The gas price was pretty good with plenty of pumps. The clerk was nice and greeted me. The convenience store was well stocked with drinks and snacks. The restroom was brightly lit and clean. Wished they had some hot food or prepared sandwiches but you don't always get what you want. I'll see y'all again when I'm rolling through!

I took note that this location of Brookshire Brothers reminded me of Piggly Wiggly. However, it caught me off guard given there were also more men hanging out in the parking lot, talking at the corner. It was different! If I were to leave any constructive criticism for the management staff at Brookshire Brothers it would be to have more than one (or two) registers open at a time. There is ALWAYS a line of people waiting to check out. Use all 5 registers all day, everyday. In the down time you can use that register staff to stock and clean shelves and work on the overall cleanliness of the store.
