5 year old nephew and she told me she never gave me the discount on the 5 the first time. She didn't even apologize and just gave me the "oh well" look. I've been to Yogurtland numerous times, always with my family, even before I knew I got a discount. I visited Santa Cruz a while back and fell in love with Fro-yo and was excited when I found this similar spot. The bad customer service is starting to turn me away now from going. There are two things I consistently try to avoid as much as possible: 1.) River Park 2.) "Words" like "fro-yo". That being said, the fro-yo at this joint is bomb-diggity! Okay, I've never used the phrase "bomb-diggity" before, but I think it means off the hook. Next time I'm in the area getting my goods, I'll ask one of the three thousand teenagers there if I'm using it in the right context..and then I'll watch them laugh...and then I'll drown the sorrow of knowing I'm out of touch with today's youth in some AMAZING. FREAKING. FRO-YO. I could go into what everyone else has already said - tons of flavors, great toppings, .30 an ounce (WHAT?), but instead I'm going to let you in on two things - Peanut Butter Syrup and Mallo Syrup. I sit on my couch and think about the way those two syrups combine in my mouth with the gorgeous ice cold, perfectly textured fro-yo and the crunchy cookies and candy that somehow find their way into my cheerful little cup. So who cares if I have to wait in a line that is backed up halfway into the store? Who cares if I'm behind the indecisive little kid who gets to the end of the yogurt line and realizes he has one sad little turd squirt (Copyrighted here, folks) of chocolate in his gigantic "Eyes are bigger than my stomach" cup? Little man, you take your time.
