Snooze is a great brand- reliable food quality and interior cleanliness is superb! However the time you sit down and the time you get your food is quite long. We got our food about an hour after ordering! I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or just a rush time (mind you we came in at 10am on a Thursday). It took an hour to arrive and I was so hungry I ate in 5 mins. Restaurant is packed busy with many people waiting in line but looking across the restaurant most tables are empty with many people aimlessly waiting. I realize ordering online is faster than dining in person. Again food is great but service is not great! read more

She gave us a lot of info on what to order, this place insists the employees try the food and I love that, hate asking about what's good and the waitstaff doesn't have a clue...not here. My wife chose this place 'cause she's been talking omelets for a while. She enjoyed a three egg omelet with 3 enhancements and hash browns and she chose an english muffin for me. I enjoyed a short rib loco moco. Most loco mocos come wit' two hamburger patties, the shredded short rib was very tasty, it came wit' some amazing mushroom and beef gravy and some jasmine-garlic rice, topped with an egg prepared how you like it, I picked it over medium, it also had a side of pickled red onion and ginger carrots and chives. Would give it 5 stars for the food, but we had issues with the service. We had a large party and we put ourselves on the wait list but they were running behind so we still waited 30 minutes. They were going to split up the group and seat us separately, but we saw that the two tables next to us were leaving so we had to ask them to put us together. Then our server dropped a glass of lemonade and the lemonade fell on one child's head. We were so lucky the glass did not fall on his head, instead it fell and shattered on the floor next to him. Our server was nice overall, but not very apologetic about what happened and they didn't comp us at all for dropping lemonade on one of the children. It was quite shocking. We were also celebrating 2 birthdays and they charged us for the birthday pancake. Regarding the food- it's always good at any Snooze location (we are from AZ). The pancakes are so delicious and the breakfast burrito- yum. The strawberry coconut pancake special was excellent. Will always return to Snooze but we were really disappointed with the service. Do not sleep on Snooze. an A.M. Eatery! I finally got a chance to try out the new location on a Monday & I was very impressed! I had a reservation, but it wasn't needed. There were plenty of tables available @ 9:30. The decor is cute & there was also seating outside. We were served right away & after letting the server know this was our 1st visit we were offered a sample of one of their signature pancakes. We got the strawberry shortcake pancake & it was delicious. It was large so for a free sample. I ordered the shrimp & grits with scrambled eggs & my daughter ordered the Benedict with bacon but different. Oh my gosh the food was soooooo good. The proportions were nice & the price is good for what we got. My only critique was the place is tight & when crowded you may feel a little jammed & it would definitely take a long time to be seated. I was so excited to try Snooze I actually love this place and was excited to have this one open . But from the beginning it was an awful experience the host didn't even notice us or another couple standing there. To be sat. They said the wait would be 10 to 15 mins it ended up being 30-40 due to them putting the wrong name down. They sat us outside which is great but our server was Oliver. He was definitely not interested in serving us and ignored us from the moment we sat down I had to ask multiple other ppl for stuff needed and it wasn't even much. Been here several times at the other location. They just opened up one near us in Stafford. It's always good. Staff is very friendly as well. Be prepared to wait for a while or just get in line on the app. The past couple of times I tried some different. The Chilaquiles was good, I added meat to mine. And they gave my partner a birthday pancake. It was really good! No need for syrup. And then we went back and I got Crab Cake Benedict, that was good as well. My kids got the pancake flight. The food I ordered was only ok. The location is a little loud. I met a friend there who had been shown to a table that was not clean. The service was terrible. Very disorganized. When brought to the attention of leadership that we had not been served (after 20 minutes of waiting at the table) their response was unprofessional at best and straight-up confrontational at worst. Will never return to this location. My lesson: look at reviews first. Not all Snooze shops are the same. Poor service is a theme for this location. read more

I am so glad my daughter-in-law (DIL) introduced me to Snooze. The food here is absolutely delicious and, though it's been hit-or-miss during several visits, the lavender coffee is awesome. My DIL and I had an unpleasant experience with a male server; however, my husband and I had exceptional services, on separate occasions, with two other servers (Alicia and Aubrey). Both were wonderful and provided us with outstanding service...very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. It made our visits all the more enjoyable and memorable. At Stafford's location we were able to walk right in to a table. Waited like 7 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Then waited 10 minutes to order our food. I wanted to visit this one since it's closer but if they can't handle the times when they are busy then I'll just make the drive to Cinco Ranch where the service is quick. read more
