We tried several groom shops in our new neighborhood when we first moved here. We quickly settled on Snoopy''s and have been well satisfied with their cuttings and other treatments now for over two years. Snoopy's is located on a larger road which is easily accessible. The building is a stand alone two story structure. The pricing was recently increased but may be okay. read more

I just called to get our old english sheep dog in and they made the apointment for today @ noon wow thats impressive I called Bout five other places & the soonest was late next week some for a couple months out.. We have been bringing our dogs to Snoopy s for 17 years and absolutely LOVE how they do business! The staff is always very friendly and informative. I can call the same day and get in if needed. Their prices are very reasonable. Our dogs require regular grooming and we would not consider taking them anywhere else! read more

I took my long-haired cat, Elvis, in for partial shaving due to matting on his hindquarters. The groomer was extremely courteous in that she called me back almost immediately to let me know that more shaving would be needed. I requested a lion cut, which was executed quite well except for some choppiness around his head. When I picked him up, the receptionist was kind enough to give me some grooming tips since I have never had a long-haired cat before. Their prices are quite affordable. I have no experience with them regarding boarding like the last reviewer, so I can't speak to that. read more

The prices are very reasonable. They do a good job grooming, and will groom when most would want to shave because of matted hair etc. The area where they keep the dogs is no other way to say it.... depressing and filthy, crates are stacked up like old luggage. Still I suppose habits die hard, but all I know is that the last time we went our little dog brought with her about a thousand little itchy friends... I will keep an open mind as it is possible they could have come from somewhere else... I just have no idea where. as time fades from our latest experience, the number of fleas has returned to normal... none, but it took several dips and Frontline applications to eradicate them. For us, from now on we will pay more somewhere else, and ask to inspect the holding area for the dogs. read more

I'm not one to waste time writing reviews, but when it comes to my dog, it's a different story. If i could click 0 stars I would. When i called to make an appointment, the lady that answered said "yes, we can get him in but we are busy, so expect a 4-5 hour turnover time." I went on with the appointment. I dropped him off at 10 a.m. expecting him to be ready around 12-1 p.m. Around 2:30 (6 & 1/2 hours of my dog being in a kennel), I called and checked on the status. She told me that he would be ready around 5. THAT IS 9 HOURS IN A KENNEL. (Most likely no food/water or let out to use the restroom) I told her that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog there for that long & that I was coming to pick him up. She said "ok" and hung up. When I got there, she told me that he had already been given a hair cut (but not a bath) so I had to pay 38$. At this point, I just wanted my dog and wanted to get out of there, so I started to pay her. Right before I handed her my money, the employee from the back brought my dog to the front. Tears. I bawled because my one year old Maltese was trembling and looked like a plucked chicken. I hadn't even mentioned not paying for traumatizing him/me yet, before she said it herself. "He looks rough, are you sure you don't want to come back in 2-3 hours so we can finish him?" He had cuts all over him from shaving him too short. First of all, I don't care how many dogs you have booked, it should never take 8-9 hours. Second of all, don't overbook because you're only worried about your paycheck, and not your customers' animals. Unacceptable. I was not paying for this. The employees were rude & unapologetic. I really hope you think twice before bringing your dogs here. read more

First of all this is only my 2nd review I have written in my life and I am almost 51 yrs old. I am not good with computers and do not have facebook or an email and so using my husbands email to be able to do this review because I think it is important. I know a lot of people love their dogs and since I love my 2 precious toy poodles Grace & Mercy with all my heart and I am so thankful God blessed me to be able to have them in my life, I thought I would share about how I feel about Snoopy's. I will start with this " I Love Them" I am also thankful I have them to help me take care of my babies because keeping them groomed especially since they are poodles is a very important part of being a good momma. I do NOT like to be away from them for very long and I am pretty sure they feel the same since they are usually always in my lap or very near by :). Anyway when I first got them I was so in love with them and a few days after I got home with them I realized I needed to find a vet and a groomer and did not know where to start and since grooming meant I would have to leave them and they would not be with me for probably hours I got very concerned about who I would find I could trust with my babies. Since I love Jesus and He is so important in my life I decided to pray and ask God to lead me. After awhile of praying I got on the computer and googled dog grooming and on the list of places I saw Snoopy's and I truly had a very good feeling and so I called to see how I felt after speaking with them and well the owners daughter answered and I just told her about my new little babies and how I am a very picky momma and how much they mean to me and how I love them and also I get anxious when away from them very long and she was so nice and took her time to lesson which is not always an easy task in itself. Anyway I took them in just to meet her and at that time I also met Heather :) After meeting them I knew God had lead me to them and I have been taking them for about 2 &1/2 yrs. I am thankful God put them in our lives & I know Grace & Mercy's are too! At Snoopy's they understand my attachment to my babies and work with me on when to bring them in so they don't have to be away from me or vice versa for too long. have to add that Heather always loves on them when she sees them and when I pick them up they are always very happy to see there momma & go home BUT they are never traumatized or act like they were miss treated in anyway and I might add my babies are very spoiled and I know are no easy task to take care of but Heather always does and they come home BEAUTIFULLY groomed looking like little 6 & 7 pound princesses!!!!!!
