They did, and the quote we got was double what the tech told us (and what was on the Internet) and they told us that we needed to remove concrete for them to do the installation. Very high pressure sales, and told us we had to close the deal right then to get it done and that it was more expensive due to the complexity of the install. I said no and asked for a written bid to think about it. They still haven't sent that. We called another company, who came out in an hour, fixed the two units for free, and we are still going to replace the units because they are old. The quote we received for the exact same units was half of Anderson's and we do not need to remove concrete. I won't ever call them again, and their pricing is insanely high, at least in my experience.

Even though the job ended up being more involved than expected, they handled it with grace and professionalism. From the initial contact with the office to all follow-up communications, the entire process was a pleasant experience with a fabulous team. It's not always easy to find someone you trust, especially for rental property work, but this was a great experience start to finish. We had a leak from our old water heater that our downstairs neighbor alerted us to a couple of days…read moreago. After we shut off the water, I got to looking for a company that could come out ASAP and resolve the issue. I called WHO around 5 a.m. and they had an overnight messaging service person who took all my info and let me know that I would get a call after 7 a.m. Around 7 a.m. I got a call and was able to set up a same day appointment. The folks on the phone were nice enough and professional. I was thrilled that someone would be coming out soon. We were alerted via text when our technician, Francisco, was on his way and he called to let us know when he would be arriving. Around 10 a.m. he was onsite and ready to assess the issue and give us a quote. They say free estimate, but I`m sure they still charge a service fee if you don`t end up agreeing to the quote. We agreed to the quote even though we didn`t want to( I mean..who WANTS to pay for a new water heater? haha). Anyway, Francisco explained all the parts and labor involved and was very informative about what each component was for and why, which we appreciated. Estimate signed and away we go. Francisco worked quickly and efficiently. By 2 p.m. we had a new water heater and the tech was cleaning up and ready to go. The job was quicker than we thought, which was great, and even though he said to give the water about an hour to heat, we tested it before and we got nice, hot water quickly. The new unit looks so fresh and new and everything went well. We were given a 2 year labor warranty, so that is a nice assurance. All in all, a great experience. I do want to go over pricing because while every scenario is different, I like to be transparent. A lot of people will say, "This is what I was quoted for XYZ" or "I ended up paying such and such amount less than other companies". We had an old unit(about 25 years old), we live in an upstairs condo unit and our water heater is on the balcony in a closer(location of the unit is all considered when quoting). We needed a new water heater(40 gallons), obviously, some new piping(portions, not full), a drip pan, some other bits and bobs(that weren't that expensive) and you are paying for the labor and expertise of the tech). We ended up with a $3000 bill for this service. AGAIN, every situation is different, but I do like to give the Yelp community a run down of my situation and pricing so that they can make informed decisions. As mentioned above, a great experience and we are back up and running with our hot water. I will update if anything significant happens.

Last year we had them take out our old leaky water heater and install a new tankless and that was also smooth and easy. They responded quickly, the technician gave us several choices and explained each one. We opted to upgrade to a new tankless water heater and that was a great choice. With 4 people who take long showers, its awesome to never run out of hot water. This time we had an issue with our AC and decided to give them a shot. The AC is about 10 years old so on the cusp of where we need to decide if its worth it to keep repairing it or if its time to replace it. They sent someone out the same day and we were very relieved that he didn't immediately push us to get a new system like 2 other companies did. He reviewed our options and the pros and cons of repair vs replace. It would be great to replace it but we aren't quite ready. The tech wasn't pushy at all and that was refreshing. We decided to repair it and wait until it's no longer worth repairing and he got us back up and running the same day. The price seemed pretty reasonable to get another 1 or 2 years of use. Overall we've now had multiple positive experiences and will continue to call them in the future.

The value of getting an EV installed was a fair price, especially since our breaker box's fuses had to upgraded due to how old they were. Once we agreed to a quote, the work was done the next business day. Everything was efficiently done and an inspection afterward to confirm everything was installed correctly. Very pleased, would work with them again!

Instead of coming to my home as planned, the technician called during the scheduled window and told me -- after "researching my area" -- that he'd rather just give me an approximate quote over the phone instead of driving out. It was pretty clear the reason was an assumption about my neighborhood and what he thought I could afford, rather than any actual issue with scheduling or logistics. I never got an in-person visit or an accurate quote, and I wasted time I'd specifically set aside for this appointment. Very disappointing experience. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that takes your appointment, and you, seriously.
