This place is a lousy florist that delivers garbage flowers accepting work from websites and delivers less than promised. I would think that they would spend a dollar or trio on a bow and some cheap filler! But not this place my sister sent me a 60$ bouquet offline and snohomish co delivered a totally different arrangement that a two year old could have made at least pretty! Shame on them!!!! At the recent passing of my father in law,we received a floral arrangement through Snohomish Flowers. Unfortunately the arrangement literally fell apart the evening we received it. The flowers at the center were wilted and dying. Being the weekend, I left a message, and they returned my call Monday. Since we were frantically cleaning dad's house out for the new owners AND making funeral arrangements, I was unable to reach them until Wednesday. I was told it was too late for them to do anything about replacing the flowers, because I didn't call back on Monday. My impression, honestly, was that they thought I was "gaming" them. They were quite defensive; irritable, actually. I would not recommend this shop if you expect ANY measure of customer service or courtesy. Here are photos of the flowers after they fell apart. I separated the floral from the greens, putting them in different vases, salvaging what I could. How unfortunate it was, receiving flowers as a heartfelt condolence, and have it turn into a rather sad "comfort". read more

Experience was horrible! Boy friend ordered flowers for my birthday and had them delivered. The Zen Artistry top tier one. It was way different than pictured. It was complete green except some purple carnatiilons. The fanned out leaves were cut horribly. The orchids weren't bloomed at all and then turned yellow and fell off even though I followed all the directions. It was very ugly and a waste of money. I live in Portland and wanted to send a pie to congratulate my friend on her new baby. After several phone calls to pie places in the area I was starting to think I couldn't get a pie delivered. I then realized that I could also have flowers sent... I called the Snohomish Flower Co and told them my crazy idea. They gave a recommendation to try a grocery store across the street from them for a less expensive and equally delicious pie (which the grocery store ended up not having) and said the order would go the next day. Because the grocery store didn't have the pie, SFC agreed to go pick up a pie from the Snohomish Pie Co that day (as the Pie place was closed the next day) and store it for delivery the next day. Hooray!!! They made the impossible possible and made a new mama very happy with flowers and pie!! THANK YOU SFC!! read more

My fiancee' was due to fly out last Saturday to spend three weeks here with me, our first visit since Christmas. Sadly, his grandfather passed away three days before his scheduled flight and that same night, my mother ended up in the ER with horrible chest pain that we learned was cancer. It was a horrible week all around but being the wonderful man that he is, on the day he would have originally flown in he sent me flowers using Snohomish Flower Co. The arrangement was gorgeous. I was so impressed with their willingness to not only deal with deciphering his accent (lol), dealing with an international billing address for our credit card, but with the quality and care put into the flowers as well. My mom sees her surgeon tomorrow to discuss taking out as much of the tumor as possible, although we know they can't get it all, it will make her more comfortable. To bring some joy to her day I decided to send a bouquet to my mom from my Fiancee' and I. There was so much selection it took me an hour to choose. The staff normally delivers between 12-4pm but since my mom's appointment is at 1pm, they are making a special trip to make sure it arrives BEFORE she leaves for the cancer center. The staff is so kind and patient, they do wonderful work and the flowers are outstanding. I will undoubtedly use them for every floral need I have from here on out as well as recommend them to anyone who needs floral/gift services. I plan on getting married next year and look forward to using their compassion and creativity for that event as well- They're THAT good, WEDDING good!!! But also great for a sweet, small surprise for a loved one or friend. They have loads of templates and are willing to make any changes you can come up with. Their website is so user friendly and my phone order was extremely easy and straightforward. Plus, and maybe most important to me, I love supporting a local business! read more

Not impressed by this flower company in the least. My cousin sent flowers for my mother's passing.. upon receiving them they were already browning roses and dropping rose petals.... I called and the staff member that answered was very curt... after talking with my cousin I found out it wasn't even the right bouquet and was inferior flowers so I called back. The second staff member I talked to was decent and told me they didn't have the right flowers so they filled it with what they had...which were inferior flowers than the ones ordered--I just received the second bouquet and STILL is not correct and has far less roses (2 roses versus the at least 9 in picture) along with an overall smaller bouquet than that was paid and ordered.... so in conclusion will NOT order from them again..and in fact told others NOT to order flowers from them due to poor business manners and I feel probably given inferior flowers in hopes that one wouldn't say anything because it is a time of grieving... read more

What a nightmare! My daughter ordered online to send a bouquet of roses for my birthday. The wired order went to this shop. What I was delivered was not filled to value; ie, barely any filler, leaves with blemishes and diseased spots. Some random branch of greenery shoved in to "fill" the "back side" (of which arrangements should not have!). On top of all of that, the card did not say who had sent them, and also had my name misspelled. When I called to ask, Sharon told me "that's how we got the order over the wire". When I pressed her for how we could find out and mentioned the misspelling, she found the paperwork and saw that she had made the spelling error and on "another page" was the rest of the message that should have been on the card! No apology, just an excuse that it was Homecoming, and she was swamped and kept getting interrupted! That explains the lack of filler, all was going to boutineers and corsages! After my daughter saw pictures of the arrangement, she put in a complaint. There was to be a new delivery and pick up of the original arrangement. I was not aware of this prior to Sharon's cryptic voicemail message. I waited to talk to my daughter before calling Sharon back. When I did call Sharon back, she informed me that the order had been "cancelled", so there would be no redelivery. We had a strained conversation about how my daughter had placed the order, etc., in which Sharon was very flippant and matter of fact, not a hint apologetic. Sharon then had the audacity to call back 5 minutes later and ask that the bouquet be left out on my porch to be picked up by her driver! I asked her why, and she said because the order was cancelled and therefore not paid for, so she needed the flowers back. What?!?!!! I am just the recipient here, now my birthday present is being ripped out of my house?!? Who does that?!? read more

I had flowers made up for a memorial service (a large display), and they were beautiful. They were made to specification, and delivered fresh, and timely. I do not have photos (not proper etiquette to snap photos at a memorial service) but the recipient gave us multiple compliments on the arrangement. My husband purchase a very expensive orchid from this business. Within a matter of days it had lost all of its leaves and within a month had completely died. I had followed the directions strictly, making sure it was not over watered and did not get water on the leaves. I called asking if there was any sort of guarantee on plants. Sharon, was exceptionally rude and snippy and let me know plants don't live forever. OBVIOUSLY! However, I would expect such an expensive plant not to die within a month. All I asked was if there was a plant guarantee that many businesses, such as Molbacks, offer, and instead got an ear full about what I should have done to make it live and how plants die etc etc. I was very polite on the phone and wanted a simple yes or no, we don't guarantee our plants for any length of time. I didn't need to be bitched at for a simple question. We will never go back here again. read more

We lived in Snohomish and we have used this company since they opened. Every arrangement they have made, whether it was a funeral or a gift , the flowers are beautiful! Well to start off the customer service sucks! I went in to order my sons homecoming date a corsage, when I came back a few days later to pick it up it was nothing like I had ordered, the lady tried to tell me what was in front of me is what I ordered, I then proved her wrong by showing her my receipt. No "I'm sorry" or anything she was rude and stomped to the back to fix it and when I say fix I mean rip the red flowers off and add white ones like I originally wanted/ordered. When she was finished "fixing" it she just handed it to me an walked away, no "i'm sorry you had to wait an extra 20 mins for our mistake." The flowers were limp looking and not up to the quality I've ordered from other shops before. Needless to say I will not be back here, and the only reason why I came to snohomish flower co is because Diane the owner of the other snohomish flower shop retired and closed her shop. I am very disappointed in snohomish flower co's customer service and I expected a lot more. read more

The customer service is terrible! The flowers we received were bad. My mother turned 95 in May, and we held a celebration for her at the Mill Creek Country club. She has a dear friend who lives in Geneva who sent flowers for her celebration. The flowers were a mess, pedals were falling off, some were drooping over the edge of the vase, and a couple were not even in water. I called Snohomish Flower Co to let them know. I spoke with the owner and she said "what do you want us to do?" She told me the vase was very expensive, and if we brought it in she would give me a refund on the vase! I told her I wanted to let her know. I expected her to offer to send my mother a new bouquet (no vase). This was not our money spent it was a friend in a totally different country-we did not want money, we wanted decent flower. She didn't seem to get that. She was not very nice about it, and when I said that she could send a replacement bouquet if she wanted to,she said "well thanks for letting us know" and hung up.
