This Snooze is every bit as good as the original downtown when it comes to tasty food and friendly service. The pancakes and bennies are to die for and the mimosas are diverse and plentiful. There's not much to say about the menu because it's the same at every location. We've been 3 times so far and unfortunately have had issues with our food each time. They were always rectified, but it was still annoying - I ordered eggs over hard and they came out over easy, the hash browns had so much pepper that they were inedible (it looked like the top of the pepper grinder must have fallen off), and the salad my companion ordered had a few slimy leaves of spinach in it. Again, these were corrected by the staff, but after waiting an hour for a table and another 20-30 minutes for food, it was unpleasant to have to wait again for the food to be corrected. I think this location is just so busy that quality in the kitchen suffers. It was way too small of a building for the population explosion that has taken place in the Broomfield/Westminster/Thornton area. The location is just terrible. The parking lot is small and it's tight to maneuver. Snooze is such a popular brunch/breakfast spot that I wish they had chosen a lot a bit further into the shopping center to have a larger parking area. Others have already noted that there are games on the sidewalk to play to pass the time while you wait, but I would definitely recommend either arriving very early or show up around 1:30 pm for a late lunch. If you come during peak hours, it's just not a pleasant experience. As others have noted, you can have people standing right next to your table while you eat, waiting for their own table to open up. You can't actually relax and talk to your friends and loved ones because some stranger is 3 inches from your elbow. We won't be returning to this location. The Snooze in downtown Denver or Fort Collins each has more room inside and fewer kitchen mistakes. It's worth the drive to have a better brunch experience. read more

Most folks know that if they don't show up early, they're going to have to wait for a while for a table, but honestly, it's worth the wait! We waited for about an hour and 15 minutes. The outdoor heaters, giant jenga, cornhole, and bottomless hot coffee made the wait go by quicker. The food is great and our even waitress gifted us a free pancake for the table for being patient. I think I was a little rough on my review for their mishap on Mother's Day. And as mentioned, a huge part is due to these difficult times and the special day that we looked forward to. However, I did get an email from Snooze explaining the circumstances and it makes sense to me. We are all human and learn from our mistakes. Snooze wasn't the only one who had issues that day. Restaurants are in unfamiliar territory and they did mess up, but they owned up to it and that's all anyone could ask for. I applaud them for taking accountability. So, I have never eaten at any of the other Snooze locations. This was my first visit to one of these restaurants. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened, because we knew they were in their "growth" phase, and would be super popular and busy. Our wait was only 10 minutes, and we were quickly seated. Our waiter was very attentive; got our order in quick, and brought out our toddler's food first, so he would be happy. Our order came out relatively quickly. They got my eggs wrong (sunny side up, when I ordered over easy), but remedied the problem quickly. Food was good, though not excellent. However, I will say that their hashed browns were some of the best I have ever had. And I cannot recommend their signature jam enough. I think that, once they get into their stride, this will be one of the best AM Eateries in the area. We are moving north east of this location, and know another location will be built by our new home. Will definitely try them out over there as well. read more

My experience here was phenomenal! Didn't have a wait at all, provided it was a Wednesday morning... but we were seated right away! Our waitress was at our table right away to get our drink orders and when she found out it was our first visit she brought us a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake!! It was delicious. Ahhh Snooze! I'm so glad you came up north. I really am in between with snooze. Some days I love the food there, and sometimes it's very bland. The pancakes can be so delicious, but they are much too sweet as a full on entree. I got the breakfast tacos, and they were extremely bland when I got them with bacon. The next time our server told me to put corned beef hash in them AND THEY WERE AMAZING! This is seriously why I bumped it up to 4 stars! Their drinks are also super good! read more

I have been to a few of these and the new one is nice! I like the atmosphere and the eggs Benedict was great! The only downside is that they seem to all be in a bit of a growth phase where they are trying to get the kinks worked out at this new location. Overall I enjoyed the brunch. read more

I was in town visiting a friend and we came here Friday morning, just a few days after they opened. We only had to wait about ten minutes for a table. I liked the retro decor, silverware, coat racks, and coffee mugs--definitely gives this place character. Quinn was our server and was EXCELLENT. We were frequently checked on, offered recommendations, and really felt like we were their favorite customers. We were also visited by whom I believed to be was the manager, and also by whom I believed to be the head of the kitchen. We were informed that the kitchen was a bit backed up and was given a large cinnamon roll pancake to hold us over during our wait. What a 'sweet' surprise! The food was delicious! I had the blueberry Swedish pancakes, and the lemon filling was soooo tasty. Again, the service was incredible--from Quinn, to the manager, the chef, and the employees who came around asking if I wanted a refill on my coffee. Usually new places have a lot of kinks to work out when they first open, but I never would have guessed that this location had just opened a few days earlier. Loved this place! read more

This Snooze has barely been open for a few days and it is HOPPING! I went with my mom and sisters and although it was an hour wait, it was nice to be able to give them a phone number and have them text us when a table was available so we could go window shopping and not have to wait in a long line. Our server, Derek, was amazing! He was so kind and friendly and made sure we were taken care of and always seemed to come by just at the perfect time! And the food...ALWAYS SO GOOD. Seriously, I dream of Snooze pancakes and today they had a blackberry sublime pancake that blew us away. That thing was gone in 5 seconds. And my personal favorite, the Bella Bella Benny was just as good as every other Snooze I've been to. And even though I had to get the egg fully cooked since I'm pregnant, it was still so delicious! Snooze seemed promising to be really great as the whole hype of social media surrounds it. But it was just alright... I got green chile with my food and it was absolutely awful. It left a horrible taste in my mouth all day and even the smell of it was just rotten. The wait was also long for the food i did get, I had to sit outside in the cold for 45 minutes just for a table when I really should have just crossed the street to get a pastry at Caribou Coffee. My boyfriend and I have been coming here almost every weekend for months.... we know some of the wait staff and have never had a bad experience until today. Obviously this restaurant is busy the food is great, but today we got quoted 30-45 minutes, after 55 mins we went just to check in with the host who we have never seen before. He literally swiped his hands at my face saying ya ya idk where the hell you are in line it's been a day. We asked him to check and said we're still way far up the line and to just wait with no apology or sense of care for his own job or customer service in the world. How to ensure no one ever comes back to your restaurant 101: first, quote a wait time of 35 minutes. Then, after 40 minutes and some questions, tell the customer it should be only a few more minutes. Then, after 90 minutes, finally be honest (like you should have been from the start) and say you have no idea when the table will be ready. Cherry on top was it was my mother in laws birthday, and her first (and last time) at Snooze. Thank you Snooze for leaving us hungry and with a cranky 4 year old on a Saturday. Came here around 9am on a Sunday and it was already packed, but because i was only a table of two the wait was about 20 minutes. I ordered iced mocha and my boyfriend got a rum Mosa then I ordered the Benny duo (steak and lox) And it was pretty good. I loved how the hash browns came out. It took us about 40 minutes to get our food though. I understand there's a lot of people, but they might need more staff. I wish the seats were spreaded out a little bit more. Usually I come with my mom or my aunt but today I came alone. I am 21 and I work for tips just like the servers here. But my server was rude. Took more than 5 minutes to fill my empty coffee cup even though I tried to flag him down. I get this experience a lot. People think since I'm a kid I will tip badly.
