There's a kids area, currently unoccupied and a local bulletin board of local event happenings. The Clove Art has a unique, restorative feel that Gilroy was desperately lacking in it's downtown scene.

At one point, staff paused drink preparation to rearrange and move equipment, even as more customers, including a soccer team, arrived. Those "few minutes" turned into another 18 minute wait. So I ended up waiting nearly an hour total for something I ordered well ahead of time. That completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. If you cannot handle mobile orders, stop accepting them. The drink itself was good, which is the only reason this is not a one star review, but the service and lack of urgency were frustrating and unprofessional.
