Would order again and again 2. Bulgogi Kimchi fries- I was not expecting them to be this good as kimchi has a very strong fermented, acidic flavor. SO GOOD. There wasn't tons of kimchi on the fries, they have mayo and hosin sauce on them with cliantro and other stuff. did I say SO GOOD? Would order again and again as a shareable between friends. 3. Country Fried Steak, sunny side up eggs and cheesy hash- I did not expect it to be so tender. The pepper flavor hit me right away. The runny eggs with some hash on the fork, delicious combo. 4. Viet style Steak and eggs- My friend ordered it, it's his second time ordering. He loves it. It comes with a salad, dressing and two how u want'em eggs. The steak is marinated and tender. Service was fast. I had a mimosa, it wasn't too orangey or too champagney. I loved the glass it came it, stylish and tapered upwards. Would try a different drink next time. While waiting for our food we were asked to move to another table so they could push two tables together, so we had to gather up our drinks and silverware and move. Used Google to find a nearby resturant so ended up here. Great parking. Walked in the door and wasn't greeted right away. We sat for a few minutes. A few workers passed us by without saying a word and then the host finally came. I will give grace because they were busy. Service was actually pretty quick. Our server was cool. Because it's so busy it took a min for us to get served; but it wasn't bad. The food was good. The mimosa flight; in my opinion was drowned out by the juice that was in it. The food was good overall. The pancake was overcooked and a bit hard, and the chilaquiles were cold not sure if they were sitting out before being served so got cold and the other dish was great; no complaints. Ambiance- We arrived at 10 am on a Sunday and the patio and dining room was full. Every customer looked happy to be there. No one was looking around, or in need. The ambiance is created by the staff and the staff clearly enjoy working at Toast. Service - Our server Alicia greeted us with a genuine smile that carried throughout our dining experience. True customer service and professionalism from Alicia. My kids ordered their own food and she was patient, smiled and treated them as if they were adults. This was impressive. Food- Our food arrived as ordered. 5 people, 9 plates of food and it was all correct. Order taking was not rushed. I ordered the Chili oil and eggs with steak. The flavor of our meals were new and enjoyable. We loved the blend of traditional American breakfast with a Asian flavor profiles. We sat down pretty quick but were warned they were short staffed. It did take a while to get a server but we were ready to order our drinks and meal by that point. The food came out not long after that even with the steak and fried chicken we had ordered. It was hot and cooked how we asked. The place is on the smaller side for how busy they are. I'd recommend going right at open time or brunch time. read more

Every order was wrong at the table and even after several attempts to ask for missing items, they still could not get it right. When we asked for a manager she came and apologized. Food wad cold, coffee was cold, eggs under cooked and French toast was rubbery at best. When the bill came we were shocked. We do not ever go out intending to get free things but sometimes these things happen and if you have any decency as a business owner, you offer some compensation. We got none. Do not eat here. I was taken today by my daughter sister and niece for a birthday brunch. They managed to get 3 out of 4 orders wrong. It took several attempts to try and get it right which they never did. Manager wasn't even going to comp any of the meal but after protest agreed to a twenty dollar discount. He tried to blame the waitress but it wasn't her fault. She read back the order perfectly before taking it to the kitchen. The coffee was cold and wasn't readily refilled. Poor management because the first manager was apologetic but didn't offer any sort of compensation. We still never got our full order. Plus kitchen manager was also not apologetic. It appears toast came with the dish in the past but may have been taken off the menu for the dish. The Vietnamese iced coffee lacked the strong coffee flavor and was more of a flavored iced coffee. The taste of the bulgogi was drowned out in mayo and sriracha with too much bread and not much filling. The fruity pebbles donut was also standard, it's exactly what you expect it to be. We sat at the bar because regular tables were a 40 minute wait. However, it was kind of hard flagging someone down to take our order despite them working right in front of us. I think we sat there for around 20 minutes before one of the waitresses asked if anyone took our order yet. I noticed that the customers who came in after didn't seem to have as many issues though. Mad dog (6/10): Most of the flavor was from the grilled onions, which was really good. The meat and everything else was quite bland. The fries tasted similar to McDonald french fries to me. I think a bit more salt would've made it a lot better. Smothered philly fries (5/10): Again, the flavor was kinda bland in my opinion? They don't skimp on the meat, but I feel like the meat is still pretty dry and unseasoned. Same kind of Mcdonald's-like fries. Creme brulee pancakes (10/10): This is the one thing I would consider coming back for. The pancakes here are really nice. They weren't soggy and overly soft like a lot of places. I liked cracking the creme brulee, and I didn't find it to be overly sweet. We also struggled to get our receipt and pay. One of the waitresses said she would bring us the check, but we waited 10 minutes before asking someone else. He said he would bring it, but we waited another 10 minutes, and the first waitress ended up noticing that we still hadn't got our receipt. If you give your customers a QR code for the menu, why not add an option to just order and pay on your phone as well? read more

The menu is pretty extensive with some classic brunch items and some Vietnamese fusion dishes. There's also vegan and halal options available. We were immediately seated and received great service throughout. I was happy to see Vietnamese iced coffee on the menu and obviously had to order it. They didn't overdo it on the condensed milk so it was just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered the chicken biscuit and gravy with cheesy hash. The chicken was nice and crispy and they definitely don't skimp out on the gravy. We shared the chocoberry cronut which I somehow miraculously had room for. It was delicious but I would probably order one without cream next time. I was willing to try it out but I'm just not a fan of cream-filled donuts. The Strawberry Screwdriver tasted very water down in flavor. So if you like a light drink this may be good for you. The breakfast quesadilla had a good salsa but that was the only flavor you're going to get on that entree. I also got the strawberry shortcake croissant donut but it came after I finished my food. We started out with the mimosa flight, which was a little too sweet for my taste. The people next to us also ordered a mimosa flight and said it was too sweet. The other cocktails on the menu are made with soju so I wasn't interested in trying another sweet drink. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with over medium eggs and I was disappointed. The food came out lukewarm and the country fried steak tasted like it came from IHOP or the grocery store freezer section. My eggs were runny and the cheesy hash was definitely not cheesy. My husband had the Loaded Burrito and said there was nothing special about it. I really wanted to like this spot but I don't think I'll go again. While the service at Toast was friendly, quick and efficient, the food was a miss for me. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken and waffles but noted they were average. He also got a mudslide and enjoyed it, but when I tasted it I just got mint syrup milk with chocolate syrup gunks from the bottom. I ate one half of my avocado toast before realizing it wasn't for me. The avocado wasn't fresh at all and there was so much that it was really a mushy mess. The cheesy hash was gritty and mushy as well. We may try the cronuts one day but for brunch I don't think we'd be back. read more
