There are good clean wheeled carts a plenty. The manager was there to help and they will also do your laundry for you. The service is always pleasant in a family atmosphere. Don't be put off by the clutter and sewing area in the front. They are great. THE BEST was when I had an emergency alteration for a wedding in two days. My son needed his suit altered including pants hemmed and the jacket arms shortened. We called around, but no one would help. I called Your Cleaners and we discussed our needs and they were able to get the pants done in one day for the rehearsal and the jacket temporarily completed in two days. We took back later to finish the jacket all the way and to dry clean. Many thanks to Your Cleaners for working with us to get to the wedding!

When I contacted them to tell them about it they offered to fix it. I explained to them that it is not fixable. It was worn two times when they ruined it. You cant "fix" something that was brand new and expect that anyone would feel good taking it back in altered condition. It is not the same after it has been "fixed". I paid $197 for this blazer and I filed a claim and produced my purchase receipt only to get a voicemail from the owner stating that the blazer was never ruined-that it was static electricity, and that they fixed it. They refused to accept responsibility for my blazer and Im furious. Mind you, every item I brought them besides one came back unclean in addition to them destroying my expensive blazer.
