Overall was tasty! Hard to go wrong with any type of ice cream for me. Large selection of flavors and even a waffle on the menu I'll have to try on my next visit. The one thing keeping this from being 5 stars was my experience inside the shop. It just wasn't super inviting, but the employees were very nice.

Review #1,009 Posted on 3.2.26 I took my daughter here after 2 games in a soccer tournament in Morgan Hill nearby on Saturday the 28th. The menu here has some super cool choices. They make the ice cream right in front of you, chop it up, it's a cool way of doing things. My daughter got the S'mores and added oreo crumbles and marshmellows too. They've also got sticky notes people can leave and put on the wall as momentos of sorts, it's for sure a cool feel good spot. Downtown here was packed so my guess is this place does well all the time, but especially with warm weather and nights.

We were dining at the restaurant next door. Kids "subtly" made us realize there is an ice cream store right next to us. Ordered the choco loco along with a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream. There was a slight mix up and they started making 2 rolled ice creams. The owner was very courteous and offered a partial refund. I declined because I was still getting a product that I paid for, but I appreciate the gesture. The ice cream was really good. The kids didnt have any trouble finishing their big serving. Came here after eating dinner in the area. It was a cold night but still wanted to try this place. We tired the cookies moster and two different shaved ice flavors. Everything tasted great but the shaved ice was a big portion so next time we might just need one. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some seating outside but only one area with two seats on the inside. Would definitely try again if we were in the area.

We've lived in Morgan Hill for sometime now and always saw snowee rolls, but never went in until recently and honestly best decision ever we used to drive to Gilroy for icicles and hands-down Snowee rolls has gained a new forever Customer absolutely love the variety that they offer on their menu from Boba to snowee roll ice cream to yummy mochi pandan & ube waffles, coffee and so much more! Oh and can't forget the sugar cane drink! So happy I found a spot that is local that offers sugar cane! Staff is very friendly and Work very quickly, very tidy and clean ambience in the heart of downtown Morgan Hill. If you are in the area or driving through, definitely give snowee rolls a try! highly recommend you can walk in or place an order online and pick up love love love snowee rolls.

My dad, my boyfriend, and I came here for a little sweet treat and I'm so glad we did because it was so good. I got the pandan coffee and it has just the right amount of everything. My boyfriend got the pina colada smoothie and said it's the best one he's ever had without alcohol. My dad got the dragon fruit lemonade and says it's pretty good. We also got the pandan mochi waffle and it's crunchy, chewy, and so yummy! The employees are also super nice and the vibe of the whole place is super up beat and cute!

Amazing selection of deserts. I had a delicious Sugar Cane drink. Reminded me of when I was a child chewing on sugar cane that my dad sliced up. Today I had the pleasure in a cup.

Dessert variety in Morgan Hill? Wee!! Snowee Rolls is a spot just off the main drag of downtown Morgan Hill that has an interesting selection of drinks and sweets. The obvious draw is their rolled ice cream, which is inspired by a Thai street food, but they also have mochi waffles, coffees, bubble teas, and smoothies. I had to get ice cream ($11.00), and after browsing through their almost 30 flavors, I settled on a Mango Tango (mango, pineapple). This may not have been the best choice as the fruits were a bit tough to discern in flavor. Sure, the ice cream base is thick and creamy, but texture is only one component. The mango topping helped a little bit although it was pretty modestly portioned, and the mochi topping which was my 2nd of two included choices was nice for a soft chewiness, but I found it a bit lacking. On the other hand, the Pandan Mochi Waffle ($5.00) is kinda must-try level. It's obviously made fresh and comes out piping hot. The edges are crispy, the interior is wonderfully chewy, and the pandan flavor sings. I'd be interested in trying the other flavors too. The Passion Fruit Jasmine Tea ($6.00) is fine. The size is about 24 oz. The jasmine is subtle, but you can definitely taste the astringent tea if you know what you're looking for. The passion fruit is likely a syrup as I've had the same flavor from other places. The less sugar was probably a very important adjustment as it still tastes sweet overall, but it could've been cloying. I didn't ask for an ice adjustment, but they don't overload it. Parking may be available on nearby streets, but I found some space in a free parking lot across 3rd St. Make sure that you plan to sit outside or take your order to-go as the indoor seating is very limited. I like Snowee Rolls overall. Their ice cream should be better if I choose more intensely flavored ingredients, their waffles are great, and there's potential in the drinks too. Check them out if you're done with a meal in downtown Morgan Hill and still want a little something extra.

Just got a drink here today. Got the honeydew slushie with lychee jelly. Not too sweet or icy. Good consistency. It was especially refreshing today because of the heat. Also got a black sugar boba mochi waffle, but ate it before taking a picture. But it's the best mochi waffle around. Perfect chew with a crispy exterior. Service was good and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Whenever I crave ice cream with my family, we always go here! There's so many different flavors and toppings to add on (two free toppings). I remember when they first opened and they only had the rolled ice cream and now their menu has gotten bigger which I love for them! There's so much more I need to try now. Service is also fairly quick and even though it's a small place, it does have its peak hours. There are a few chairs outside and inside but it's more of a place to stop by and eat your ice cream walking around downtown. Their ice cream is a pretty big serving so you can always split the cup into two smaller cups for a small fee or share one. There is a big parking garage nearby so parking is never an issue.

Ice Cream: tastes great! Very Berry lived up to its name. Not too sweet. Though, they used to have unlimited toppings for free, but have recently changed it to only 2 toppings for free. It's understandable, but they were skimpy with the two toppings I asked for. Ambiance: nice and neat inside. You are able to view your ice cream being made. Limited seating (only 2-3 seats) inside however. More seating outside. Service: Most of the employees are very nice, usually fast, and will package your order to-go for free! Though, I had an interview here a few years ago, and management was not nice to me when I failed it. read more

First time here, the price scared me a bit but the ice cream did not disappoint. It was delicious and full of flavor. The cashier was kind, patient and helpful with suggestions for my order. In the end, I had extra ice cream I wanted to take home and the kind man put tops on them & bagged it with ice. Wish I remembered his name. Nicely lit place at night. Ordered a sugarcane drink and asked for less sweetness. It was refreshing! I tried the pandan and taro waffles without ice cream. They are the thickest I've ever had and taste good. I think because the shop is small there's not a lot of seating inside, but plenty outside. Place is bright and clean. So glad to find this place in Morgan Hill, I love sugarcane drinks and pandan waffles. So many different flavor for ice rolls as well as unlimited toppings. There's only about two seats and a table inside but there are plenty of seats outside. My kids loved the Oreo flavored ice rolls. Shout out to the two sweet girls working when we came in. They have exceptional customer service and great team work. They are hard working and it was sweet to watch. It was a Thursday afternoon after school and not busy. I hope to get more people out to the business so I can continue to enjoy their treats. read more

My family was visiting from Cleveland, and we had to try rolled ice cream. We must have a tasted a dozen or so offerings, from mango, avocado, nutella, pina colada, mochi, and more. All were great and very unique. We found the shop in a quaint and relaxing area of downtown morgan hill. There's nothing like this in the Midwest, so I'm bound to stop by this place on my return visit to the west coast. read more

Snowee Rolls is in a prime location in the revitalized/growing downtown Morgan Hill area. At $7.50 for a cup of rolled ice cream it's the expected price for this novelty treat. Nice little hidden gem in Morgan Hill! 5 stars for the quick & efficient service and the sweet accommodation to my nephew's request! We ordered 3 rolled ice creams, 2 waffles and 2 sugar cane drinks! This was by far the fastest service I've ever received compared to other spots with rolled ice cream. Nephew wanted his waffles extra crispy and they did not fail the assignment, center was perfectly moist and chewy with that perfect crunch at every bite. Had to stop by again while in downtown MH. Another 5 experience. Mush and got the mango madness & I got the brown sugar bubble waffle with whip cream & taro ice cream. I recently visited with my family and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very accommodating to us as we had a large group of about 15 people. We met the owner, Van and he helped us decide which flavors to choose since there were so many good options to pick from. We tried strawberry cheesecake and avocado which tasted similar to a vietnamese avocado smoothie . There was a variety of toppings and flavors made it easy to customize my treat exactly how I wanted it. The staff were friendly and quick to roll the ice cream, and the atmosphere was super clean and welcoming. 100/10 would come again read more

I love this place. I avoided it because there was a line and rolled ice cream seemed ehh. But when I finally tried it OMG! I was not disappointed. What got me to try it was the dairy free options...I was thinking they had one or two options for those of us that can't consume dairy. However, for the whole menu you have the option to make your ice cream dairy free! They swap the milk for coconut milk. I've had the sea breeze and the boba they were both delicious, exactly what I was craving! I have a few others I want to try next. They're quick about getting your ice cream to you. I've always had 4 orders and I didn't wait too long. Watching them roll it also makes the time go by faster. Definitely check them out! read more

Located in a super cute location and the perfect choice for a post dinner dessert. I got to try the Oh pistachio and avocado and they were both super creamy, flavorful, and tasteful without being overly sweet. The mochi waffles were also a must try! Fun to watch the workers roll up the ice cream. Very friendly staff! read more

Family outing with the kiddos and everyone was smiles from ear to ear. We had theOh pistachio, Cookie Monster, Matcha and Mango Madness . The ice cream is not overly sweet and so creamy. Kids loved the wide variety of toppings. The servings are huge yet everyone managed to finish their cup. We also shared a warm Mochi waffle. It was a fragrant slightly crispy waffle filled with little pockets of soft gooey Mochi. So yummy. Such a cute shop with plenty of nice seating outside. Can't wait to go back and try the other ice cream flavors. read more

Great service, delicious ice cream and tons of options. Kids enjoyed watching the rolling ice cream process. We've been there twice so far. I'm so relieved to have a boba place near me. Ice Cream and Pandan Waffles makes it all better! My wife and I frequent this place. It is always good! We had a bad dinner experience earlier in Dublin. On the way home she wanted ice cream. She said the only place that can fix everything is Snowee! So we came here and she got her usual with a bunch of stuff on top (Don't ask me because I have no clue what her pregnant self got) & 2 Pandan Waffles. One of those was for me! I had ice cream from somewhere else and was not impressed. Always trust your gut kids! Yes, I should of got Snowee. Oh well. The ice cream is always good. And the employees are always so pleasant. Go here. Skip the other places around town. You won't get a better experience than here. read more

Every single time I order the PB&J I say lite on the jelly, extra peanut butter. And every time they make it as they normally would which means there's way too much strawberry (for me) and I can't taste the peanut butter. Also kind of expensive, just under $10 for a cup of ice cream. But I like that they can make any of the flavors dairy free by using a coconut milk base instead. read more

SO GOOD. I love this ice cream and how it's rolled. My favs are the sea breeze and matcha. Definitely a stop if nearby. Deserves a Michelin star. Also the pandan drink is the best and so refreshing. The service is soo good. Doesn't take long and isn't rushed and served fresh. Also try the sugar cane. The store is well designed. To which he replied,"Then you need more people." After another couple of minutes I decided to leave and told the guy behind me, "Good luck." I get that when you're busy people might have to wait a bit to get their order taken. But I will not stand for just being ignored. You could at least say, "Sorry for the wait. I ordered the cereal-flavored base and went with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Apple Jacks mixed in, plus almonds and bananas for extra texture. It was delicious! This my FAVORITE places in town! Didn't know making ice cream was so cool. The way she put together what I asked for was fun to watch. But what was even better than that was how tasty it was.
