It's the mini snowmobile for me! I had to sit on it the moment I stepped it, lol. Luv the neon color lights. Really caught my attention driving by it. It was a bike 999 night and we were all hungry from biking. I mean, we deserve pizza/carbs, right? Of course! Ordered large pepperoni pizza. It was good, but the ambiance made it fun. Was craving for pizza while in SLC, came across this place and also was recommended by the hotel staff. Walked over and definitely a local or neighborhood joint, which is fantastic. It felt like back in 80s/90s since they played back then music. Very clean, funky, spacious with open window/door to outside. Great selection of beers and pizzas & snacks. You came in, order from a friendly and helpful staff and get your # and select the seat and they will bring the foods to you. It was fast turnaround and the foods are delis and definitely cursed the craving. The only thing that I kept forgetting is that you can only order one drink at a time here in SLC...so it kindda kill the buzz after you finished the drink and in middle of eating that you have to go, get in line and order another one. Well to start this was another gem that wasn't on my Utah Eats list BUT!! Hey NY style slices and pies and SALAD?! Cmon MAN. There are actual Snowmobiles in the space. Heaven for kids. You walk up order your pie or slice or whatever you're planning to devour and the folks will bring it to your table. The seating looks like ski lifts. Lots of seating and screens showing riders jumping the slopes. In the words of my eight year old twin grandsons "this place is cool!" For the pie? Yes please and thank you! We got two pies, supreme and sweet pig for the adult. Two slices of cheese and two slices of pepperoni for boys Cheesy greasy and delicious. Huge I mean Huge slices. Piping hot! Awesome cheese pull and crunch thin crust. Just like in the city. This place is so freaking good! Self serve soda and lots of room to move around. Pizza and beer? I'm in. Snowmobile pizza = Utah vibes. What better way to describe Utah through its winter sports. They literally have cool dining seats made of ski lift seats. The color scheme is neon and bright which makes it more fun. The details are on point. Pretty hip spot. I recommend the sweet pig pizza, mozzarella sticks, and calabrian hot wings. Those were my favorites as we tried a few things. I would of liked the garlic knots to be soft and the supreme pizza was a wee bit greasier than our other pizza. Keep in mind both the mozerella stick and the garlic knots come with 2 pieces. Whatever you choose you get the classic east coast pizza vibes. One of the beer is named "snowmobeer" something along those lines... the restroom says "powder room". Also has nice outdoor seating as well. Give it a try. read more

Unfortunately, a bit of a let down. We tried the meatball pizza, mozzarella, and wings. The fried mozzarella was fine though I wish the portions were smaller so it was easier to share. What you get is two large triangles so trying to separate them into multiple pieces involves a whole lot of cheese coming out and the pieces just sort of breaking apart. The taste wasn't bad though, just not good enough to justify a single serving of a whole lot of calories with the inability to share. The wings were good but nothing to write home about. I did appreciate the sweetness of the Calabrian sauce though it was strange that it didn't have much heat considering that is how it's billed. Still solid wings though. The pizza is where we put most of our expectations and it just didn't pan out. There seemed to be almost no sauce and the crust was definitely over baked, resembling a blackened cracker. I will say the ricotta and meatballs were pretty good but not enough to justify the $29 price point. It was a good place to sit and eat though since the large snowmobile benches give plenty of room to eat and hang out. Overall, I don't think I'll be back. read more

The garlic knots came with two pieces and we should have taken up on their offer of a 3rd for an extra dollar. They were delicious. The wings were not hot but then again I do have a pretty high spice tolerance. They were tender and still delicious despite the lack of heat. The pepperoni slice was a bit too charred on the bottom. That sorta ruined it for me. The cheese pie did not have that problem so maybe it's the reheating of the slices. The ratio of sauce and cheese was good. The decor at this place is amazing, with a cool (if minimalistic) theme. I love that they have a screen showing vintage cartoons, which reminds me of my favorite pizza joint from my childhood. The large, padded ski lift style seating is fun and comfortable. The restaurant is open late (11 pm) and has a cool, radical 80s vibe. It's decorated for Halloween, down to purple light bulbs, a skeleton riding the in-house snowmobile, and small pumpkins stuffed with free candy on every table. They offer biodegradable straws and a soda fountain with Coke Zero. There's so much to like about this place...except for the pizza and the prices. I love pizza. It's my favorite food in the world. I'll eat good pizza, bad pizza, I don't care. I figured since this was my first visit, I'd get a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni, along with a soda and some chicken wings. The pizza was a letdown. It was just not good. Lacking cheese and with too-spicy pepperoni, I was served an oily, greasy mess. I needed extra napkins to soak up the grease because when I picked up a slice, the grease slid down everywhere. It was nasty. The pizza reminded me of that 99 cents per slice pizza you can get in the rougher neighborhoods in New York City, just not as good. This pizza was similar to what you get at the Costco snack bar, but worse (and 3 times the price). Charging $5 for a slice of cheese and $6 for a slice of pepperoni of this poor quality should make the owners absolutely ashamed. The wings fared slightly better, but at $9 for six they were also overpriced. At least they were made fresh and were hot and spicy. The pizza was reheated to the point that the crust was too crunchy to eat. A pizza place can have all the cool gimmicks in the world but if it's overpriced and doesn't serve good food, then what's the point? I cannot recommend this place unless you are desperate and it's late and every other option is closed. read more

Snowmobile pizza in SLC. Absolutely amazing pizzas. Pictured is the spicy meatball. perfectly cooked and a great distribution of toppings. We also tried pepperoni (which was my personal favorite!!) and the sausage and peppers which was my fiancés favorite. Definitely worthy of checking out. We came here on a Wednesday night to play some Trivia (update we lost :( ) Let's start with the garlic knots, first we were expecting a few more than just two knots but that wasn't the main issue... unfortunately they were burned to a crisp, they reeked of burned bread and pooled with oil in the basket. After careful consideration we asked if it was possible to get a new batch but the (very nice) server mentioned that even if they did get us new ones they would be burnt because that's just how they look :( Overall rating of the knots : 2.5 , chewy, oily and burnt. Second: the fried mozzarella, again not expecting massive triangles of fried cheese but it is what we ordered so we can't complain. Overall great cheese pull but wouldn't eat them without the marinara. 4/5, marked down for the amount of cheese in one "triangle", not a shareable snack Lastly: the wings, clearly a fan fav. Gobbled down faster than you can ask for a side of ranch. The cashier offered a sample of the Cesar sauce which was in fact just thick cesear dressing, not our fav but if that's your thing then I'm sure it's tasty! 5/5 "abso-fucking-lutely" Pizza: pepperoni 5/5 , special 5/5 , only comment was it wasn't anything special and the crust was a bit thin. Holy wow. I CANNOT believe how incredible this pizza is. I live in Vegas and we have a plethora of great pizza places in town, plus I travel to NY often (clearly mecca of pizza), and I can honestly say this place is amazing. Is it proper New York style pizza? No. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. The crust is awesomely crispy - not OVERLY crispy - awesomely so. The flavor combinations they offer are strong, and the sauce to cheese ratio is perfection. It's not overly greasy (which is more a New York style thing) and it's overly cheesy (which I love). We were in town for a week and ate here twice (post-skiing) because it was so good. The only negative is that the wait was a little bonkers both times we went (both for ordering online or ordering in person) but I'm always willing to wait for incredible pizza. We also ordered wings (which were great) but we couldn't finish them because we both wanted to eat alllll the pizza. Also - the staff is amazing. Every time I went in, they were WERKIN! Favorite pizza spot in SLC. If you are like me and tired of getting overpriced and overrated Neapolitan pizzas, then you should try snowmobile. Thin and crispy, sauce has great flavor. The service is great, I ask for my pizza a little more well done and there is "zero flop". The sauce has great flavor. They have old ski videos playing the throughout the place, great SLC spot! Honestly a little disappointed! I think this is definitely a better place for large groups as everything is definitely a bit expensive and pizzas are pretty large. We ended up getting slices since we couldn't commit to a big pizza for just us two and it was decent! Sauce is pretty flavorful and the crust is pretty good! My one ick was the pepperoni tasted like hot dogs? Like the kind your mom puts in Mac n cheese. However we also got wings and they were amazing! Their blue cheese was really watery but the honey bbq & buffalo is phenomenal. I really wanna try the Caesar if we go back because that looks cool! My friend and I ordered the garlic knots and sweet pig specialty pie. The garlic knots were absolutely delicious - crispy exterior and pillowy dough topped with Parmesan and a side of marinara for dipping. There are two knots to an order for $7. The sweet pig is an 18" pie with prosciutto, whipped ricotta, arugula, and honey. The crust was crispy and delicious but was slightly let down by the flavor. I liked the combo of ingredients but it did feel like something was missing or maybe could have benefited from more sauce or prosciutto. This pizza was $29 (was contemplating ordering by the slice but only cheese and pepperoni are available for $5). I agree with some of the other reviewers that Snowmobile Pizza is on the expensive side. Two cocktails, garlic knots, and a pizza was $66 after taxes and tip. I had seen so many posts about Snowmobile Pizza and it looked delicious so I was excited to give it a try. However, our entire group ended up leaving pretty disappointed. Snowmobile Pizza is located in a ground level suite. You will likely have to parallel park on one of the nearby side streets. Upon walking in, the decorations and overall vibes are incredible. They have a great "snowmobile" theme, which lives up to the name and the area of Utah. I love it! They have ski lift chairs as tables in the restaurant, they have an actual snowmobile, and just lots of decor around to keep the theme. They also have a large projection and it was showing a sports game when we were in there. Lastly, they have a really cool, custom wood table. Their menus are displayed on screens and then you order your food up at the register. We decided on the garlic bites and the mozzarella sticks. Then we ended up with just a regular cheese pizza to share at the table. The mozzarella sticks had a lot of bread and not a lot of cheese. Had they been filled with cheese, they probably would've tasted better. However, it was filled with a lot of air on the inside and I am not 100% sure how that happened. There was too much breading and not enough cheese. The garlic knots were decent but had a LOT of garlic. The pizza was okay but was extremely greasy--we had to pat it down with paper towels. This was likely because of the pepperoni but still was just way too greasy for our liking. Good news is, the ranch was actually really good. The red marinara sauce was pretty good to but it was insanely hot (temperature wise). Like, even at the end of our meal, it was still bubbling. I was thankful for the ranch because it made the flavors better for all the menu items. The people were nice and the food came out pretty quickly. The place was really fun but I was definitely hoping for better food. I would like to be back again but I am not super close in the area and there are some restaurants that I prefer more. read more

An hour and 15 minutes after placing our order we received a message that DoorDash deliveries are unable to be fulfilled until September. WHY were we able to place an order to begin with?
