AND...here is the best part! The bouquet had a couple different roses, Lilies and several assorted other flowers. This fresh flower bouquet lasted two weeks! Amazing! I got flowers here today and had a good experience. I started with a small bouquet and picked out some more from their walk-in chiller to flesh it out. I thought pricing was reasonable, they had a nice selection to choose from, and the lady who helped me was was easy to get along with. They also have a selection of chocolates, stuffed animals, potted plants (and probably more I didn't notice) if you want more than flowers. The store was nicely organized, and everything was attractively displayed... which is always reassuring. The customer service side of things were great. The ladies that worked there when i went in were quick to ask how they could help and were very kind. I just wish the bouquet of flowers i received today when i showed up looked as nice they did last week when i was in there and that they arranged the bouquet more like what i showed them i wanted with an online picture. Instead the purple and lavender stock they used was clearly dying, there was too much green in it since it was supposed to be lush and full with purple/lavender colored flowers, and the roses were browning already. Sadly, i have bought rose bouquets from grocery stores like Safeway that were nicer looking than this bouquet and those didn't cost almost $100 like these did. I am really disappointed that i am stuck giving this bouquet to my wife for our first anniversary. She deserves much better. read more

Due to a miscommunication, I frantically called at 530pm trying to determine why my delivery hadn't arrived. Unable to reach her delivery driver, Karen offered to personally redeliver the arrangement after she closed up shop. As it turns out, the delivery was received and the crisis averted but it says a lot about the commmitment to customer service that Karen was willing to go he extra mile. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. Got a call asking to deliver early due to rush of orders. I said an early delivery would be OK. Later the same day, I got a call saying they had to cancel the order and could not deliver. I then got an e mail confirming the cancelled order. I ordered flowerer delivery from another source. The order that was cancelled delivered? I got charged and tried to explain I didn't want 2 arrangements and felt full charge was unreasonable since this was their mistake. The person was very rude and said my 83 year old mother would have to return the flowers to get a credit. He then accused me of trying to get a free order and was so rude. They took the order over the phone but then decided that they needed clarification about the location to be delived. Instead of calling him back, they called me.....me the person not knowing I am getting the flowers. I am teacher and was in class all day. I called them at 6pm as a response to their voicemail for clarification (which did not say I had to call them back at a specific time), and then followed up first thing in the morning.
