I ordered a birthday flower arrangement online for my daughter and specifically requested a photo before it was delivered. The first picture they sent looked nothing like the arrangement advertised on their website, and several of the flowers were already wilted. When I called the shop, I was told it was just a bad photo. They replaced the wilted flowers and sent another picture, but the arrangement still fell far short of what I had ordered. It lacked the beauty, fullness, and quality shown on their website. The photos on their website are very misleading. The actual product did not match what was advertised in either quality or presentation, especially considering the price I paid. I expected a fresh, professionally designed arrangement for my daughter's birthday, but instead I received something that was disappointing and not representative of what was promised. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this florist and will not be ordering from them again read more

Usually good but I got 9 single stem roses for a funeral last week and they were almost as dead as the deceased. I was not impressed, sadly

I needed a floral arrangement for a funeral to be delivered the next morning. I went to the shop, as I wanted to see what they had in person. I found that there were floral arrangements premade that were more than 1/2 of what they would have been if I'd ordered online or by phone. Beautiful arrangement. I wasn't a customer of this business, but I had a very bad experience with one of their delivery drivers today. The older, gray haired woman, who delivered flowers in my apartment comlex pulled up behind my car, where I was unloading my groceries. She asked me where that apartment was where she needed to deliver and I showed her. I assumed, she will move her van and park at one of the empty parking spot just a few feet from the middle of the driveway, where she stopped and blocked my car. But she decided not to park, but went and delivered the flowers. I knew which apartment she went so I asked her to move her van, so I can park in my parking spot, but she completely ignored me. Even after she had seen ,how upset I was, she kept talking to that tenant, taking her time. This business needs to instruct their delivery people not to be a nuisance to the public,because just because they are delivering, it doesn't mean they are special and can just park anywhere they like. Especially as in this case, there was plenty of parking spot just a few feet from where this woman stopped. I know something, I will never recommend this business to anyone in the future. read more

I ordered the Heart of Gold bouquet, which promised 24 assorted roses. The arrangement was a disappointment, and clearly shorted the number of flowers and looked like someone picked a few roses out of their yard and stuck them in a vase with no thought to how they looked. I sent flowers to my niece, for her birthday, she loves purple. I picked a lovely arrangement from the photos online with a purple vase (and mostly purple flowers). I realize a florist substitutes flowers they have in stock that are freshest, but the arrangement sent just wasn't tasteful. It was just a mish mash of flowers in a purple vase. Absolutely absurd customer service. This is what I ordered and paid for the premium flowers and this is what we got. When I called, Janelle the manager apologized and said they could send new ones out tomorrow. My aunts birthday is today so that defeats the purpose. I asked if they could be delivered today. She said they don't have any drivers but would throw in a box of chocolates!? How about a partial or full refund for delivering the worst flower arrangement we've ever seen. She sounded annoyed when I acted shocked about not delivering them today on HER BIRTHDAY. I will never be ordering from Stadium Flowers again. Horrible customer service!!!! My friend's father had recently passed away and the day she told me, I wanted to do something special for her and her family, especially since funerals are not prohibited at this time due to the outbreak. Since she lives in Edmonds, I wanted to find a local florist to support and one that would deliver the same day. Therefore, I found Stadium Flowers online. They were able to deliver flowers on the same day, as well as provide different pricing options and so forth. There were many different arrangements to choose from. Ordering online was very simple. I selected the gracious lavender basket since my friend loves lavender. With this selection, I was also given three different sizing options with different prices. I was also offered the option to add-on accessories like a memory stone, balloon, etc., as well as a customized message for the card that came with the arrangement. I purchased the flowers around 10:30am and the flowers were delivered to my friend around 2pm. Her family and her loved the flowers and thought the arrangement was so beautiful. I called mid-day asking for a bouquet for my friend who is recovering from surgery. Not sure who I spoke to, but she was so nice and made it super easy for me. I just told her my budget for the flowers (knowing tax and delivery would be added), and why I wanted to send one. She asked for my friends name, address and phone number, and told me it would be delivered that afternoon. My friend loves the flowers, so I'm very happy all around. read more

I received an arrangement from a friend. it was delivered on a Monday. when I brought it into the house within a few minutes of receiving the delivery text the flowers looked droopy. I checked the water. the water was full but discolored like the flowers had been sitting in stale water for a few days. I refreshed the water. within a day I threw most of the flowers away because they were withered. clearly the flowers were OLD. cut hydrangeas from my garden last for weeks but the ones in the arrange wilted and shriveled within days. the arrangement I received from a grocery store is still fresh over a week later. I feel bad that my friend paid top dollar for a bunch of half wilted flowers. also there was a lot of filler in the arrangement. read more

I contacted them the next day to get them replaced, emailed them photos (as they had requested) and then no follow up was done. I contacted them again and still nothing. read more

A very courteous and friendly girl answered the phone (I prefer calling to ordering online), she offered same day service and the recipient sent us a picture of the beautiful Poinsettia bowl within a couple hours of my call. It was a good size pretty round white ceramic with Christmas trees all around, filled with poinsettias, a great value for the quality, I think. Spoke with someone by the name of Holly who guaranteed me a special circumstance since I was surprising an educator who changed my life. I told the employee and she helped me plan and told me to call a few days in advance and to order them and I would be given the "instore special price" and I was VERY thankful for that. I called today and the manager raised her voice and basically called me a liar and tried to tell me what I was told was not what I was told. You want to know why your location is not busy maybe do not be incredibly rude to the customer. You want to lose out on a sale that's fine. I wanted to send a "Happy Spring" message to all of our employees who are working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I called Stadium yesterday and asked if they could deliver 9 spring-themed planters by end of day. Louise was so friendly and helpful! When she found that she didn't have 9 of exactly the same arrangement, she found wonderful substitutes that were a bit more costly but offered them at the same price. My partner and I got married on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) and we did not get the marriage license in the mail until the afternoon on the day before. Stadium Flowers still was able to produce the table arrangement that we had requested, which was GORGEOUS. But, more than that, they sent along the orchid plants which provided flowers for the arrangement, AND an extra, free orchid. All of those orchids are now repotted in orchid bark (orchids are one of my hobbies) and I look forward to the memories they will provide when they bloom again.
