My family and I had the pleasure of eating at MOHI FARM for the first time a couple night ago. My daughter was shooting a movie in Gilroy and it was our first time to Morgan Hill. We wanted to see what the town was like and find a nice spot to eat with a good vibe. Of course, we checked reviews and MOHI came up the winner. We were NOT disappointed. The downtown of Morgan Hill was super cute to walk through, with many shops, boutiques and eateries in the area. MOHI has indoor eating that is open to the outside and the beautiful weather is a paid actor for the patrons who dine. It has great ambiance with fresh fruits, juices and a bakery to walk in and purchase in addition to the restaurant. It is stylishly decorated and a comfortable atmosphere. The wait staff is attentive, professional and helpful. Our waiter Jack was amazing and knowledgeable with menu items when we asked for suggestions. The frozen esspresso martini is the best I haver had. Thanks Jack! The menu offers a variety of dishes with a focus on healthy Mediterranean styles and flavors. The sourdough and ahi tuna starters were soooo good. I got the butter chicken bowl. It is a little spicy and absolutely delicious. My daughter got the roasted salmon bowl and my husband, the calabrese pizza. All of the food was delectable. We will be back in the area in October for the movie premiere and MOHI will be on the list to enjoy again. read more

Southern Farm MOHI Farms delivers true farm-to-table dining as they serve up locally sourced seasonal ingredients, including some from their very own Uvas Farm. They are part of the Léal restaurant group, which has several similarly named restaurants in the works (MOHI Pasta and MOHI at the Grove), as well as a vineyard (Léal Vineyards) and a flower bar (Luxe Flower Bar). They also apparently own a theater, mansion, ranch, and an upcoming complex that will include housing, shops, and more restaurants. The Good: * Several free lots and free street parking * Catering available * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * They also have a bakery and café available if you're just looking for a light morning breakfast. * Service was friendly but stretched very thin during both our visits as the servers were working more tables than they should've been. * Overall, their pricing is very fair for the quality of the food. * Local beers on tap, as well as a large wine menu. * Wood-fired pizza oven. I didn't try the pizza, but my son wolfed it down. * Carissa loved her brunch Short Rib Fried Rice bowl, especially all the perfectly cooked butternut squash. * Tempura broccoli was fantastic. I loved that they served this instead of the ubiquitous fries to go with the burgers. The Meh: * I don't know why they can't have a menu on their website? The only way to view what's available is you have to pretend you're making an order. * The Brunch Loco Moco was just okay; the hamburger was a bit overcooked for my liking. Otherwise, the egg, rice, and gravy were delicious. * Their burger-to-bun-to-topping ratio is not good. It's mostly that their buns are much, much too thick for the tiny smashburger patties, and the whole thing ate very dry despite all the cheese. I did enjoy the crispiness of the bacon, though. * The salmon in the Roasted Salmon Bowl was also overcooked, and the amount of salmon for the price point wasn't really worth it, in our opinion. The Ugly: * Vegetarian Farm Spring Rolls were pretty bad, if I'm being honest. The only reason we wolfed them down was we had just arrived after a long 5+mile hike and were starving. The ricepaper skin was tough and leathery, and the filling wasn't very substantial. The sauce also needed to be thicker to stick to the rolls. * Parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you arrive during the nearby farmers market (Sat 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), as they are located in the large parking lot on Depot St. Conclusion: Overall, we had very high hopes for this place, as this is the type of place we usually love. However, even after two visits, we just don't see ourselves coming back for another visit anytime soon. read more

My husband was born and raised in Morgan Hill and his parents still live here. It's been so neat to see it transform from from when we were younger to what it is now. When he visited his parents recently they had talked about MoHi and when they visited downtown, he saw the restaurant and automatically knew we needed to try it. We travel everywhere with our dogs and he found out that they had a dog friendly patio. A few months later, we were in town and decided to try it for breakfast. There were not a lot of reviews or pictures of breakfast so he made it a point to order some items recommended by our server, Ty - who was phenomenal by the way. Always checked in on us and even complimented how nice and chill our doggy was. We ordered a vanilla latte, orange juice, the breakfast pizza, and the eggs Benedict. The breakfast pizza came highly recommended by Ty. On paper it sounded delicious, but we were still reluctant, because a breakfast pizza? It was delicious, lol. They have a sauce on there that is very similar to what In-N-Out uses and the farm fresh eggs and cheese brought everything together. I decided to try the eggs benedict because the English muffin is scratch-made. The benedict was savory with confit potatoes and fruit. The only thing that threw me off was the fresh fruit was tossed in a pesto dressing. I can definitely do sweet and savory, and all the other weird, eclectic mixes, but this one was just too different for me. The orange juice was a highlight because they literally squeeze it right in front of you at the bar. They have other mixes that they can do as well like orange carrot or orange strawberry. So make sure you ask what is on the menu for fresh squeezed fruits because this one you don't wanna miss Outside there are at least 20 tables with dog friendly written all over the patio area. They have water bowls, turf, and even a cute little fire hydrant. There was a doggy on the patio already who was well-behaved. Overall, we'd be back to try the rest of the breakfast menu! read more

Definitely recommend Mohi Farm when in Morgan Hill. It was an absolutely beautiful evening on this particular Saturday night and the hubby and I wanted a light bite with a great atmosphere and patio seating. Mohi Farm was perfect! The patio area was just beautiful with lights and lovely heaters when the sun set. The place was hopping but we were seated quickly. We decided on a few shareables: the Sourdough Shateable and House Made Meatballs. The Sourdough bread was fresh and came with an amazing herb ricotta and tasty olive oil. The meatballs were freaking awesome. They were pork and veal with a house made sauce that was one of the best sauces I've ever had. I used every piece of bread to lap it up lol! I've waited until I had been to Mohi Farm several times before writing a review because I wanted to see if it was consistently good -- and the verdict is in: it's great. You can tell why this place has been around for years. The ingredients are always fresh, there's a great variety of options for different dietary preferences, and the service has been excellent every single visit. Stopped by for a weekday lunch on the way to the airport. Ample seating indoor and out, cool casual vibe inside. Started with wood fired mushrooms, nice roasted potatoes and mushrooms with an aioli. Various bowls on the menu and opted for a salmon one. I've thick cut salmon with rice veggies and greens. All seasoned well and nice light lunch. Service was excellent and attentive. I was excited to eat at Mohi Farm after looking at their website. I love restaurants that support local farmers and include fresh produce in their dishes. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender for recommendations on the bowls. I told him I do not eat meat, so I opted for the Ahi tuna bowl and some spring rolls. I was surprised when the spring rolls came out to find they were fried as it wasn't mentioned. I was starving and decided to simply eat the filling. The Ahi bowl was good and I'd recommend it. I wish the restaurant served NA beer as it would have been nice to have one with the dish. When the bill came I saw I was charged for the Short rib egg rolls. I asked him if there had been a mistake since I ordered the spring rolls and don't eat meat. He apologized for the error! Still hungry I grabbed a banana and chocolate muffin to go which was pretty good. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I was traveling alone, which is why I opted for the bar. Since it was a nice day, all the doors were open. Given it's a large space noise amplifies so it's not the best place to go if you want somewhere quiet. The impression was good, although for an institution with such a reputation, which we have heard that they have their own farm where they grow their vegetables. I think it would be possible to diversify your menu a lot more. Very nice spot! I've passed by the place soo many times and I was enchanted by their outdoor seating with the tractor and patio lights. It's quite the vision at night time. We finally got a chance to stop by and it was lovely! I've been told this restaurant is geared toward health and flavorful. Also that it is farm-to-table from a local farm nearby, which I think is totally neat! Looking at the menu I wasn't sure what to expect but the food is sooo UNIQUE and definitely worth trying. We arrived for a late dinner and the outside patio was looking lovely as usual. I also really like how they have mood seating with the fire lamps outside to keep their customers warm. Since it was a bit chilly out we opted to sit inside. Random observation but the tables they have here are sooo cute! lol. They have wooden tables in the shape of wood panels and regal green comfy chairs to match. What an interesting pairing and it works! I always really appreciate when restaurants think of their clients comfort and invest in quality (comfortable) chairs. Also the artistic character of the table + chair combo is note worthy. For food we decided to start with the Short Rib egg rolls as a starter and followed it with the Salmon Bowl and Butter Chicken Bowl for entrees. OMG! Can I just say the Short Rib egg rolls are phenomenal. They were sooo tasty and satisfying! MM mmm! Highly recommend. I love how the sauce they pair with the egg rolls has a slight kick also. The little bit of spiciness upgrades the overall taste and makes this appetizer PERFECT. I also love how this appetizer is created in true egg roll fashion with thickness and crunch that is SO SATISFYING. Well done! I will definitely be getting this appetizer every time I come here from now on. lol. My Salmon Bowl was like a work of #ART. Visually beautiful and tasted delicious. Originally I wasn't sure what to expect from a salmon bowl, but I know that this rendition definitely blows most salmon bowls straight OUT OF THE WATER. lol. I love the combination of flavors and the kale/spinach(?) was such a lovely combo! I also really love all the yummy veggies included it pairs great. I loveeee feeling like I'm eating something equally nutritious and delicious. I am impressed for sure. My boo got the Butter Chicken Bowl and it totally gives curry Indian chicken / Mediterranean vibes. How unique! I don't know what I was expecting for a Mohi Farm Chicken bowl but it wasn't this. lol. It was such an interesting dish the chicken was covered in a thick rich flavorful sauce (curry?). I'm not sure if it's curry or not but it definitely has a lot of flavor. For drinks I chose the Red Sangria and my boo got the Dragonfruit Ice Tea. Both drinks were sooo lovely, flavorful, and satisfying. I would say everything here is something unique + special that you won't see at other places. Additionally we had a very nice server she was so helpful, kind, and provided great customer service + suggestions. I also really liked how she had a smile on her face while providing great service. A positive attitude definitely upgrades all dining experiences. (I forgot to get her name but she was sooo nice!) This place is fine if you meet the criteria of being in Morgan Hill, needing to eat in Morgan Hill, not wanting to go out of Morgan Hill to eat, and you're stuck in some sort of spatial paradox where you can't leave Morgan Hill. If none of those apply to you, I would really not recommend this place, or really even eating in Morgan Hill since this place currently has a laughably high 4 stars. Probably written by those poor souls who can't escape Morgan Hill. I had the displeasure of being in Morgan Hill, which I'm sure has some sort of history but to me is just a lame suburb of San Jose, which is already full of lame suburbs. So it's doubly lame to be here, and it was raining, and my group and I were hungry. So we made the choice to eat in Morgan Hill, which ended up being pretty mediocre. We started with the "Farm Fresh Spring Rolls", which were an insult to Southeast Asia. The ones they sell at Trader Joe's that are never less than a day old are so superior to these that I question how they were even able to make them so bad. No taste, weird thin sauce, and mostly just full of rice noodles. So a rice wrap full of rice noodles with bland dipping sauce, thanks Morgan Hill. Next time just inflate the wraps with soy sauce-scented air, it would be the same experience. We also had two pizzas, one of which I've forgotten (as one does when it comes to Morgan Hill-related things), the other I remember solely because I took a photo of it as it was so... weird. It was the margherita pizza, which is the thinnest pizza I have ever had. And that is NOT a superlative, I mean that in a head-scratching way. Questions like "why did you make such a thin pizza?", "do you think people like eating a pizza made on a tortilla?", and "is this what Morgan Hill people think 'thin crust' means?" all unfortunately have no answers, but did occur to me while eating this barely-there pizza. It's just so weird. It tasted okay but I think a single child could eat one of these because there is no substance to it. If you folded it over twice to make a kind of double-calzone it would improve the eating experience immensely. We also had some mac and cheese, which was decent. Not amazing but decent. Or we can call it Morgan Hill-exceptional. The bottom line is that if you're in Morgan Hill, try not to eat in Morgan Hill, and if you have to eat in Morgan Hill, eat somewhere else. I was annoyed and depressed eating here, and the only real takeaway I have is that I should have known better than to spend more time and money in Morgan Hill. read more

Mohi Farm is a solid spot for a great meal. We went for brunch and had the shareable sourdough (seemed like French bread but who's judging) and the kale and fuji apple salad. I added salmon to get the protein boost. The salad had a ton of vegetables including asparagus, radish and roasted carrots. The salad is probably big enough to share - way more kale than I was expecting. Great value, and service. read more

We were at MOHI Farm on Monday evening for my husband's birthday dinner. Most of our party arrived at 6 PM and we were seated right away. We were a party of 10, including four children. The rest of our group arrived around 6:20 PM. We usually enjoy MOHI Farm and were just there the previous week for Mother's Day, where we had a very good experience. When we first sat down, we initially received some attention and ordered drinks. However, once the rest of our party arrived, there was no acknowledgment for quite some time. I eventually had to get up and locate our waitress, Sophia, to place drink and food orders as the children were becoming hungry and restless. To avoid further delays, I ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrées all at once because we were concerned it would take additional time before we could place another order. While we understand food can take time for a larger party, the delay with drinks was concerning. After waiting a long time, I noticed our drinks sitting unattended at the bar and walked over to retrieve them myself. Another staff member stopped me and then brought the drinks to the table. Once the food arrived, we have been checked barely checked on. Empty plates accumulated to the point where we moved dishes ourselves onto a nearby table to create space. We also had to flag staff down again to request dessert menus for the birthday celebration. I had to walk toward the front/check-in area to get someone's attention. Overall, we were there from approximately 6 PM until around 8:30 PM. Much of that time was spent waiting -- to place orders, receive drinks, request dessert menus, receive desserts, and request basic items such as spoons. It appeared there may have been floor management or staffing issues that night. Had expectations been communicated in advance, such as delays or understaffing, the experience may have felt different. Our table spent approximately $450 that evening, and an automatic 19% gratuity was added due to party size. We expressed concerns regarding the level of service and asked whether the gratuity could be adjusted, but were told it could not be removed because of restaurant policy for larger parties. There was also confusion regarding splitting the bill. We were initially told the check could not be split, although we had done so during a previous visit with a similarly sized group. The bill was eventually split after additional discussion. This review is strictly regarding the service experience, not the food itself. We have consistently enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere at MOHI Farm, which is why this visit stood out. We hope management reviews what happened that evening, including table management and service flow, as there appeared to be a clear disconnect throughout the night. read more

I noticed on their menu that they offer naturally leavened pizza dough. In my experience, when a place states that, it usually means the dough is sourdough and doesn't use baker's yeast to rise. When we got there and I ordered, the restaurant confirmed that the dough does contain baker's yeast--so I had to skip it due to my allergy. I know there aren't many people with this same issue, but sharing as an FYI. I ended up getting the Thai curry, which was nice. What you should get, though, is their smash burger. Four people in our group ordered different burgers, and they were all amazing. Now I know what I'm ordering when I go back. One of the side options is broccoli tempura, which is such a better choice than fries. Side note: the salmon bowl was beautifully plated. We sat outside for dinner, and the heat lamp kept it cozy. The area is nice and relaxing, and the service was pleasant. The restaurant is farm-to-table, and you could really tell by the quality of the food. read more

Mohi Farm is really pretty with indoor and outdoor seating, since this weekend was a beautiful weather weekend I wanted to check this place out. Normally, I choose outdoor seating but it was quicker and they were able to seat us immediately with an indoor table so we took that. Service was quick and all our food came out with good timing - we ordered mainly things we could share: Shareable sourdough - 2/5 - bread was ok tasted and looked like regular rolls rather than sourdough and the herb ricotta was nothing to rave about Shortrib eggrolls - 4.5/5 - shortrib flavor and filling was great. Eggroll wrapper wasn't as crispy but was fine Pepperoni pizza - 4/5 - pepperonis were crispy, sauce and cheese tasted great, crust was ok. Chai island cocktail - 5/5 - if you're a fan of chai, this doesn't lack chai flavor at all. Super refreshing, I would get this every time read more

Mohi Farm has such a cute corner spot in downtown Morgan Hill. Both the indoor and outdoor areas have that cozy, aesthetic vibe that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. I definitely want to be back to see it at night. The food definitely leans on the feel-good, clean eating side, a lot of greens, grass-fed ingredients, and fresh flavors. I tried quite a bit: the spring rolls, chicken Caesar with avocado, garlic veggie pizza, mushroom soup, tempura broccoli, and the ahi tuna bowl. Everything tasted fresh and light. My favorite part was probably how balanced and nourishing everything felt. The matcha was a little on the rosy/floral side, but still drinkable, I actually had two! Service was prompt and friendly, they also have bussers clearing anything in your way. Overall, it's a great spot if you want something that feels healthy but still satisfying. I went here recently with my partner and her friends! The drinks were amazing, I got some of the draft beers they had on top (the Rotating IPA was amazing) and my partner got the hibiscus margarita! The service was speedy and the server was very attentive and accommodating. We sat inside and had an amazing open space behind us that let air flow nicely into the main dining hall. The food was also very good, we got appetizers like the waygu egg roll and sourdough starter appetizer. Then we got our mains: I got the calabrese pizza, my partner got the ahi tuna bowl and our friends got the Mediterranean bowl and the garlic pizza . Visited Mohi Farm for a work event and was really impressed overall! The service was exceptional -- the staff checked on us frequently without being overbearing, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant also has a great vibe, warm and inviting, which made the experience even better. We started with a few appetizers: the Burrata with heirloom tomatoes was fresh and delicious, the Shishido peppers were fun and flavorful, and the meatballs got mixed reviews from the table. I'm not a big fan of red sauce so it was just okay for me, but others noted they were a bit spicy, likely from the cracked pepper inside. For my entrée, I ordered the braised short rib -- incredibly tender and packed with flavor! The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the dish had too much liquid poured over it, which made the potato purée disappear into the sauce. That said, the overall flavor was absolutely on point. Since this was a work event, I didn't get to try their drinks, but I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. read more

We visited MOHI Farm for a quick weekend brunch. The restaurant's relaxed ambiance and friendly, attentive staff created a pleasant atmosphere. MOHI is one of those rare places where food and services are beyond excellent. Nestor one of the server managers is always available to help with any request. The last time I got Emma, a great server as well and always available. The food is excellent, pastries are very tasty and well made. Food items are not the norm and are farm fresh and tasty. Wasn't sure I'd come back her after my first experience but the ambiance and being right up from such a great park for kids...well, it can't be beat. We did not go for a bowl- we tried those last time and they were so expensive and not good. Today we got the grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad, the pepperoni pizza and the Mo Mac Burger with tempura vegetables on the side. I loved my grilled chicken sandwich- it was spicy but the kick was perfect. The pepperoni pizza looked tasty and was tasty- although my kids did not eat much. My husbands Mo Mac burger was a little bland- it definitely could've used some bbq sauce. We asked and they didn't have any. He also wishes he could've gotten fries with it. Stopped by here on a Monday morning to kill time while my car was being serviced at a nearby mechanic. I had originally gone to Stack's but they did not have WiFi and I needed to do some work so I ended up here. The place was pretty much empty and I didn't see any menus anywhere. So I ended up going to the far left corner from where you walk in because I saw a case with pastries in it. Turns out this is the counter where you place your order which wasn't super obvious. Anyway, I again didn't see any menus so I asked the girl at the counter if all they had was baked goods. She told me that they had a full menu, which was on the counter. I ended up ordering the Eggs Benedict and a glass of iced tea. The girl said to have a seat and the food would be brought out to me. I got my table and pulled out my laptop. I initially had a hard time accessing their WiFi because she told me the wrong one to use. She said to use MoHi guest with an incorrect password, but it turns out they just have an open one that you can use. The server brought me the water and iced tea I asked for, but no sugar and there was no sugar on the table. I had to ask her for sugar when she came by later with the food. As for the Eggs Benedict, the dish was pretty good. Perfect poach on the eggs, right amount of ham and good sauce. The potatoes however were like double fried or something. They were overly crispy, to the point of being burned. I also wanted some Tabasco to put on my eggs but there are no condiments on the tables and I didn't feel like walking back to the counter to ask. Also, no one ever came by to check on me and I wanted a refill of my Iced Tea since they charge $4 for a drink. So overall I'd say this place was pretty, "meh". I'm confused by this restaurant because it has the look and feel of a "sit down" kind of place but the service is very fast food level. read more

New Years Day 2026 - Brunch with my Best Friend! WOW! The ambiance is very nice. We sat inside, it was a rainy day out. The hostess sat us at a large table with a 2 person settee on either side. Boy, we were feeling like royalty. The food was so delicious & Fast too. Our Server was spectacular and he was very welcoming and friendly. The menus rotate through the seasons at Mohi Farms following the harvests. We ordered Brunch Cocktails to Ring in the New Year- I had a Lavendar Espresso Martini and my friend had a Mimosa. Both were Delicious! I cannot find the name of my dish today, but it was so good. It had fresh mushrooms, herbs & spices, rice and a beef patty. It was Scrumptious. The service is honestly pretty terrible. Not because they aren't kind, but because they are never around or available to help. I went 30 minutes without seeing my waiter at one point. I saw him bussing tables, and doing multiple jobs when his job should be WAITING my table. Poor management in my opinion, you shouldn't be making your waiters do multiple job... it pisses off customers. read more

Enjoyed another nice lunch here in a Sunday afternoon. Took about 10 mins for us to get seated for party of 6. Food came out pretty quickly, surprisingly faster than our drinks. They have 4 different kinds of espresso martini and I've never had a frozen espreso martini before and it was delicious! read more

Cute spot to pick up a matcha latte along with a few scrumptious pastries for a drive down to Carmel on a Saturday morning. Located on a bustling street filled with friendly dog walkers of all breeds. I'd totally want to come back and have brunch another day. We had plans on going to another restaurant when we walked by Mohi. It caught our eye for the inside outside dining that drew us in. There were lots of people yet it didn't feel crowded and allowed for conversation without having to yell to your partner. The staff was quick, responsive and friendly. The coffee and my Bloody Mary came out quickly. My wife and I ordered the eggs Benedict and the loco Moco. The eggs benny was ok. The eggs were soft boiled more than poached. Not runny at all. The muffin was nice and crispy and the hollandaise good but very little on the dish. The benny came with various colored potatoes, about four small smashed potatoes. There was a side of fruit salad on the same dish with cantaloupe and grapes. Fruit was good but being on the same plate juices combined with potatoes and muffin. Should have been placed in a small bowl or minus the fruit and add more potatoes. The loco Moco was also just ok. The rice was good but the patty was a little dry and the egg was the smallest egg I've ever seen, quail size, and extremely fried. The yolk was about the size of a quarter and absolutely cooked solid. Overall the food wasn't bad but expected better. The menu had lots of good options that I want to give this place another try. MoHi is a quaint little new American restaurant in downtown Morgan Hill. There is street parking nearby but this looks to be almost always full on the weekends BUT a FREE parking garage is a short walk away. The service was busy but it didn't take long for my food (a croissant sandwich with bacon, eggs, tomato) and it was pretty good for the price. Honestly, a pretty decent spot for brunch with a variety of drinks on the menu. They also seemed to have multiple flavors of espresso martini which was interesting. Will have to try it again sometime. read more

We came for lunch on a Sunday. Even though the place was busy, the waitlist was only about 15 minutes. The vibe was chill and friendly, perfect for a relaxed weekend lunch. I ordered the garden pesto pizza with added chicken, it was delicious! We also got the wood-fired mushrooms, super tasty, and my friend had a bowl that was also really good. The outdoor seating was lovely, peaceful and perfect for a sunny day. I'll definitely come back during the summer to enjoy it again. This place slaps for the ambiance. The indoor seating area is really beautiful. The staff and service here are nice. The pizza and food here is not great. Got the mushroom soup which was mediocre. The pizza here was extremely salty, almost non edible. Wanted to try some wood fired pizzas but would definitely not come back for the food. read more
