Andrew (the owner) reminded me what customer service and follow up are supposed to look like. I highly doubt any of the above reviews ever purchased a vehicle from the gentleman I did.

    This is the weirdest place with the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have an old…read moremotorhome that needed service on both the chassis and a minor plumbing job on the interior. I'd contacted eight other places before this, and either they were too busy, didn't work on RVs, didn't work on vehicles that old, or didn't call me back. I spoke with Sky at Mobile Mechanic (A.K.A. Car Smart Services), who seemed friendly and understanding. He stated what they would do--which all sounded great--and that they'd have it back to me in a couple of days. Also, since I'm looking to sell the rig, he said that after they'd serviced it, they'd write up a document indicating whether everything was safe and in working order. After week, I called them. I talked to Sky again, who apologized that they kept putting other, more urgent jobs ahead of mine, but that they would get to it in another week. More time went by, with me checking in now and then. Two different times, they told me my vehicle was ready, and we made an appointment for me to pick it up. Each time, they called right before I arrived and said it wasn't quite ready, and could I come back tomorrow? No one at the shop speaks English, and they seem to have a different customer service person every time that would only communicate through WhatsApp or text messaging, either through my phone or via video call with a non-English speaker at the shop. Finally, after a month, I texted and said I was just going to pick up the rig, in whatever condition it was in. When I arrived, I found it boxed in behind a truck and a trailer, so it was irretrievable. A lady walked up to me and motioned that I should wait, while she was chatted on the phone in Spanish. I waited, and waited. Finally, she handed her phone to me to speak with another lady who spoke some English. She asked if I could return a couple of days later. Keep in mind that every time, I had to take off of work and impose upon a friend to drive out there. Finally, I returned to pick up and pay for the "service." The amount was $566.50, and I asked for a copy of the itemized invoice, so I could see precisely what I was charged for. That's normal, right???!!! I inspected the vehicle myself, and it seemed like the plumbing job hadn't been done (although one of the times they called to say the rig wasn't ready for pickup, they said they were ordering plumbing parts, which I did not see any evidence of during my inspection). They said the secretary was out of the office but would send me the itemized invoice the following Monday. I'll let you guess--did they send it? Hah! It's been a month since I paid the bill, and I still have no invoice. Now, no one there is responding to my calls or texts. I think they've blocked me. You would think that place was in Mexico, not Bozeman, MT! STAY AWAY!!!

We have been in and out of the shop 5 times now and randash has endangered my life as well as my family. They do not fix the issue and give you hell about it when they can't find it and take it on their short 2 minute test drives. 3 days after receiving our vehicle our check engine light popped on, myself knowing cars and have spent years rebuilding cars took my code reader to the computer and found out our 5th and 6th cylinder was misfiring. When taken down to randash that same day to show them. They said it was fine and to keep driving it. Not having a lot of money because I was homeless at the time of my purchase, I had no choice. First red flag, during Christmas of 2020 our motor blew and they kept the car to fix. They had mentioned that they were putting a new motor in with their "awesome warranty" we would have nothing to worry about. I later asked so how many miles were on this new motor. Well they couldn't tell me. I later found out that they never got a new motor and used salvage/junk yard parts to fix our motor. 15 days later, our car broke down again. We take it back in and the oil sensor plug that they placed in had broken and we dumped all of our oil out. So we took it in and the they kept it for 4 days. 7 days later the same part broke again. And here in Montana. Where it drops below -20 and your oil dumps out of your vehicle and your car kicks off the AWD and you start sliding that is an issue. 18 days later, guess what. You guessed it were back there again. My wife and I are driving home and our car that they said was perfect, starts to die fast. Well our alternator died and we're running off battery in -55 windchill with no heater, no awd and our windshield is frozen over and randash isn't open and we're 5 miles from home. My family and I barely made it home after almost being hit by on coming traffic and lose complete traction and almost hitting a tree. Because randash refused to pick up our car so many times that we were out of tows with AAA. 15 days later, yesterday. The battery is shot, because they didn't put a new battery in after replacing the alternator with another junk yard part. I put a new battery in. Our radiator doesn't work, the fans will not turn. All fuses are blown, I replaced some, and I have metal shavings in my radiator and my engine block gets so hot that in burned off all the oil in my "new motor". The car is in the shop and we asked politely after 5 times of randash risking our life to get a new vehicle. Because this one is a lemon. They denied saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle. So if you are thinking about shopping here and don't value your life like they don't value their customers lives then my guest. But if you do value your life as well as your friends and family, please shop at ressler!
