The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and consistent, and they've honestly never messed up my order. You can tell they care about getting drinks right. I love that they offer self-order kiosks, which makes ordering quick and easy--especially when you already know your favorites. Speaking of favorites, I always come back for: * Avocado smoothie (so creamy and underrated) * Strawberry milkshake * Popcorn chicken -- SO good every time They also have a points/loyalty system where you enter your phone number, and after a certain number of drinks you earn a free one, which is such a nice perk for regulars. I recently had 10% off my next visit, so of course I had to stop by and use it. They also have large TV screens displaying the menu, which are easy to read, and we waited less than 10 minutes for our drinks--quick and efficient service overall. One extra cute touch: they sell the cutest plushie keychains--little bears, bunnies, and even capybaras. The space itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, with lots of seating and fun decor, making it a great spot to hang out or study. Overall, T4 is reliable, cozy, and consistently good. As soon as I opened the door, I noticed how festive and clean it is inside. There were two other people sitting inside and two employees. We looked at the menu, ordered 3 drinks, got regular sweetener for all 3, and waited less than 10 minutes. That was fast! My matcha latte was way too sweet. My niece ordered the honeydew tea and she said it was also too sweet. I'd like to come back and try their other items. Experience through DoorDash: They make you get cold foam with certain drinks but it's a $1 up-charge there is no option to say no. Understandable if the drink requires it, but a lot don't. They also charge for no ice. I understand if there's extra liquid in there, but there isn't...just an extra charge for one less step. The drinks here are good, but if you don't ask for less ice, at least 60% of your drink will be ice (especially if you don't get toppings in your drink). It's not so much a problem for me because I always get boba in my drink and since boba is often warmer, it does melt down the ice a bit. I also take a lot longer than my husband to finish my drink, so over time, my ice melts. By the time he finishes his tea, more than half the cup is usually full of ice so it just doesn't feel like you're getting your money's worth. My kids like popcorn chicken, so I'm glad we have a local tea shop we can go get it at rather than going all the way to San Jose. For the basil popcorn chicken, they use sweet basil instead of thai basil, which isn't quite as fragrant, but still pretty good. Something has changed in the way they make popcorn chicken! Today, Thursday, May 29th, at 2:28 PM, I visited the Morgan Hill, CA store to place an order for a Taro Milk Tea and Basil Popcorn Chicken. After waiting for 15 minutes, I received my order and headed home. However, when I bit into the popcorn chicken, it was not fully cooked in the center. As a T4 regular for several YEARS: I am SO DISAPPOINTED in this location. I always go to the one in LG or SJ, and the MH one is awful beyond compare. I moved down here and now this is the closest one to me and listen, I am an AVID tea drinker and I know my stuff. I've door dashed and gone in person every week for the past few weeks here, and the earl grey milk tea is shocking. So watery, so much sugar and not accurate to adjustments like the other two locations are, no flavor whatsoever. Can barely even taste the tea more than half the time. I got popcorn chicken in person here too-- totally not the same batter, not the same seasonings, and not the same chicken nor quality as the other two locations. This franchise is doing a really poor job and I'm really sad about it because I SPEND on teas every single week and I was hoping to be able to rely on this spot for living in this area now. It's such an awful comparison in quality that I won't go here anymore and I will drive to San Jose if I have to. You guys need to look at your business and model the franchises that are doing well-- it feels like your team is trying to do things cheaply-- watered down all the time (and NOT from melted ice), hardly any tea flavor, not accurate sugar adjustments, poor quality batter for your food, very weird undercooked meats, no seasonings. Just feels so cheap. Also, why is the chicken undercooked EVERY single time? You have to spend money to make money as a business and you can't be having such awful product quality at one franchise as opposed to another. I recommend ordering online and picking up at store to save time, especially if you want a food item. Tea 4 U is our go to spot for bubble tea. They've got a wide variety of boba teas, smoothies, etc. Lots of topping choices. I especially like that they have a hot food menu as well. Love the takoyaki and the fried calamari. My fave drink is the chocolate milk ballet with honey boba. They've recent refreshed their seating area with charming cottage style string lights and they've create cute intimate booths. Why only 4 stars? A little nicer customer service would be appreciated. Ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with honey boba and grass jelly -- pretty impressive for a boba shop in Morgan Hill. It wasn't too sweet and the boba had the right hint of sweetness. The cashier appeared to be training two baristas as drink orders were piling up. He was patient and walked the two young ladies through each step in preparing the drinks. The drinks are much more inexpensive than what we pay in San Jose -- I don't remember the last time I saw MT going for less than $4 a pop. One could order online for pick up or simply walk in. Best boba in the super south bay! My family often makes trips north and come back to grab something. They've been updating to cute, seasonal decor that I love. Our favorites are the lychee rose, strawberry milkshake, and ginger milk tea (although they didn't have this last time we tried to order it). Definitely worth putting your number for the rewards if you love it and come here lots :) One thing is that the hot caramel milk tea tastes different every time we get it - sometime's it's delicious, sometimes some strange flavor seems to stick out. Not sure if it's not getting mixed well enough, or something else, but it's the only drink we've been having this issue with. read more

It's always super awkward to go somewhere in town and you get served by your former students - especially when they're awkward, and they don't really say anything besides the awkward panicked eye pop, but I guess I can't remove a star for that, can I? This was my go to place for my favs - taro milk tea and popcorn basil chicken, sometimes without the basil. Anyways, early last week on a rainy day I decided to drop in person to buy my taro and oolong. Using the birthday reward I got in November, I had mentioned to Danny that I wanted it used for purchase. To my surprise he said it had expired on the day of my birthday!!! I got the matcha latte (50% sweetness) and my bf got the caramel milk tea with pudding. I really enjoyed my drink but there was a lot of ice in it. Next time I'll ask for less/no ice. Got a wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly. Wintermelon's sweetness level basically can't be adjusted without losing wintermelon flavor, since it's a flavored syrup. I know this because I asked for 50% sweet and no ice, and the cashier stopped listening at 50% sweet to explain why he'd recommend regular sweetness. Such an awesome place, my favorite by far! To be honest, I come so often that at this point the employees can recognize me--it's kind of funny. The environment has really improved over the years as they refurbish the decorations. The ambience is super chill and nice to hang out in. I would especially like to mention that the employees are super sweet! Shout out to literally all of them for doing such a great job. Mistakes have been very uncommon in the few years I've bought from here and the service is super quick as long as it's not during the rush hour--at that time you can expect it to take a little longer. The boba itself is really good. This place was cute, pleasantly quiet, a bit chilly, but the menu had a fairly good assortment of appealing offerings at reasonable prices. Love this little shop near the Hobby Lobby in Morgan Hill! Their Thai Milk Tea with Boba is so good!Refreshing and fun to eat but not overly sweet. The basil chicken is crispy fried cuts of chicken thigh that are tossed with fried basil leaves. It's so good! I don't eat it with a dipping sauce or anything, just plain and my Thai tea and I'm a happy camper. While on the search for great boba in South County I've come across T4 which may be the best in the area. While most places sell you watered down tea mixed with sugar I find that T4 gets it right the majority of the time. They are conveniently located right off the 101 and Cochrane Rd. There is plenty of parking and easy to find. I personally enjoy ordering either the Passion Royal Tea with 30% sweetness or the Okinawa Milk Tea. I've tried other drinks and they are never overly sweet if you get them at 30% or 0%. The boba has a great bite and will help sweeten the drink if you get it at 0%. If you are in Morgan Hill and need your boba fix T4 may be the best option around. read more
