After I ingested some of the cinnamon...
    A M.

So disappointing. I got a hunch of powder in some dry slush. My horchata frappe was more of a dry slushy. I had a bunch of cinnamon powder at the bottom that I ingested in one go which made me cough so bad. The straw - dainty. You couldn't mix the contents of my plastic cup. I couldn't attempt to make it drinkable if I tried. I remember now why I hadn't been since it opened. Thought it was due to being a baby business but nope. Spent $8 on the drink and a buck on parking. Never gain.

Iced matcha latte w/ duvalin cold foam

*It breaks my heart to make this review as I know how much goes into a business. So I am purely doing this to share my feedback. I have been here two times since they opened. The space is nice and staff is friendly. Unfortunately the drink items I have tried were extremely disappointing. I remember when they opened their downtown SJ location and it was SO yummy! Sadly I do believe their quality had significantly gone down. As I have felt the same visiting the silver creek location. Specifically at the Gilroy location I have tried the iced cafe de olla with vanilla cold foam and a matcha latte with duvalin cold foam. Both of the drinks base lacked SO much flavor. My cafe de olla tasted very watery. As for my matcha latte it tasted like straight milk. Very disappointed considering the drinks were quite pricey $8+. I do hope they can improve the quality and taste as I would love to see their business flourish especially considering how long it took to open. It's a great addition to Gilroy but I nor my family or friends will be returning as we have been continually disappointed.

Very cute cafe for coffee or lunch . Excellent service and delicious food . The avocado toast was huge and only $7.99.

Went yesterday had a busy day and decided to try this place out. Im a coffee snob and love all things coffee so of course it was on my list. Coffee was amazing, the young girl behind the counter seemed to be by herself it wasn't busy but I had a little bit of wait. There was a group in front of me that had several things they ordered so of course being that they make their things instead of popping it in the microwave it takes a little more time. The place was super clean and inviting. The food was actually pretty good. Sorry we all scarfed it down before taking a picture. I will do an updated review pics next time I go. We ordered the choco Mexicano drink hot for me and iced for my oldest daughter she loved it. My younger daughter had chocolate chip cookies with sprinkles. Those were gone like the cookie monster was there! My husband had the cafe de olla which had brown sugar and he complained he doesn't like it sweet so I went back and she replaced it with the regular coffee. He also got the avocado toast which looked amazing. I wish I got one too. I Will text trip! Also the pan dulce and muffin was so fresh and delicious. My daughter also got the ham and grilled cheese who is the picky one and she inhaled it. The flavor was so good on everything we had and we enjoyed it all. Prices are a bit high but honestly you get what you pay for here. I love supporting small businesses. We will back. Soon!

You're always asked if you have any questions before you order which is super nice if you aren't sure what you're going to order. I tried the cardamom fig cappuccino (winter special), hot mocha and ice almond milk latte. The cappuccino was so delicious, though I didn't taste the fig as much as the cardamom it was still a super well balanced cappuccino. The mocha wasn't to sweet, which I enjoy because the espresso still comes through and you can taste the rich chocolate. Lastly, the almond milk latte was really smooth, you can tell they use great quality almond milk. Food wise I got the buttered croissant and two different cookies from Bake That Dough (which they sell inside to the left of the register when you walk in). The buttered croissant was incredibly flaky and buttery. It paired so well with my cappuccino and I look forward to my next. The cookies were so cute and perfectly paired with the coffee drinks as well. Overall great experience, I am excited to try their other baked goodies and fun beverages.

There is NO drive through. It is an old gas station converted into a coffee shop. The parking is scant and right next to the building but plentiful just across the side street for the train and bus stations. What this place does have is CHARACTER and a laid back vibe I don't seem to find in chain coffee shops. The service is top notch, the prices reasonable, and the coffee is excellent. You are called to the counter when your order is ready. There are some nice looking pastries available (I haven't tried any yet). There is a retro record player and some vinyl records, but there has never been any music playing there when I am there. It is across the street from a train station and near the downtown shops.

I'm not a never say never, because despite the muted service, giving off vibes, the Carmel bourbon latte w oat milk was on the grail scale of coffees. Mr. E said his cold brew tasted like water. The mocha was good. Their dulce de leche is one I'd like to try if we ever go back... but that may be a minute. Do or don't- it may have been a fluke morning. Do recommend the Carmel bourbon latte.

I ordered the 'Horchata Latte' which was not as bad but wasn't able to taste the "horchata" part of the coffee. For food we ordered a 'Huevos Rancheros' and 'Chilaquiles verdes'. The portions are a good size for the prices., chilaquiles were good and spicy but the Tri-tip can use more flavor/seasoning and the huevos rancheros were also good, no complaints on the dish. Overall, a great lunch spot and we'll definitely be back next time we're at the outlets.

There was only one person ahead of us and a couple of people waiting, so it initially seemed like perfect timing. The space itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. We've been here before and had a decent experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, the biggest issue this time was efficiency. Despite having 4 staff members working, the wait time kept growing instead of shrinking. What started as a couple of people waiting turned into several, and at one point someone even gave up and asked for a simple drip coffee just to leave faster. It ultimately took about 30 minutes to receive a single drink. While waiting, it became clear that workflow and prioritization were lacking. At one point, staff paused drink preparation to rearrange and move equipment, even as more customers, including a soccer team, arrived. It created a frustrating experience, especially for those just looking for a quick coffee. It's disappointing because we chose to stop here instead of going to Starbucks, hoping to support a local spot we'd enjoyed before. While the quality and atmosphere are there, the lack of efficiency makes it difficult to justify returning.
